Divided into 3 groups:
I. Ngallans
Role:
Set up barriers and traps against enemies and handle battlefield localization.
It is known that each combat zone must have at least one unit of 50 Ngallans for barriers and localization.
Personnel:
600 Ngallans (50 per danger zone).
II. Simals
Divided between logistics and troop supply.
Those in logistics handle supplies, finances, and personnel management. Only high-ranking Simals work in logistics; the rest are involved in either supply or post-battle item collection (djinn khôl, metals, etc.).
Each battalion must have a unit of 20 Simals led by a captain for logistics and hierarchical communication.
Zone 1: 280 Simals
Zone 7: 120 Simals
Zone 3: 200 Simals
Zone 6: 120 Simals
Zone 2: 180 Simals
Zone 4: 140 Simals
Zone 5: 240 Simals
Total: 1,280 Simals
III. Kounlouls
Handle communication between diambars and the hierarchy, especially on the battlefield. On average, there are 80 Kounlouls per combat zone in operations rooms: 5 per unit for direct communications (40 per zone), 20 recording communications, and 20 archiving or forwarding them as reports, with or without rewriting as needed.
Total: 960 Kounlouls recorded across the country.
N.B.: Tëgs
Military engineers specializing in crafting artifacts, weapons, armor, and various items for diambars. Most Tëg industries are public and thus under state control, but some are private and sell their services to the highest bidder. They create custom artifacts for specific clients. It is said that Paddaans and even Tops do business with them to obtain less generic, personalized weapons.
