"So, you suspect that this Agent Hill is Hydra?" Shen He finally understood.
"No, we don't suspect Agent Hill." Coulson shook his head. "We believe Agent Hill's subordinates may have been infiltrated, and the military may be involved, so we can't act rashly."
"I'm not good at investigation." Shen He was silent for a moment.
