Chapter 14 - Fight

The desert stretched endlessly beneath the blazing sun.

A figure walked forward, his face covered with a black cloth. strands of long hair slipped out, brushing against the cloth near his nose as hot wind passed.

Kaal kept walking. And looking at his system screen.

[System Notification]

[Congratulation! You have activated your First Chakra]

Kaal's gaze sharpened.

[ Skill upgraded: Ashtabhuja

[ Level: 2]

[Effect: * You can now summon three extra arms simultaneously ]

Kaal slowly clenched his fist.

" it's... become stronger."

As he walking, his mind drifted back at Ravi's word.

"That wasn't normal," Ravi had said.

"The chakra you activated... is your first chakra."

Kaal had asked, "What does that mean?"

Ravi replied calmly,

"It's called the Muladhara chakra (The Root Chakra). it exists at the lowest part of your backbone."

Ravi's voice echoed clearly in his memory-

"This chakra is the foundation of your body. There are total seven chakras.

Like Muladhara, Savdhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna and Sahasrara. When first chakra activates, you gain control over your Aura."

"Aura...?" Kaal had repeated.

"You can feel it, control it, and transfer it into different part of your body," Ravi's explained.

"By doing that , you can strengthen any part- your arms, legs... even your entire body."

back in the present-

Kaal stopped walking for a moment.

He raised his hand slightly... and focused.

A faint energy gathered around his fingers.

"...So this is aura."

He tightened his fist, and the energy condensed.

He could feel it-

A subtle increase in strength.

Ravi's final words echoed once more-

"if you continue meditation, you'll be able to store prana inside your core."

"The Root core... located at the base of your spine."

"That will become your energy source."

Kaal took a slow breath.

"...Than I Just have to keep training."

Behind him, Raj and Ravi walked steadily.

Kaal turned slightly.

"Ravi... where are we going?"

Ravi answered calmly,

"We're completing a mission."

Kaal's eyes narrowed.

"...Where?"

Ravi spoke-

"A hidden village... Vrinda.

Kaal noticed the small sealed box in Ravi's hand.

"...What's inside?"

Ravi looked at it briefly.

"We don't know."

Ravi chuckled.

"To the elder of the vrinda"

Kaal looked ahead at the endless desert.

The desert remained silent...

Until suddenly-

RUMBLE...

The ground beneath them trembled.

Kaal stopped instantly.

"...What was that?"

 Before anyone could answer-

The sand began to shift violently.

Crack... crack...

Dozens... of tiny creatures burst out from the ground.

Small, writhing earthworms, their bodies twisting unnaturally, their movement aggressive.

Kaal's eyes narrowed.

"...Monsters?"

Raj smirked slightly.

"looks like it."

Without hesitation-

SHING

Raj pulled out his sword.

The blade gleamed under the harsh sunlight.

Ravi also stepped forward, his cured weapon twisted yet deadly.

Both of them moved ahead instantly.

"Stay alert, Kaal!" Raj shouted.

Kaal didn't hesitate either.

He pulled out the long sword Raj had given him on the first day of training a blade almost as long as his entire arm.

He tightened his grip.

"...Let's do this."

The worms lunged forward.

Raj dashed in first.

SLASH

One clean strike.

Multiple worms were cut apart instantly.

Ravi moved beside him, swift and precise, eliminating creatures one after another.

Their movements were smooth... almost effortless.

Kaal stood behind them, watching for a moment.

"They're... amazing."

Suddenly-

Crack

The sand beneath Kaal's feet shifted.

A worm burst out, aiming straight for him.

Kaal froze for a split second-

But before it could reach

SWISH!

raj's sword cut it in half mid air.

"Focus!" Raj snapped.

Kaal clenched his teeth.

"...Right."

He stepped forward.
