MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC54 Killing With a Smile
Feng Fan might sound arrogant, but he wasn't a fool. His confidence came from the number of meridians he had awakened.
Currently, he had already awakened 40 meridians and was certain he could awaken even more inside the pocket dimension.
Compared to most participants, this was no small feat. For instance, someone cultivating a low-tier Earthly-grade manual would only awaken up to 54 meridians at the peak of the 9th stage.
In the Qi Gathering realm, the number of awakened meridians directly correlated to a cultivator's strength.
Take Huang Xue and Xue Qiang, for example. Even though they were only at the 5th stage, their high-grade cultivation manual allowed them to awaken up to 120 meridians. So far, they had awakened between 54 and 66, making them stronger than most 9th-stage cultivators from low-tier sects.
Furthermore, Feng Fan's body was far stronger than any Qi Gathering realm cultivator here, as he also practiced body cultivation. This dual cultivation path was the foundation of his confidence.
After the wager was set, the crowd fell silent, awaiting the pocket dimension's opening.
Moments later, a spatial rift appeared in the center of the clearing. It began as a thin, knife-like cut in the air but gradually widened until it was several meters in diameter, large enough for multiple people to enter simultaneously.
"The pocket dimension will remain open for a month," Elder Peng explained. "After that, you'll be automatically teleported back. Even if you don't manage to find any treasures, use this chance to cultivate. The spiritual qi inside is far denser than in the sect."
"Also, take these," Elder Peng said, handing each of them two identical pills. "These are Tier 2 healing pills. If you get injured, use them. They're potent enough to heal almost any injury for Foundation Establishment realm cultivators."
He gave his final instructions, and the three disciples nodded in unison before stepping forward. Walking together, they entered the portal without hesitation, disappearing into the swirling void.
Feng Fan soon found himself standing in a vast pasture. Despite entering the portal alongside Huang Xue and Xue Qiang, neither of them was anywhere nearby.
Glancing upward, he noticed something unusual—two suns shining brightly in the sky.
"Interesting," he muttered to himself. "I wonder where this pocket dimension is located. Are these suns even real? Red Pole only has one sun."
Curiosity aroused within him as he began to observe his surroundings more closely.
Feng Fan activated his cultivation technique, channeling his spiritual qi vision to scan the area for heavenly treasures with high spiritual qi density.
Ahead of him lay a dense forest, and beyond it, a mountain range stretched across the horizon.
Among the peaks, one mountain immediately caught his attention due to its exceptionally high concentration of spiritual qi. However, it wasn't just the mountain that surprised him.
'What's this?' Feng Fan thought, his brows furrowing.
Beneath his feet, he noticed a peculiar phenomenon. A steady stream of spiritual qi flowed underground, resembling an underground river heading toward the mountain.
'An underground qi flow? Interesting… That mountain must hold the best treasure in the region. Let's see what it has to offer,' he decided, his lips curling into a confident smirk.
With his destination set, Feng Fan prepared to dash toward the forest, but just as he took his first step, a sudden wave of danger pricked at his senses.
His body reacted on instinct. Without hesitation, he summoned the Suppression Relic from his storage ring, spinning around to intercept the threat.
Clang!
The sharp sound of metal meeting metal echoed across the clearing as the relic blocked a sword.
"Oh, impressive. How did someone like you block that? Your strength seems way too high for a 3rd-stage cultivator," said the sword-wielding man who had just launched an ambush on Feng Fan.
Not waiting for a response, the man lunged again, swinging his sword diagonally toward Feng Fan's chest.
Feng Fan tracked the sword's trajectory with ease and raised his brick to deflect the attack.
'This guy's at the 8th stage of Qi Gathering, but he's not that strong,' Feng Fan thought, his movements steady and fluid.
Frustration etched itself onto the sword cultivator's face as none of his strikes landed.
'I'll feint at his head, then thrust toward his abdomen. That should catch him off guard,' the swordsman thought.
Hearing the man's thoughts loud and clear, Feng Fan couldn't help but smirk.
Feigning vulnerability, Feng Fan deliberately moved his brick as though he'd fallen for the head feint.
'Got you!' the swordsman thought triumphantly.
But just as the blade moved toward Feng Fan's abdomen, he sidestepped with fluid precision, dodging the thrust completely.
'Impossible! How did he—'
The swordsman's thoughts were cut short as Feng Fan closed the distance, raising his brick in one swift motion.
Thud!
The solid impact reverberated as the brick met the man's skull with bone-crushing force.
"Argh!" The swordsman cried out, collapsing to the ground. Blood seeped into the soil, staining his clothes as he clutched his head in agony.

"Pl-please, don't kill me," the man begged, his voice trembling with desperation.
Feng Fan flashed a warm, almost gentle smile. "Alright, I won't."
The swordsman exhaled a shaky sigh of relief—only to have Feng Fan's brick descend upon his head once more ruthlessly, his smile never leaving his face.
Crunch!
The skull gave way, leaving his head a mangled mess.
"This guy must've been an idiot," Feng Fan muttered, shaking his head in mock disbelief. "He wanted to kill me and actually thought I'd let him walk away? What a fool."
Without sparing another glance at the lifeless body, Feng Fan placed his brick into his space ring and continued on his way.
—
In another part of the pocket dimension, Xue Qiang and Huang Xue stood by the edge of a serene lake.
For a moment, their gazes locked in silence before Xue Qiang took the initiative to speak.
"Huang Xue, let's stick together and search for Feng Fan," she said, her voice laced with concern. "There are too many people who might try to kill him. He could be in danger on his own."
Xue Qiang might feel jealous of Huang Xue with Feng Fan, but she knows how to set priorities.
Huang Xue didn't need to think twice. She nodded firmly. "Alright, let's go."
Without another word, the two moved.

As soon as Feng Fan left the pasture and stepped into the forest, two cultivators emerged, blocking his path.
Their eyes gleamed with greed as they assessed him. Both were dressed in black robes adorned with a sun emblem, likely a symbol of their sect.
"Well, look at this. A little lamb wandering all alone," said one of the men, a smirk curling on his lips as he twirled the twin sickles in his hands. "Tell you what, hand over your space ring, and we might just let you walk away. How does that sound?"
'Of course, we'd still kill you. That spear is far too valuable to leave behind,' the man thought.
Feng Fan, hearing his inner thoughts, chuckled. Even if he hadn't heard them, he would never have believed the man's empty promises.
'Does he think I'm that stupid?' Feng Fan mused.
As the enemies sized him up, Feng Fan was already creating a water-gathering array in front of him unnoticed by them.
Without warning, the other cultivator, wielding a red spear, lunged at him, the spear's sharp tip aimed directly at Feng Fan's head.
"Sunlight Spear Thrust!" The spearman shouted.
The tip of his spear glowed with vibrant shades of red and orange as he thrust it forward.
Feng Fan calmly stepped back, summoning the Suppression Relic from his space ring and gripping it firmly in his right hand.
The spearman, focused entirely on his attack, failed to notice the water-gathering array beneath him. The moment his right foot made contact with the dampened soil, the ground gave way, his foot sinking into the water-softened earth.
Thrown off balance, the spearman stumbled forward, unable to correct his momentum.
Feng Fan sidestepped to his right, his brick already moving toward the spearman's head as the man hurtled through the air.
Thud!
The brick connected with a sickening crack. The spearman's skull caved slightly under the impact, and blood splattered from the wound.
The man collapsed to the ground, unconscious.
"Fucking bastard!" The sickle-wielding man stood frozen for a moment, utterly shocked. He hadn't expected the 3rd-stage ant, whom he had dismissed as an easy target, to fight back and knock his companion out with a single attack.
Before Feng Fan could finish off the unconscious man at his feet, the sickle-wielder roared and lunged at him.
"Dragon Slash!" he bellowed, announcing his technique.
His twin sickles glowed with a fiery red spiritual qi, their arcs slicing through the air as they descended toward Feng Fan's neck, aiming to take his life.
Feng Fan knew he couldn't block both sickles, so he threw himself to the ground, rolling to avoid the incoming attack.
Despite his quick reaction, the sickle-wielding man adjusted his trajectory mid-swing, managing to graze Feng Fan's left arm.
"Argh!"
Blood seeped from the wound, staining Feng Fan's left sleeve and dripping onto the ground. Gritting his teeth, he rolled to the side and quickly got back on his feet a few meters away, his gaze locked on his opponent.
The sickle-wielding man didn't wait for Feng Fan to regain his balance and launched another attack at him
'Both sickles aiming for his chest,' the man thought.
Feng Fan, reading his opponent's intentions, adjusted his arm to block the incoming strikes.
"Dragon Slash!" the man roared, his sickles glowing with red spiritual qi.
The sickles clashed with Feng Fan's Suppression Relic, which absorbed the spiritual qi upon impact. However, the force behind the attack was enough to send Feng Fan flying backward, skidding to a stop several meters away.
'I can't keep this up,' Feng Fan thought, his mind racing for a solution.
As the sickle-wielding man closed in again, Feng Fan quickly drew a water-generation array in front of him.
But the man was prepared. He had seen what happened to his partner earlier and noticed the water wetting the soil ahead.
'Jump over the wet soil and strike him from above,' the man thought.
Feng Fan smirked, already reading his opponent's mind. As the man leaped into the air to avoid the trap, Feng Fan rolled to the side and activated another water-generation array beneath the man's landing spot.
"Dragon Fall!" the man shouted mid-air, swinging his glowing sickles with all his strength. However, his attack struck only empty air, and as he landed, his feet sank into the soggy, unstable ground.
"Damn you, sneaky bastard!" he roared in frustration, struggling to regain his footing.
Feng Fan, already on the move, called out mockingly as he sprinted toward the peak.
"I'll remember your ugly faces! Wait for me, bastards, I'll kill you both before we leave this place!"
'Sometimes, a strategic retreat is necessary to win the war, hehe,' Feng Fan thought as he kept running.
While running, Feng Fan activated his cultivation technique, channeling spiritual energy to heal his injured arm.
He knew the sickle-wielding man wouldn't be stuck in his trap for long, but thanks to his body cultivation, Feng Fan was faster and had already gained enough distance.
Realizing he couldn't catch up, the sickle-wielding man clicked his tongue in frustration and turned back to tend to his injured partner.
"Damn it, I just lost my chance to strike it rich!" he muttered under his breath, his expression dark.
'Even if that slippery bastard knows how to run, there's no way he'll survive with so many people after him,' the man thought as he turned his attention to his unconscious partner.
He pulled a pill from his chest pocket and force-fed it to the injured man. Almost immediately, the wound on his head began to heal at a visible rate.
'Tsk. Wasted a Tier 1 pill because of that brat,' he grumbled internally, frustration evident on his face.
Feng Fan realized his opponent had given up the chase and decided to slow his pace slightly to conserve energy.
'From now on, I should keep my spiritual qi vision active,' he thought, his expression serious.
'I've been here for less than an hour, and I've already encountered three people trying to kill me. Isn't this place supposed to be huge? Why is my luck so terrible?'
He couldn't help but grumble inwardly, cursing his misfortune as he pressed forward.

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC56 Show Them No Mercy
Xue Qiang and Huang Xue stood side by side in a sparse forest, the wind gently rustling the leaves of the surrounding trees.
A few meters ahead, three men dressed in snake-patterned Chinese-style robes, each bearing an emblem of a winged black serpent, stared at them with a malicious gaze
They didn't try to hide their aura. All three of them were at the 9th Qi Gathering realm!
"It's been a long time since I've seen such beauties," said one of the men, a burn scar marring his left cheek. His lips curled into a lecherous grin.
"Ladies, I'll give you the honor of spending the night with us. After that, we'll use you as bait to catch that tasty little lamb. What do you think of my offer?"
Huang Xue remained silent as if the people in front of her were not worthy of her words. She simply unsheathed her sword, waiting for the inevitable confrontation.
Xue Qiang smiled at them—a warm, friendly smile, like a grandmother offering a freshly baked carrot cake to her neighbors.
"I truly pity your mother..." she said slowly.
"Huh? What are you talking about, bitch?!" the man with the scar on his cheek shouted.
"Your face is so ugly, she must have puked when she conceived you. And to make matters worse, your brain must've been damaged," she said, still wearing the same smile.
"Fucking bitch. I'll enjoy torturing—" Xue Qiang lunged at him before the man could finish.
The distance that would take a normal man several seconds to cover was crossed by her in an instant.
A flame flickered at the tip of her spear, rapidly spreading halfway down its length, pointing directly at the man's mouth.
Hellfire Spear Arts!
The man with the burnt cheek panicked, frantically swinging his sword to block her attack while simultaneously jerking his head to the left.
His two companions stared in disbelief at her speed and the decisiveness of her strike. They quickly moved to flank her, each aiming their swords at her from either side.
Xue Qiang's spear grazed his right cheek, drawing blood and leaving a burn from the searing fire.
"Argh! Fucking bitch!" the man cursed, feeling the sting of the flame on his face.
After landing the blow, Xue Qiang swiftly turned to her left, using her spear to block the sword aimed at her.
Clang!
Her back was left wide open to the other sword coming at her, but Huang Xue arrived just in time to block it.
Clang!
The impact forced both swordsmen to take two steps back.
Their faces contorted in disbelief. "Impossible! You're only at the 5th stage! How could your strikes have so much power?"
Xue Qiang and Huang Xue paid no mind to their opponents' surprised expressions. Moving in perfect sync, they both lunged toward the first man, whose cheeks were now badly burned.
"Hellfire Thrust!"
"Heavenly Dragon Slash!"
Xue Qiang's spear flared to life with flames, its tip aimed directly at the man's chest, while Huang Xue's sword glowed with a blue light, targeting his neck
Realizing he couldn't block both attacks, the man tried to retreat, attempting to create enough distance to be aided by his companions. But he quickly realized they were moving too fast!
"No! Ple—"
His last words were left incomplete before Xue Qiang's spear pierced his chest, burning his lungs and any air he could use to speak.
He wouldn't have to worry about it for long, though, as less than half a second later, Huang Xue's sword severed his head from his body.
A fountain of blood jarred from him as his body slowly fell to the ground.
After the scarred man fell, the remaining two rushed toward Huang Xue and Xue Qiang, their swords glowing ominously with black spiritual qi.
"Black Snake Bite!" they shouted in unison.
Their blades descended intending to kill, aiming for the exposed backs of their targets. But just before the strikes could land, Huang Xue and Xue Qiang spun around in perfect sync.
Their weapons, still radiating spiritual qi, intercepted the incoming blades with precision.
Clang! Clang!
The resounding clash echoed through the forest. The force of the impact sent tremors through their arms, nearly making them lose their grip on their weapons.
Realizing they were outmatched, the two swordsmen exchanged a brief glance before bolting in opposite directions.
Huang Xue watched them flee but made no move to pursue them. She calmly sheathed her sword, as though declaring the battle over.
Xue Qiang, however, had other ideas.
"You can't be soft on your enemies, you know?" she said, her voice laced with disapproval as she glanced at Huang Xue.

She understood that chasing both was impossible, but since she could still kill one of them, there was no reason not to do so.
Without hesitation, Xue Qiang dashed after one of the fleeing swordsmen, the distance between them shrinking rapidly. When she was only a few meters away, she gripped her spear with one hand and hurled it toward her target.
"Phoenix Descent!"
The spear ignited mid-air, flames roaring as its heat threatened to push the weapon to its melting point.
"Aaaaaaaaaaargh!"
The swordsman's scream echoed through the forest as the blazing spear struck his chest, pinning him to the ground. The flames consumed him slowly, siphoning away his life force.
With terror in his eyes, he managed to look back. The sight of Xue Qiang's serene smile, now twisted by the flickering flames, seemed like the grin of a devil to him.
'A demon…'
That was his final thought before death claimed him.
Xue Qiang strode toward the fallen swordsman, her steps unhurried. She gripped her spear firmly and kicked his lifeless body aside, freeing the weapon without a shred of emotion.
With the spear back in hand, she turned and made her way to Huang Xue, her expression calm but her tone sharp.
"Huang Xue, I'll only say this once. We're not on Earth anymore. Even if you think they couldn't harm us, what about Feng Fan? What do you think they'll do if they find him?"
Huang Xue didn't like being reprimanded by Xue Qiang, but she couldn't deny that she was right.
Her expression softened into one of apology as she replied, "You're right. I'm sorry. It won't happen again."
Xue Qiang gave a curt nod, her face unreadable. "Let's go."

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC57 To Lighten Everyone's Load
As Feng Fan approached the peak, where the densest spiritual qi in the pocket dimension seemed to converge, he noticed something unusual.
'Why are so many people heading in the same direction?'
Since his last fight, Feng Fan had been using his spiritual qi vision to evade both humans and demon beasts. The demon beasts appeared to stay within their territories and wouldn't pursue him as long as he avoided entering their domains.
Read the latest on empire
However, what he assumed were other humans seemed to be moving toward the same mountain range as him.
'It's as if something extraordinary in this place is drawing everyone to the same destination…'
A chill ran down his spine.
'Could it be some kind of trap? Or maybe a heavenly treasure that unconsciously pulls people toward it?'
Either way, Feng Fan knew trouble likely awaited him if he continued in this direction.
'If everyone in this pocket dimension is heading to the same place, avoiding them will be impossible. I should go for the appetizers before aiming for the main dish.'
With this thought in mind, Feng Fan adjusted his course, veering away from the peak he had initially set his sights on upon entering the pocket dimension. Instead, he turned to his left and ran at a steady pace.
'Something interesting just ahead,' he thought, a sly smirk curling his lips.
Feng Fan traveled another half kilometer before leaping onto a thick branch of a tall tree.
From his elevated position, he assessed the scene below.
Ten individuals were gathered around a small pond, their gazes fixed on its center. At the heart of the pond was a tiny island, no larger than a few meters across, where a small tree, less than two meters tall, stood swaying gently in the breeze.
Its vibrant purple leaves glistened softly under the faint sunlight., drawing attention to its striking appearance.
Activating his spiritual qi vision, Feng Fan observed the tree absorbing qi from the surrounding atmosphere. The gathered energy flowed into three crimson fruits hanging from its branches, exuding a faint, almost mesmerizing glow.
'Those fruits must be extraordinary,' Feng Fan thought, 'noting the tense, expectant expressions of those encircling the pond.'
"Just ten or so more minutes until the vermilion dragon fruits ripen," said a man from the Blue Dragon Sect.
"My Blue Dragon Sect will take one. The rest of you can fight over the other two," he added with a smile that carried an air of superiority, as if granting them a great favor.
"Thank you, Brother Hou Wei! Your generosity is unmatched," chimed in a short man who wasn't even part of the Blue Dragon Sect, his tone sounded almost subservient
Hou Wei laughed heartily. "Not bad, Liao Song. At least you know when to step aside."
The other cultivators around the pond exchanged uneasy glances, their expressions clearly displeased, but none dared to voice their objections.
The Blue Dragon Sect's reputation alone was enough to keep them in line, and Hou Wei's strength only reinforced their silence.
Still, the man's supposed generosity offered some consolation. Since he only claimed one fruit, it meant the others could still fight for the remaining two.
For most of them, 9th Qi Gathering realm cultivators, just one of those fruits could secure a breakthrough to the Foundation Establishment realm.
Feng Fan looked at both Liao Song and Hou Wei as if they were idiots.
"If you can take all the fruits, why not just take them? And why the hell is this guy licking a disciple from another sect's shoes...?"
Feng Fan glanced one last time at the pond and noticed a figure moving around. The pond, although not large, was deep. Feng Fan could only see the figure because of his spiritual qi vision.
'It seems humans aren't the only ones after the fruits. That must be a peak tier 1 demon beast, comparable to a peak Qi Gathering realm cultivator. Since most demon beasts are usually stronger than humans, this big guy will give them some trouble.'
A plan began to form in Feng Fan's mind.
'Since I'm already here, I might as well take care of these treasures for you all, to lighten everyone's load.'
Feng Fan started moving around the place, setting up arrays for his future escape.
Over ten minutes passed. The purple-leaved tree ceased absorbing spiritual qi, and the crimson fruits glowed three times brighter than before.
Gradually, their glow slowly faded away.
"The fruits are ripe!" Hou Wei exclaimed, excitement clear in his voice.
"You," he said, turning to Liao Song, "go get the fruits for me."
Hou Wei might have been arrogant, but he wasn't foolish. With others around to take the risk, why should he endanger himself unnecessarily?
Liao Song froze, panic evident on his face. "What? I-I—"
Hou Wei shot him a sharp, menacing glare that sent a chill down his spine.
Liao Song swallowed hard. "O-Okay. I'm going."
Watching the scene unfold, Feng Fan chuckled to himself.
'This guy's really an idiot. He's getting exactly what he deserves. But these people from the Blue Dragon Sect… they're truly despicable. Not that I'm any better,' he thought, a sly grin spreading across his face.
The other cultivators watched as Liao Song was ordered to take on the danger and couldn't help but smirk in amusement.
'I swear, if I ever get the chance, I'll kill that damn Hou Wei,' Liao Song thought bitterly.
Despite his anger, Liao Song knew deep down that even if the opportunity arose, he likely wouldn't have the courage to act on it.
If the Blue Dragon Sect discovered him killing one of them, their disciples would hunt him to the ends of the earth. It was a price he couldn't afford to pay.
Liao Song approached the edge of the pond cautiously, his eyes scanning its surface. Despite the stillness of the water, he knew better than to assume there was no danger lurking beneath.
Every cultivator understood that great opportunities always come with equally great risks.

Liao Song circulated his cultivation technique, focused his qi on his legs, and jumped toward the small island with his sword in hand.
The moment Liao Song jumped, Feng Fan who had been observing from the sides saw the demon beast inside the pool swimming toward the surface.
Feng Fan quickly activated his arrays and jumped. Fog slowly started to spread around the lake.
Because the wind was blowing toward the mountain range, the fog spread in the same direction, moving to the forest.
Liao Song's eyes widened in panic as a massive, gaping mouth surged toward him.
"Fuck, a giant python!" he thought frantically.
"Windcut!"
His sword glowed brightly and wind gathered on its blade as he slashed downward, aiming to intercept the python before it could devour him.
Meanwhile, Feng Fan seized the opportunity. As Liao Song fought to fend off the beast, Feng Fan leaped onto the small island.
Hou Wei, who had been observing from the sidelines, saw his chance and quickly followed suit. However, he was a moment too late.
By the time Hou Wei landed, Feng Fan was already clutching the three fruits in his hand. With a mocking smirk, Feng Fan glanced back at him.
"Too late, douchebag."
"You little bastard from the White Crow Sect! How dare you steal my treasure?!" Hou Wei roared in fury.
Summoning his sword, Hou Wei charged at Feng Fan, but he was once again a step too late. Feng Fan had already leaped into the dense fog spreading through the forest, disappearing from sight.
"The White Crow Sect disciple took all the fruits! After him!" Shouted one of the cultivators who had been eyeing the fruits by the pond.
Not only did the eight cultivators near the pond, along with Hou Wei, charge into the fog in pursuit of Feng Fan, but two others, who had been lurking atop the trees just like him, joined the chase.
Stay updated through empire
Feng Fan had long noticed them trying to play the fishermen in troubled waters.
Unfortunately for them, letting Feng Fan slip into the fog was like unleashing a shark into a pond full of fish.
And they were the fish!
A few meters after entering the fog, Feng Fan leaped onto a tree branch, crouching silently as Hou Wei charged blindly below him.
'Hoho, the fish took the bait,' he thought, a sly smile creeping across his lips.
Feng Fan activated the alarm arrays he had planted earlier. The sudden, erratic noises reverberated through the fog, throwing off the pursuers' sense of hearing.
He then began shadowing Hou Wei, leaping stealthily from branch to branch.
"Fucking bastard! If you're a man, show yourself!" Hou Wei roared in frustration.
Hearing the alarm arrays, Hou Wei stopped running, gripping his sword tightly. He realized Feng Fan was close, deliberately toying with him.
'A 3rd Qi Gathering realm ant dares to stay and confront me instead of running? I'll make sure he regrets this decision for the rest of his life,' Hou Wei thought, his eyes narrowing with murderous intent.
Feng Fan slipped behind him with ease, his tone laced with mockery as he replied, "I'm still a man. As for you... well, let's see how much longer you can claim the same."
As Feng Fan spoke, his stance shifted, channeling qi and subtle Dao laws into his right leg. His leg moved upward, aiming for Hou Wei's most vulnerable parts.
Family Jewel Destroyer Kick!
Hou Wei's instincts screamed danger, and a cold shiver ran down his spine. He desperately tried to twist his body and counterattack, but he was too late. Feng Fan's kick landed squarely.
Crack!
"ARGHHHHHH!" A scream of pure agony tore through the forest, echoing far and wide and drawing the attention of everyone nearby.
Hou Wei's face twisted in torment as his sword slipped from his hand. Blood seeped through the fabric of his robes between his legs.
Feng Fan glanced at the blood and smirked. "Oh? Looks like you're not a man anymore. My bad."
Hou Wei's veins bulged with rage, his face a mask of fury. "I-I'll kill you," he stammered through gritted teeth, his voice strained with pain.
"The thief is here!" one of the pursuing cultivators shouted, spotting Feng Fan's figure through the fog.
Feng Fan grinned mischievously and vanished into the mist once again, leaving his pursuers scrambling after him.
"Dammit, that bastard ran off again!"
"He's still around here somewhere!"
On a tree branch above, Feng Fan watched his pursuers with an amused expression.
'These guys are really persistent. Hard work and determination deserve recognition, don't they? Allow me, Feng Fan, to give you all a fitting reward,' he thought.
Feng Fan descended silently to the ground and slowly closed in on his first target.
Bringing his hands together, he aligned his index and middle fingers, aiming them at the poor victim's back.
Snake Entering the Cave!
The moment Feng Fan's strike landed, a sharp, searing pain erupted through the man's butt.
"AAAAAAARGH!" he screamed, his voice echoing through the forest.
The pain caused his waist to jerk forward involuntarily, and the rest of his body followed suit right behind it.
His face slammed into the dirt a few meters ahead, leaving him sprawled awkwardly on the ground, his rear embarrassingly raised toward the sky.
Before the other pursuers could close the distance, Feng Fan swiftly rummaged through his victim's belongings, taking everything of value.
'If they're so eager to take something from me, it's only fair I return the favor.'
'This guy was poor as fuck. This can barely fill my teeth!'
After taking a sack filled with low-grade spiritual qi stones and some pills from the man, Feng Fan moved on to his next target.
He showed no mercy to any of them, and the screams of agony echoed through the fog.
Once he had rewarded all of his pursuers and looted them clean, Feng Fan finally left the fog behind. He decided to find a quiet spot to eat the fruits and see if he could achieve a breakthrough.

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC59 I Will Make Sure None of You Walk Away With Your Dignity Intact!
In the clearing outside the pocket dimension, a shimmering screen displayed two names with numbers beside them:
Feng Fan: 0
Zheng Huang: 0
While most elders were cultivating, waiting for the month to pass so the young cultivators could exit, the screen suddenly changed.
Feng Fan: 0 → 10,000
The screen emitted a sound as Feng Fan's points continued to climb, drawing the attention of everyone nearby.
Elder Peng's eyes lit up, and a broad smile spread across his face.
"Haha! That kid is truly not bad! Only three hours in, and he's already found a treasure!"
Standing beside Elder Peng, Elder Shi Fan of the Blue Dragon Sect, frowned in annoyance, before saying with disdain.
"Hmph, it's just luck. Even if he managed to get a treasure, what of it? Let's see how he plans to leave that place alive with so many people after his head."
Before Elder Peng could respond, the screen flickered again as Feng Fan's points began to climb once more.
10,000 → 10,100 → 10,400
Elder Shi Fan's expression turned from disdain to confusion. Find your next adventure on empire
"What the hell? What did this kid stumble upon?"
None of the gathered elders could have guessed the truth: Feng Fan's points were now rising not because he found treasures, but because he was robbing other cultivators!
The bracelets worn by Feng Fan and Zheng Huang recorded points for any item containing spiritual qi, and Feng Fan, the ever kind-hearted individual, had been helping the participants alleviate their burden.
—
Feng Fan sat cross-legged inside a dimly lit cave, its rough, uneven walls glistening faintly with moisture from the damp air.
The entrance was partially hidden by overgrown shrubs, making it an ideal den for a wild beast. The interior was spacious, large enough for a bear to roam freely without brushing against the walls.
Behind him lay the lifeless body of a demon beast resembling a bear, its massive form sprawled across the cave floor. Its skull had been crushed, the wound indicating it had been struck with immense force, leaving behind a gruesome mess of shattered bone and dark, oozing blood.
Before beginning his cultivation, Feng Fan had meticulously placed alarm arrays several meters around the cave's perimeter. These would alert him to any intrusions, whether from humans or beasts, giving him enough time to react.
Taking out a vermilion dragon fruit from his space ring, Feng Fan held it up for a closer look. The fruit resembled a massive strawberry, about three times the size of a normal one, and radiated a dense spiritual qi that seemed to pulsate in the air around it.
He observed it briefly, then opened his mouth and swallowed it whole. As he chewed, the fruit's rich juices spread through his mouth and down his throat. However, instead of the sweet flavor he had hoped for, a bitter, unpleasant taste overwhelmed his senses.
A single thought echoed in his mind as he grimaced:
'Why does medicine always taste like shit?!'
Feng Fan ignored the bitter taste of the fruit, closed his eyes, and focused on his body. A warm yet highly concentrated spiritual qi began to fill his dantian before spreading throughout his system.
Using his cultivation technique, Feng Fan refined the energy, transforming it into a form suitable for his body. He then directed it toward his meridians, carefully pushing them open and awakening their passages to allow the free flow of spiritual qi.
41... 42... 43...
Slowly but steadily, Feng Fan awakened an additional eight meridians, bringing his total to forty-eight and pushing him to the peak of the 3rd stage of the Qi Gathering realm.
Reaching this breakthrough in Qi Cultivation, Feng Fan channeled the fruit's remaining energy into his physical body, strengthening it further until he reached the peak of the 3rd stage of the Body Forging realm.
The potent energy coursed through his muscles, causing them to expand and contract rhythmically, hardening and fortifying his body with each circulation of his cultivation technique.
After two days of cultivation, Feng Fan's eyes slowly opened, a faint glimmer of satisfaction mixed with frustration in his gaze.
"Damn it. One fruit was only enough to push me to the peak of the 3rd stage... Good thing I still have two more."
Before consuming the remaining two vermilion dragon fruits, Feng Fan pulled out the middle-grade spiritual qi stone Elder Jiang had given him. Its once radiant glow had faded significantly, now barely holding any energy.
"I've lifted so many burdens off others, yet this is still the only middle-grade qi stone I have," he mused. "I wonder how many low-grade qi stones it would take to equal just one of these."
With the middle-grade qi stone in hand, Feng Fan resumed his cultivation.
Taking advantage of the stone's energy and the higher qi density within the pocket dimension, he set his sights on taking the final step toward reaching the 4th stage.
In less than a quarter of a day, he successfully opened another meridian and pushed his muscles through a significant transformation.
The shift marked his breakthrough to the 4th stage of both the Qi Gathering and Body Forging realms!
Right after his breakthrough, Feng Fan decided to strike while the iron was hot.
Without opening his eyes, he summoned another vermilion dragon fruit from his space ring and popped it into his mouth.
Minutes later, he retrieved the final fruit and devoured it in one go.
Not long after, he entered the 'Return to Emptiness' state, maintaining it for an impressive four days straight.
During this time, his cultivation steadily advanced until he reached the peak of the 4th stage.
When Feng Fan finally opened his eyes, they gleamed with spiritual qi that had yet to fully settle within his dantian.
Clenching his fist, he grinned mischievously.
"Bastards from the Blue Dragon Sect," he said, his smile widening. "Wait for me. I, Feng Fan, will make sure none of you walk away with your dignity intact! Your butts' virginities shall be lost!"

Because Feng Fan had spent the last week immersed in cultivation, Zheng Huang had surpassed him, leading by more than five thousand points.
Since his points stopped increasing after the initial increase, most assumed it was nothing more than a fluke.
"As I said, that brat was just lucky," Shi Fan sneered, his expression smug. "How could a 3rd-stage ant gather more treasures than our top Qi Gathering disciple?"
Elder Tan Lei of the Blue Wyvern Sect nodded in agreement. "Indeed. There's no way he could surpass a disciple from the mighty Blue Dragon Sect. Even if he were at the peak of the Qi Gathering realm, he wouldn't stand a chance. After all, the gap in cultivation and talent is something only a sect as grand as the Blue Dragon Sect can command."
Elder Peng smirked at Tan Lei's ass-licking. "If the Blue Wyvern Sect put as much effort into cultivation as they do into kissing Blue Dragon's ass, they might become the strongest sect in the Qian Empire."
The other elders chuckled softly, their laughter laced with mockery. Everyone knew the Blue Wyvern Sect was nothing more than the Blue Dragon Sect's lapdog.
Still, none of them dared to voice their thoughts aloud. After all, the Blue Dragon Sect had the power to crush most of those here on a whim. Only the White Crow Sect, which already had a bitter feud with them, would have the audacity to say such things openly.
Tan Lei's face darkened. "Hmph! The Blue Dragon Sect is the dragon's head, and we are its tail. It's better to be the dragon's tail than the head of a chicken, like your sect. No, your sect is no longer a chicken head—it's chicken shit."
Elder Peng maintained an indifferent expression as he thought about Huang Xue and Xue Qiang, the two immortal-level talents they had recruited from Earth.
"Whether we're the head of a chicken or the head of a dragon doesn't matter," he said calmly. "What truly matters is that, as cultivators, we possess the will to challenge the heavens and overcome anyone who dares to stand in our way, unlike your sect, which can hardly even be called a group of cultivators anymore."
Tan Lei's expression darkened, but he didn't retort.
Cultivation was about defying the natural order and challenging the heavens to attain immortality. At its core, cultivation was a rebellion against the status quo.
Blue Wyvern Sect had long lost its cultivation mentality.
—
After advancing his cultivation, Feng Fan resumed his journey toward the peak where the underground spiritual qi rivers converged.
'If my calculations are correct, and nothing slows me down, I should reach it by tomorrow morning,' he thought, a hint of uncertainty creeping into his mind. 'But I'm not confident my current strength will be enough. I should aim to break through to the 5th stage first.'
'After all, there are still many people wanting my head. That damn Shi Fan better hope I don't see him again when I'm strong enough, or I'll give him a tenfold payback.'
'Since he wanted to kill me, If I don't do the same, won't I be falling to return a favor?'
As Feng Fan continued advancing, skillfully avoiding other cultivators, something caught his attention about three hundred meters to his right.
Using his spiritual qi vision, he spotted two human figures locked in battle against a towering, five-meter-tall creature, most likely a demon beast.
'Where there's a fight, there's always something worth taking,' he thought, a sly grin forming. 'Why not help them resolve their conflict by relieving them of whatever they're fighting over? After all, peace is better than violence. It's only fair I promote harmony.'
Before entering the fight, Feng Fan carefully placed a few water generation and cooling arrays near the battleground, in case he needed them.
He leaped onto a sturdy tree branch, positioning himself for a clear view of the fight before him.
The demon beast was a peak tier 1 giant bull, its muscles irradiating with immense power, and its massive, razor-sharp horns gleamed menacingly under the sunlight.
Facing off against the beast were two familiar figures.
'Well, isn't this a delightful surprise,' Feng Fan mused, a faint smirk tugging at his lips. 'It's just like they say—enemies always cross paths on narrow roads.'
One of the Blue Dragon Sect disciples battling the bull was none other than Hou Wei, Feng Fan's dear friend—the one whose castration surgery Feng Fan had so graciously conducted.
'I did do a great job as his surgeon, didn't I?' Feng Fan thought with mock pride. His gaze shifted to the other disciple.
'Ah, I recognize this one. He was standing behind Zheng Huang before we entered the pocket dimension.'
Stay tuned for updates on empire
But something didn't quite add up. Feng Fan tilted his head in contemplation as he studied the scene with his spiritual qi vision.
'What are they fighting for? Did they stumble into the bull's territory by accident and trigger its rage instead of trying to steal a treasure?'
He quickly discovered the reason behind their fight.
Standing behind the bull was a spiritual plant—a ginseng—its body radiating a strong aura.
"Thunder Palm!"
Spiritual qi imbued with electrical energy enveloped the Blue Dragon Sect disciple as he lunged at the bull, aiming his open palm at its head.
"Roar!"
The bull bellowed furiously, swinging its massive horns in retaliation, while Hou Wei circled to the side, attempting to strike the beast's flank.
Unnoticed in the chaos, Feng Fan stealthily circled the combatants and made his way to the ginseng.
He crouched down, plucked the plant, and quickly stored it in his space ring.
The moment he secured the ginseng, all three combatants froze, turning their wide-eyed gazes toward him.
Feng Fan stood and offered a disarming smile. "Oh, don't mind me. Just pulling weeds. Please, carry on."
"Y-You! It's you!" Hou Wei sputtered, his voice filled with rage.
Hou Wei's face twisted with fury as memories of their last encounter surged back.
A week ago, he had been forced to use a precious tier 2 healing pill, powerful enough to mend severe injuries even for Foundation Establishment cultivators.
Even as a seed disciple of the Blue Dragon Sect, the cost had been too great for him. A tier 1 pill wouldn't have sufficed, and without immediate treatment, the damage would have been permanent—leaving him an eunuch for life.
"It's that damn kid from the White Crow Sect!" exclaimed the other Blue Dragon Sect disciple, oblivious to the bad feud between Hou Wei and Feng Fan.
The disciple and the bull changed their focus, both charging toward Feng Fan.
Since he had dared to steal what they considered their rightful prize, he had now become their common target.
Hou Wei was momentarily frozen by the shock of seeing Feng Fan and recalling the humiliation he had suffered, but quickly snapped out of it. Gritting his teeth, he joined the chase, determined to settle the score.
Feng Fan darted toward the area where he had set up his arrays.
Although he was faster than the two Blue Dragon Sect disciples, the bull was another story. Its massive frame closed the gap between its deadly horns and Feng Fan's back with alarming speed.

Noticing the distance shortening with each passing second, Feng Fan timed his next move perfectly.
Just as he passed over one of his arrays, with the bull only a few meters behind, he jumped into the air and activated the combination array below.
Water gushed from the water generation array, instantly freezing as the cooling array activated in tandem. A slick layer of ice formed across the ground, spreading several meters from the array's center.
The bull, unable to react in time, charged onto the ice. Its massive legs slipped uncontrollably, and with a loud crash, it tumbled forward, skidding across the frozen ground before slamming into a tree.
The impact was so powerful that the tree snapped, its trunk breaking cleanly as it fell to the forest floor with a heavy thud.
After landing gracefully a few meters away from the icy patch, Feng Fan glanced back and spotted the Blue Dragon Sect disciples closing in from a distance. Without wasting a moment, he turned and bolted, continuing his escape.
Feng Fan knew he couldn't take on both of them head-on, even taking his body cultivation into account. Using his spiritual qi vision, he noticed their spiritual qi density was slightly higher than his own.
"It won't be long before I surpass you," he thought, determination burning within him as he focused on widening the distance between them.
Before long, his pursuers vanished from sight.
Feng Fan located a sturdy tree and set up a few alarm arrays in the surrounding area for safety. He leaped onto one of its thick branches and sat cross-legged, drawing the ginseng from his space ring.
"Let's see how much stronger I can get with this!" he thought, a gleam of excitement in his eyes.
He popped the ginseng into his mouth and began chewing. The roots were tough, but his strong jaw made quick work of them.
First, Feng Fan made his breakthrough to the 5th stage, opening the last required meridian, bringing his total to 65. This advancement came with a qualitative improvement in his muscular strength.
Next, he harnessed the remaining energy within the ginseng to continue cultivating over the next three days. By the end of his cultivating session, he had reached the peak of the 5th stage, successfully opening a total of 80 meridians.
A confident smile formed on his face as he muttered, "Wash your butts and wait for me!"
—
In front of a large pond filled with crystal-clear water, dozens of disciples from different sects gathered.
Among them were the eight disciples from the Blue Dragon Sect and two disciples from the Blue Wyvern Sect: Huang Chao and Wen Xue.
Wen Xue maintained her composure despite her sect's lower standing compared to the prestigious Blue Dragon Sect.
She had already secured a future as a disciple under one of the Blue Dragon Sect's elders and would soon join their ranks. This gave her a certain level of confidence.
Huang Chao, on the other hand, acted more like a servant.
If a Blue Dragon disciple ordered him to crawl on all fours, bark, and lick their boots, he would obey without a shred of hesitation.
Leading them was Zheng Huang, Blue Dragon Sect's top disciple in this pocket dimension exploration, and Feng Fan's competitor on the wager made with Shi Fan.
On the other side of the lake, the steep wall of a peak rose up—the same peak that Feng Fan had been striving to reach ever since he entered the pocket dimension.
"Senior Brother Zheng," one disciple spoke, his voice tinged with unease. This was the same disciple Feng Fan had spotted alongside Hou Wei, battling the giant bull over the ginseng.
"Don't you think this place feels... off? It's strange how all the participants seem to be converging here without any clear reason. The spiritual qi density in this water is unusually high, yet there's no sign of danger. This reeks of a trap. It's almost too obvious."
Zheng Huang remained silent, his eyes fixed on the pond before them. It was Hou Wei who spoke up in his place.
"Jia Qiang, if you can sense it, do you really think Senior Brother Zheng wouldn't?"
Jia Qiang narrowed his eyes at Hou Wei, his thoughts filled with disdain. 'This bastard loves to bully the weak but fears before the strong. How did someone like him even get the chance to be here?'
"All opportunities are accompanied by dangers. Haven't the cultivation path always been like this?"
Zheng Huang said, still looking at the pond, without turning his back.
"Since we have so many people here, let's wait for an impatient one to make the first move."
"And what if no one makes the first move?" Jia Qiang asked hesitantly.
Zheng Huang slowly turned, a harmless smile tugged on his face, but his next words sent a chill down Jia Qiang's spine.
"Then we'll make them do it. After all, the weak should at least serve the strong properly."
The minutes soon turned into hours. Many disciples around the pond tried different methods, but nothing happened. It was when the night came that the first daring one made a bold move.
"Since no one dared to do it, I'll get the riches!" He said shouting as he threw himself at the lake and started absorbing the spiritual energy inside to cultivate.
At first, people looked at him as if he were an idiot, but when some minutes passed and nothing happened, half of the observers went inside.
Soon, the pond was filled with disciples cultivating, but the spiritual qi inside the pond didn't diminish in the slightest.
Some of the disciples inside the Blue Dragon Sect showed impatient reactions, but because Zheng Huang didn't move, they didn't dare to do it either.
"Senior Brother Zheng, aren't we going inside?" Asked Jia Qiang, feeling a little impatient.
Zheng Huang looked at him as if he was an idiot. "If you want to go, then go ahead, I won't stop you, but the real treasure isn't here."
"Huh? What do you mean?" Asked Jia Qiang surprised.
"Take a better look at them. They are cultivating, but can you feel their strength increasing?" Zheng Huang said. Read exclusive content at empire
Jia Qiang then observed the people cultivating inside the pond carefully and soon noticed a weird thing.
"What?! Their cultivation is regressing?!" Terror filled his eyes.
Having his cultivating regressing would be the same as killing him. He was glad he listened to Zheng Huang and didn't rush inside.
"I believe this is a natural array, it wasn't man-made. This peak should be a place where spiritual qi is gathered to create a spiritual qi vein!" Said Zheng Huang, excitement evident in his eyes.

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC62 Spiritual Qi Vein (2)
"A spiritual qi vein?!" Jia Qiang exclaimed, his face filled with astonishment.
Zheng Huang nodded confidently. "I'm 95% certain. The spiritual qi vein should be at the peak of this mountain. If we can secure it for our sect, we'll be handsomely rewarded. Even though the Blue Dragon Sect is a top-tier sect, it only has two spiritual qi veins!"
The surrounding Blue Dragon Sect disciples, hearing Zheng Huang's words, nodded in agreement.
In the Qian Empire, a spiritual qi vein was an incredibly precious resource, coveted by all sects.
A spiritual qi vein had the extraordinary ability to continuously regenerate spiritual qi by absorbing energy from its surroundings, making it a treasure of unparalleled value. As long as it wasn't exhausted, it would remain a source of power and growth for its owners.
The thought of claiming the spiritual qi vein for themselves didn't even cross the minds of those present.
After all, anyone attempting to do so would undoubtedly be reported to the elders. Such an act would be seen as not only selfish but also as withholding a resource that could elevate the sect's standing.
The punishment for such ingratitude would be severe, serving as a harsh reminder of the consequences of betraying the sect's interests.
"Let's head for the vein," Zheng Huang said, walking toward the peak.
"What about the ones still here?" Jia Qiang asked, gesturing toward the group that had avoided entering the pond.
Zheng Huang chuckled, a ruthless smile spreading across his face. "If they dare to compete with us for the spiritual qi vein, we'll settle it the old-fashioned way—by seeing whose fist is the biggest."
Huang Xue and Xue Qiang were atop some trees near the same pond, carefully observing the cultivators entering the water and the reactions of the Blue Dragon Sect disciples.
Coming from Earth, they lacked knowledge about the cultivation world, but they certainly weren't fools.
The sight of so many people hesitating to claim the opportunity right in front of them was enough to raise their suspicions.
Danger had to be involved.
When the disciples began losing their cultivation and Zheng Huang's words reached their ears, the situation became clear.
They kept watching as the remaining cultivators who hadn't entered the pond began leaving the area, heading toward the peak.
Meanwhile, those inside the pond continued cultivating in silence, as though trapped in an illusion they couldn't escape.
"Xue Qiang, let's wait here for Feng Fan. If what they said is true, we can't let him accidentally enter the pond," Huang Xue said, a pang of concern for Fang Feng evident in her voice
Xue Qiang nodded in agreement. "All right. We'll wait for him. After that, let's fight for that spiritual qi vein or whatever it is."
After nearly two weeks inside the pocket dimension, both Huang Xue and Xue Qiang had advanced to the peak of the 6th stage of the Qi Gathering realm. Their newfound strength gave them confidence that they wouldn't lose in a direct confrontation against any of the other participants.
—
Zheng Huang continued running toward the peak's summit, followed closely by the other Blue Dragon and Blue Wyvern Sect disciples. The other participants were right behind them.
When they finally reached the top, they laid eyes on the spiritual qi vein.
It resembled the material of a spiritual qi stone but was much larger, spanning several meters and embedded within an exposed rock.
The vein's size and delicate structure posed a challenge. Without proper mining tools, extracting it without causing damage would take at least several minutes of careful effort.
Of course, this wouldn't stop them. What might, however, was the presence of five peak tier 1 demon beasts guarding the vein.
"These demon beasts are likely absorbing the vein's spiritual qi to strengthen themselves," Zheng Huang remarked. "We'll need to defeat them before we can extract it."
There were eight disciples from the Blue Dragon Sect and two from the Blue Wyvern Sect, making a total of ten cultivators on their side.
Zheng Huang felt confident about their chances, as they had a two-to-one advantage against the demon beasts. However, the situation was still problematic.
The threat of other participants taking advantage of their potential injuries during the fight made the battle far more dangerous.
Zheng Huang knew taking the vein for himself without dealing with the cultivators from other sects behind him would be hard, so he decided to deal with them before he acted.
Turning to face them, he addressed the group.
"Gentlemen, we can't secure the vein without first dealing with the demon beasts. While the spiritual qi vein cannot be divided without losing its absorption power, I assure you that anyone who assists us will receive generous rewards from the Blue Dragon Sect once we leave this place."
The cultivators carefully considered the proposition. Most of them were here representing their sects alone or in small groups of three at most.
Compared to the Blue Dragon Sect, their sect's strength was insignificant.
Even if they somehow managed to obtain the vein, would the other sects allow them to leave with it?
Of course not. For a cultivation sect, a spiritual qi vein was far too valuable.
Without sufficient power, how could they hope to keep it?
Only the Blue Dragon Sect, the sole top-tier sect participating in this expedition, had the strength and influence to claim the vein without provoking the greed of the other sects.
Everyone present was among the top Qi Gathering realm cultivators of their respective sects and fully grasped the implications of the situation. Find your next read at empire
Since Zheng Huang was offering them a way out with the promise of rewards, why wouldn't they accept?
But still, they weren't willing to risk their lives for mere scraps.
If the Blue Dragon Sect wanted to claim the spiritual qi vein for themselves, they would have to take the lead and face the demon beasts head-on.
"I agree."
"Ok.
"Lead the charge, Brother Zheng"
Hearing their responses, Zheng Huang smiled. "Good! My Blue Dragon Sect will take the lead. You guys only have to support us. As long as we successfully get the spiritual qi vein I promise the reward won't disappoint you!"

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC63 It's My Enemies Who Should Be Worried
As Zheng Huang prepared to confront the demon beasts and take the spiritual qi vein, Feng Fan arrived at the pond, his eyes narrowing as he took in the sight of cultivators sitting motionless within it.
"So many people got here before me. But something feels... off."
Before he could analyze the situation further, two familiar voices called out from behind him.
"Fanfan!"
"Feng Fan!"
Turning around, he saw Huang Xue and Xue Qiang approaching him. A smile broke across his face.
"Hey! I'm glad to see you two are safe."
"Feng Fan, I'm so glad you're safe. After what that old dog did, I was worried you might have been killed…" Xue Qiang said, her voice tinged with relief.
Huang Xue nodded silently in agreement, her expression softening.
"Come on, it's not that easy to kill me," Feng Fan said with a smirk. "If anything, it's my enemies who should be worried!"
Xue Qiang and Huang Xue chuckled at his confidence.
"Seeing as you haven't lost your sense of humor, it's clear you're fine," Xue Qiang said with a smile. "But I'm still amazed you managed to advance two stages in such a short time."
"And what about you two?" Feng Fan replied, glancing at them. "I can tell you've both reached the peak of the 6th stage."
"Feng Fan," Huang Xue said, shifting the conversation. "We've been waiting here for another reason. Zheng Huang, the one competing with you in the wager from the Blue Dragon Sect, claimed that this pool is part of a natural trap array and might be connected to a spiritual qi vein. Do you know anything about that?"
Feng Fan's eyes widened in surprise at her words. "A natural trap array? A spiritual qi vein?"
His mind raced as he processed the information. 'If this spiritual qi vein is anything like what's described in cultivation novels, then it's a treasure we should take…'
Feng Fan activated his spiritual qi vision, carefully observing the pond before him.
He noticed the water was saturated with spiritual qi, which the cultivators were attempting to absorb.
Unfortunately, instead of strengthening themselves, their spiritual qi was gradually being siphoned away, flowing into the water and then toward the peak's summit.
As his gaze traveled across the pond and up to the peak, he discerned traces of an array formation.
Although his understanding of arrays was limited, the situation made some things clear.
Based on what he observed, the formation appeared to be a combination of a qi-gathering array and an illusion array.
Unlike typical spiritual qi-gathering arrays, which only pulled energy from the environment, this one was far more sinister, drawing qi directly from living beings.
'So it's true… Just as they said,' Feng Fan thought. 'Unlike man-made arrays, which usually have some form of defense against tampering, this natural array seems much easier to manipulate. What if I…'
A plan began to form in Feng Fan's mind, and a sharp glint appeared in his eyes.
He turned to face Huang Xue and Xue Qiang, a mischievous grin spreading across his face.
"Ladies, I've got an idea..."
—
Zheng Huang led the charge against the five demon beasts.
Rather than wielding traditional cold sharp weapons, he equipped himself with a pair of reinforced knuckles.
"Thunder Hawk Punch!" he roared.
A surge of lightning energy enveloped his fists as he closed in on a towering, four-meter-tall lion. The beast snarled, its golden mane bristling, but Zheng Huang's charge speed didn't decrease.
Behind him, the faint, illusionary outline of a hawk manifested, wings spread wide.
This proved his high mastery of the Thunder Hawk technique. This display of skill was also a clear indication of his near-ascension to the Foundation Establishment realm.
The only thing holding Zheng Huang back from advancing was his deliberate choice to delay his breakthrough. Discover more content at empire
Entering the Foundation Establishment realm would have triggered the pocket dimension's heavenly laws, forcibly ejecting him from it.
If it weren't for the pocket dimension entrance, he could have broken through a month ago!
The lion made its move as well, swinging its paw toward him. Their attacks collided, sending shockwaves through the air.
While Zheng Huang charged head-on, Jia Qiang circled the beast and attacked from the side.
"Thunder Palm!"
Jia Qiang's palm, charged with electrical spiritual qi, struck the lion's vulnerable side, sending a jolt through its body.
"ROAAAAAR!"
The lion roared in fury, its eyes turning red as it glared at Jia Qiang.
But it didn't just end with Jia Qiang.
Soon, two more cultivators joined the battle. One wielding a spear and the other a pair of sickles. Together, they attacked the beast.
"Sunlight Spear Thrust!"
"Dragon Slash!"
They were the same two men in black robes adorned with a sun emblem who had attacked Feng Fan on the first day he arrived at the pocket dimension.
The lion had a tough hide, but as the attacks continued, its injuries began to accumulate. It could barely fight back. Despite demon beasts typically being stronger than human cultivators of the same realm, this one was surrounded by ten!
While Zheng Huang held off its furious attacks, the other nine cultivators gradually wore it down, dealing continuous damage.
Similar scenes repeated across the battlefield. Each demon beast was being assaulted by a group of ten human cultivators!
Within minutes, all the demon beasts were defeated with relative ease.
"Excellent! Let's begin the extraction," Zheng Huang declared, unable to hide the excitement on his face.
He was already envisioning the immense rewards the sect would bestow upon him for delivering such a precious resource.
As the Blue Dragon Sect disciples approached the rock embedded with the spiritual qi vein, a wave of intense flames erupted, blocking their path.
"Hellfire Thrust!"
Xue Qiang appeared behind them, her spear's tip engulfed in flames as she hurled it toward the group. The air around them turned scorching, forcing the disciples to jump to the side to avoid the flaming attack.
Zheng Huang turned to face her, his eyes burning with fury.
"You dare to stand in my way?! You insolent bitch!"

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC64 M-My Spiritual Qi Vein!
Zheng Huang didn't get a reply from them. Instead, another attack flew straight toward him.
"Heavenly Dragon Slash!"
Huang Xue's sword gleamed with a blue radiance as she slashed forward, aiming directly at Zheng Huang.
This made his fury only intensify.
"You White Crow Sect bitches!" he roared, enveloping his fist with spiritual qi. He punched out, completely dissipating the incoming attack with brute force.
Long-range spiritual qi attacks were beyond the capabilities of most Qi Gathering realm cultivators. The only reason Xue Qiang and Huang Xue were able to do so was because of their powerful cultivation techniques.
Even so, their attacks weren't strong enough to kill anyone in the group. At best, they could inflict minor injuries or create brief delays.
But for what they had planned, that was more than enough.
The group was large, and Xue Qiang and Huang Xue didn't dare to approach them directly for fear of being surrounded. If that happened, no matter how strong their cultivation techniques were or how many meridians they had opened, their fates would be entirely in the hands of their enemies.
Zheng Huang barked orders at the Blue Dragon disciples.
"You lot, keep extracting the vein. Everyone else, take down those bitches!"
Some cultivators followed Zheng Huang's command and advanced toward Xue Qiang and Huang Xue, but others hesitated. They were wary of becoming embroiled in the conflict between the Blue Dragon Sect and the White Crow Sect.
Although the White Crow Sect had been in decline for years, even a starving camel was bigger than a horse.
Zheng Huang noticed their reluctance but didn't care. He had more than enough people to handle the two women.
Seeing dozens of cultivators moving toward them, Xue Qiang and Huang Xue launched another round of attacks.
Explore stories on empire
But instead of targeting the approaching cultivators, they circled them and aimed their attacks directly at the Blue Dragon disciples extracting the spiritual qi vein.
"Hellfire Thrust!"
"Heavenly Dragon Slash!"
The disciples sensed the incoming strikes and immediately jumped back, retreating from the spiritual qi vein.
The attacks landed on the ground, mere centimeters from the vein, leaving scorch marks and deep slashes.
Zheng Huang's face twisted with rage.
The spiritual qi vein was fragile, and any damage could render it completely useless. If that happened, all his efforts would amount to nothing.
"You two must have a death wish!" he snarled, closing the distance between himself and Xue Qiang in an instant.
"Thunder Hawk Punch!"
Xue Qiang tried to maneuver her spear to block, but having just launched her previous attack, she was a step too late.
Her stance wasn't ideal, but she managed to lift her spear just in time to intercept the punch aimed at her chest. The collision sent her flying backward, crashing into a tree with a loud thud.
Despite the impact, she landed on her feet, stabilizing herself before she could hit the ground. Her chest rose and fell rapidly as she steadied her breathing, her eyes locked on Zheng Huang with unyielding determination.
"Heavenly Dragon Thrust!"
Huang Xue, standing beside Xue Qiang, struck back with precision.
Her sword gleamed with a brilliant blue light as she aimed its tip directly at Zheng Huang's chest.
"Hmph, petty tricks!" Zheng Huang sneered, dismissing her attack as insignificant.
"Thunder Hawk Punch!"
He launched a powerful punch, cloaked in lightning energy, to counter her attack.
The two forces collided with a resounding impact, the shockwave forcing Huang Xue to stumble three steps back.
Yet the outcome left Zheng Huang visibly stunned.
"You... You're only at the 6th stage of the Qi Gathering realm. How can you be this strong?" he asked, disbelief written across his face.
Huang Xue didn't bother to respond. Instead, her sharp eyes caught sight of the other cultivators closing in. She turned around and ran.
"Xue Qiang, let's go! There's nothing more we can do. Hopefully, we've bought enough time for whatever Feng Fan is planning," Huang Xue urged.
Xue Qiang knew she was right and nodded in agreement.
Without wasting another moment, the two began descending the peak, with a group of cultivators hot on their trail, intent on catching them.
Zheng Huang froze as Huang Xue's words echoed in his mind, and a sinking feeling washed over him. A bad premonition gripped his heart, forcing him to stop his pursuit.
He turned back toward the spiritual qi vein, his eyes scanning the area. Feng Fan was nowhere to be seen, and the vein itself remained in the same spot, untouched.
Relief washed over him, and he exhaled deeply.
Approaching the Blue Dragon Sect disciples, who had resumed their work on the extraction, he barked, "Hurry it up!"
But his momentary relief was shattered.
"W-What's happening?" Jia Qiang's trembling voice cut through the air, his face twisted in horror.
Zheng Huang turned to him, following his gaze. His heart sank.
"No! I-Impossible! M-My spiritual qi vein!" he stammered, his voice filled with disbelief.
The vein that had once pulsed with vibrant spiritual energy was now dimming. Its brilliance faded rapidly, and within seconds, all the spiritual qi was gone.
Panic set in as Zheng Huang grasped the grim reality. A spiritual qi vein, when partially depleted, could replenish itself by drawing energy from the surroundings. But a vein drained entirely? That was irreversible—it was as good as destroyed.
Before his very eyes, the once-precious spiritual qi vein transformed into a lifeless, useless piece of rock.
"FENG FAAAAAAAAAN!" Zheng Huang roared, his voice reverberating with fury and despair.
He clenched his fists, trembling with rage. He didn't know how it had happened, but he was certain the White Crow Sect disciples were behind this.
Consumed by fury, Zheng Huang turned around and began descending the peak.
Fury took over him, and he had to vent his rage on someone!
The other disciples, equally shocked, trailed after him. Whispers and speculation filled the air as they tried to piece together what had happened.
How could the spiritual qi vein be drained so quickly?
And the most baffling part—Feng Fan hadn't even been there.

"What… What the hell is going on?" Asked Shi Fan, baffled.
His eyes were glued to the screen, watching Feng Fan's points skyrocketing at an absurd pace.
Zheng Huang, who had been comfortably ahead by thousands of points just moments ago, was overtaken in less than half a second!
And Feng Fan's points showed no sign of slowing down—they continued to surge wildly, leaving everyone stunned.
Shi Fan shook his head, trying to make sense of the situation. Whatever Feng Fan had discovered, it had to be something extraordinary.
Elder Peng, who was also watching, smiled to himself. "This kid never fails to amaze me!"
His points only stopped climbing after surpassing half a million!
Shi Fan clenched his teeth in frustration. "If that bastard isn't killed or robbed of his possessions, there's no way he'll lose now... I refuse to believe a kid at the 3rd stage can walk out of there alive with so many treasures!"
—
A few minutes after Huang Xue and Xue Qiang moved to intercept the disciples from the other sects, Feng Fan leaped into the pond without fear.

The moment he entered, his consciousness began to waver. A powerful pull tried to overwhelm him, urging him to stop and cultivate right there.
Feng Fan fought back the urge and quickly circulated his cultivation technique, suppressing it easily.
With the Heavens Suppression Arts, even the heavens themselves had to yield, let alone a mere spiritual qi vein!
Walking across the pond, his hands, brimming with spiritual qi, moved methodically as he began altering the array's structure. His precise adjustments subtly shifted the flow of energy within.
When he finally reached the peak's wall, where the pond connected to the spiritual qi vein above, he stopped.
He directed his focus and began altering the flow of spiritual qi between the pond and the vein at the summit, effectively taking control of the array's energy dynamics.
Soon, the cultivators trapped within the illusion array began snapping out of their trance.
"W-What's going on? Where am I?"
"M-My cultivation… What happened? Why did I lose a stage?!"
"Impossible!"
Their panicked cries filled the air, but Feng Fan paid them no mind. Their desperation had nothing to do with him.
It was their own ignorance and recklessness that had led them to this point.
After dealing with the natural array formation, Feng Fan summoned the Suppression Relic from his space ring, gripping it tightly in his right hand.
He raised it slightly before slamming it down into the water with force.
'Absorb!' he commanded silently, his voice echoing within his mind as his spiritual qi surged into the relic.
The spiritual qi that once flowed toward the peak now reversed its direction.
Responding to Feng Fan's command, the Suppression Relic began rapidly absorbing all the energy around it.
Not only was the spiritual qi within the pond quickly drained, but even the flow from the peak ceased entirely as the relic consumed every trace of energy!
Once the spiritual qi vein had been completely drained, Feng Fan withdrew his hand from the pond and placed the Suppression Relic back into his space ring.
"Now, let's see if the fish take the bait," he muttered, a faint smirk tugging at his lips.
Feng Fan didn't have to wait long. Within minutes, Huang Xue and Xue Qiang came sprinting toward him.
"Fanfan, hurry! Let's go. They're coming!" Xue Qiang urged, her voice laced with feigned urgency.
"Oh, sure," Feng Fan replied, his tone casual.
While Huang Xue and Xue Qiang disappeared into the woods, Feng Fan strolled leisurely, completely unfazed by the angry mob closing in behind him.
It didn't take long before they surrounded him.
At the front of the group, Zheng Huang glared at Feng Fan, his fury evident.
"FENG FAN! WHAT DID YOU DO? WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SPIRITUAL QI VEIN?"
Feigning surprise, Feng Fan raised his eyebrows and put on an innocent expression. "Spiritual qi vein? What's that?"
A vein bulged on Zheng Huang's forehead as his anger boiled over. "You damn bastard! I'm going to kill you! I'll rip your soul from your body and torture it for eternity!"
Feng Fan chuckled. "I'm sorry, but you'll have to get in line. Plenty of people are already after my humble life."
Without wasting another moment, Feng Fan activated the arrays he had placed dozens of meters around the pond.
Thick fog rapidly spread across the area, shrouding both Feng Fan and the mob in a dense, suffocating haze.
Hou Wei, already familiar with the horrors of Feng Fan's fog array, felt a cold shiver course down his spine.
"N-No! Run!" he shouted, attempting to sprint out of the fog's boundary.
But how could Feng Fan let a lamb he had so painstakingly trapped escape so easily?
Snake Entering The Cave!
Hou Wei's exposed back was penetrated without mercy!
"AAAAAAAARGH!" A agonizing scream resounded through the fog as Hou Wei's anal virignity was taken away from him.
Last time he was turned into an enunch, this time he was violated!
"Feng Fan's here, hurry!" a voice shouted next to him.
After dealing with Hou Wei, Feng Fan acted without a pause. His next target was the one who had called out.
Snake Entering The Cave!
"AAAAAARGH!"
Another painful cry echoed through the fog.
After each sound, Feng Fan's enemies charged toward him, but he moved like a fish in water.
No matter how fast they were, he was always quicker to evade and counterattack!
Not even Wen Xue's butt escaped intact!
True gender equality!
On the ground, tears streamed down Wen Xue's face, a blend of shame and sadness overwhelming her.
Poor Huang Chao, his already sore butt from Feng Fan's previous attack was struck again, without mercy…
Each time he heard a scream, desperation tightened its grip on Zheng Huang's heart.
"How can this bastard see so clearly in this dense fog? What the hell is going on?!" he screamed, his voice filled with fury and panic.

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC66 Where Do You Think You Are Going, Little Lamb?
After nearly all the cultivators were dealt with by Feng Fan, Zheng Huang realized he would never be able to kill him inside the fog. In a panic, he quickly chose a direction away from the pond and ran as fast as he could.
Feng Fan noticed Zheng Huang running and smiled.
"Where do you think you're going, little lamb? You didn't get permission to leave."
Feng Fan summoned the Suppression Relic from his space ring once more, gripped it tightly in his right hand, and filled it with spiritual qi before launching it toward Zheng Huang with all his strength!
It soared through the air in a perfect straight line, aimed directly at Zheng Huang's head.
Just as Zheng Huang was only a few steps from escaping the fog's boundary, he felt a heavy object strike the back of his head.
"Ugh!"
The impact sent him stumbling forward, his face kissing the ground a few meters from where he'd been hit.
"Oh, not bad," Feng Fan remarked with a smirk. "It seems I underestimated you, Zheng Huang. You escaped from the fog and even had time to flirt with the ground."
Like Mjolnir, Thor's hammer, returning to its master, the Suppression Relic flew back toward Feng Fan. Before it could reach his hand, he was already sprinting toward Zheng Huang, closing the gap between them.
When Feng Fan was still dozens of meters away from Zheng Huang, he jumped high into the air, catching the Suppression Relic tightly in mid-air.
He aimed to end it all with a decisive blow to Zheng Huang's head.
Sensing the imminent danger, Zheng Huang reacted quickly, using his hands to push off the ground and propel himself a few meters to the left.
The desperate maneuver sent him tumbling, dirt filling his mouth, but it saved his life as Feng Fan's attack struck the spot where his head had been moments earlier.
Feng Fan landed with force, the ground sinking slightly beneath him.
Rising from the impact, he smirked. "Not bad, not bad. Your reflexes are sharper than I expected."
Zheng Huang scrambled to his feet, his eyes burning with anger as he glared at Feng Fan.
"Little bastard! Let's see how strong you are now that I can see you!" Zheng Huang roared.
"Thunder Hawk Punch!"
A surge of electrical spiritual qi erupted from Zheng Huang's fist as a faint illusory hawk materialized behind him, soaring forward with his strike.
Feng Fan smirked, unfazed. "You want to challenge me in strength? Alright, let's roll!"
With a brick firmly in hand, Feng Fan charged ahead.
The collision of Feng Fan's brick and Zheng Huang's electrified fist sent a shockwave of spiritual qi rippling through the air.
Feng Fan remained rooted in place, unmoving, while Zheng Huang staggered back five steps, his face contorted in disbelief.
"I-Impossible! How do you have this kind of strength? You're only at the 5th stage of Qi Gathering!"
Feng Fan's grin widened as he raised the brick again. "Let me show you how to throw a real punch, little lamb." Continue reading stories on empire
Feng Fan closed the distance between himself and Zheng Huang with lightning speed, his weapon aimed directly at his opponent's head.
Zheng Huang crossed his arms above his head to block the strike.
Although he managed to defend against the blow, the sheer force of the impact sent him flying several meters back, slamming him into a tree. A sharp pain radiated through his body as his arms went numb.
Disbelief was written all over his face.
"H-How can you be this strong?! You damn ant!" he roared, his voice trembling with fury and desperation.
Feng Fan raised an eyebrow, his expression bordering on amused. 'What a cliché villain line... Is he about to power up or pull out some hidden trump card?'
Zheng Huang gritted his teeth, his mind racing. 'I have no choice! I'll kill this bastard, no matter what!'
Feng Fan heard his thoughts and quickly understood what he was planning. 'Damnit, I can't let him get the chance!'
Without hesitation, Feng Fan surged forward, his movements a blur as he aimed to stop Zheng Huang before he could make his move.
Unfortunately, Feng Fan wasn't fast enough. Just as he closed the distance, Zheng Huang's aura surged violently, growing at least four times stronger than before.
He had broken through to the Foundation Establishment realm!
With newfound strength, Zheng Huang unleashed a punch that collided with Feng Fan's brick. The impact reverberated through the air like a thunderclap.
Feng Fan felt a tremendous force in his hand, almost causing him to lose his grip on the Suppression Relic.
The blow's strong force sent him flying backward. He managed to stabilize himself mid-air, barely landing on his feet.
The moment Zheng Huang ascended, the pocket dimension itself reacted. The once-clear sky darkened ominously, and an oppressive heavenly law began to descend, locking onto Zheng Huang.
'I've got no more than thirty seconds before I'm kicked out of here,' Zheng Huang thought, his expression hardening with resolve.
Time was running out, but he had no intention of leaving without finishing the fight.
'This bastard is too dangerous. He must not be allowed to escape here alive!'
Feng Fan heard Zheng Huang's thoughts and knew he should escape quickly.
'Oh fuck. Now I'm the lamb!'' He thought.
Before Zheng Huang could launch a follow-up attack, Feng Fan turned around and dashed straight toward the fog.
—
At the same time Zheng Huang was escaping the fog's boundary, two more Blue Dragon Sect disciples emerged from the fog, hoping to escape the chaos. Unfortunately for them, Xue Qiang and Huang Xue had been waiting, patrolling the perimeter like vigilant predators.
"Phoenix Descent!"
"Heavenly Dragon Slash!"
The first disciple screamed in agony as Xue Qiang's spear pierced his chest, flames spreading from the wound, consuming his life force.
The second disciple had it better. Huang Xue's sword cleaved through his neck with a single strike, granting him a quicker death and sparing him from prolonged suffering.
One could say Xue Qiang was merciless, while Huang Xue was merciful.
