Exhausted and spent, Vahn and Seraphina finally collapsed, sleeping soundly and cuddling closely to each other. The dangerous world outside the spatial barrier faded away as they found a moment of profound peace. Their faces spoke of serenity and absolute contentment.
However—
Their rest was abruptly shattered by a sound that seemed to defy all logic and physics in the Secret Realm: a cute child's voice.
"Mummy! Papa!"
Vahn and Seraphina snapped awake instantly. As their vision focused, they saw a small, beautiful baby, no more than two years old, sleeping peacefully between them. The baby was giggling, its tiny hands playing innocently with Seraphina's bare breasts, which had been exposed beneath the rumpled sheets.
"Hey, they're mine!" Vahn shouted instinctively and protectively, immediately reaching out and hastily pulling Seraphina's robes up to cover her.
The baby, who had shimmering golden hair reminiscent of Seraphina's own light aura, made an immediate pouty face.
"Papa is so mean. Papa doesn't love Eterna."
Stupefied, Vahn and Seraphina scrambled off the bed, hastily putting on their robes and clothes. Seraphina, despite her shock, moved with mechanical precision, gathering the blood-stained bedsheet into her spatial ring to keep it as a precious memento of their precious first time.
Only then Vahn and Seraphina turned their full attention to the little girl. The small cotton bundle of shimmering golden hair and bright eyes was undeniably cute and innocent.
She eerily resembled Seraphina a lot.
"Who are you, sweetie? Why are you calling us mummy and papa?" Seraphina asked, her voice soft and patient, despite her confusion.
Vahn just watched with deeply furrowed brows. He, too, was struggling to comprehend the appearance of the child.
The little girl jumped onto Seraphina's lap, giggling happily. "Hehehe... You're Mommy, he's my Papa! I am your daughter, Eterna!"
Vahn and Seraphina were speechless. They had just completed the union moments ago; how could they possibly have a two-year-old daughter already? Something was fundamentally and ridiculously wrong.
"What's going on?" Vahn shouted out loud, his rage overcoming his shock. "Hey, you perverted Dragon, what have you done?"
With his shout, the entire spatial isolation, including the temporary nuptial chamber, violently collapsed. They were instantly back on the mountain precipice, facing the colossal, hardened face of the Sky Dragon.
As soon as the Dragon saw the little girl nestled in Seraphina's arms, it also froze, its massive eyes blinking rapidly in confusion.
"Come on, out with it already, you oversized lizard! What have you done this time? Why is this girl calling herself our daughter?" Vahn demanded in forceful tone.
The Dragon, clearly baffled, stammered out its answer. "This... this isn't supposed to be like this! The Rite of Phoenix Nirvana... she should have only been rebirthed to her prime Phoenix form. But somehow, the Eternal Phoenix is now born as your two's daughter! She shares your own bloodline and carries the same looks as the Saintess!"
"What do you mean?" Vahn echoed, still desperately trying to deny the ridiculous reality.
"There's nothing difficult to understand," the Dragon stated with finality. "You two have a daughter now. You'll have to raise her properly. Once she fully regains her Phoenix memory and power, only then can I take her away."
Seraphina was equally stunned, her eyes wide as she looked down at the giggling, powerful child in her arms.
"This... this is my daughter?"
Eterna bobbed her little head up and down with enthusiasm. "Yes, Mummy. I am your daughter," she said, puffing out her cheeks in a charming display of certainty.
Seraphina's heart softened instantly. Though their relationship had started with complications and conspiracy, she couldn't deny the immediate, powerful blood connection she felt to the little girl.
Meanwhile, Vahn frowned deeply. "This has to be some ridiculous joke!" he muttered, rubbing his temples in disbelief.
"Sometimes, things don't go as they were meant to be, young man," the colossal blue Dragon stated, its voice rumbling with ancient wisdom. "You can't deny the blood she shares with you. You will have to accept it."
Eterna looked up at Vahn with huge, watery eyes. "Papa, do you not like Eterna? Sniff, sniff..."
She immediately started crying, looking genuinely heartbroken.
"Aww, please don't cry, sweetie," Seraphina cooed, pulling the child closer. "We both like you. Your papa does too."
"Really?" Eterna muttered, peeking over Seraphina's shoulder and looking directly at her father for confirmation.
Seraphina then glared at Vahn, a silent but firm command in her eyes that demanded no further rejection from him.
Vahn sighed helplessly. How had he become a father? He was just seventeen years old (though mentally thirty-seven). Under Seraphina's firm gaze, he couldn't say no.
"Yes, Eterna," Vahn conceded, his voice grudging but final. "From today, you're our daughter, for better or worse."
Eterna shrieked with delight and, with surprising agility, jumped from her mother's arms onto her father's neck, grabbing him like a little koala.
"Papa, Papa, Eterna is really happy! Here's your reward, muah..."
She planted a wet, innocent kiss directly on his right cheek.
Vahn touched his cheek, stunned. He was annoyed by the sudden clinginess, but all annoyance instantly melted away when he received that sincere, innocent kiss from Eterna.
"Mama, Mama, come closer. You can kiss Papa too!" Eterna announced proudly, attempting to pull Seraphina closer.
Seraphina laughed, delighted by Eterna's antics, and came closer to Vahn. Eterna, in turn, jumped down from Vahn's neck and instantly took hold of both their hands, linking the small family together.
"Mama, Papa, we're now a family!" she declared simply, her golden eyes shining.
Her simple declaration made Vahn's heart skip a beat. He gazed into Seraphina's eyes and saw only pure acceptance, confirming their new, bizarre reality. Still, he couldn't help but doubt his own dark destiny.
"A family, huh?" Vahn murmured, a cynical shadow crossing his face. "I wonder how long it will last." Yet, the sight of Eterna's small hand in his brought a fierce, unshakeable resolution. "But still, since she shares my blood, I will always protect her, even if she forgets us one day."
With that determination set, Vahn was ready to move to the main topic: the Divine Treasury.
But before he could take a step, a devastating sound pierced the air.
SCREEECH!
A world-shaking, piercing screech echoed from the north, a sound of immense power and chaotic elemental energy. It was a challenge to the established order of the Secret Realm.
The Sky Dragon's massive eyes narrowed instantly. An Emperor-Level Beast had been challenged in its territory; its response could not be cowardly.
"ROARRRRRRR!"
His retort was a deep, ferocious, primal roar that violently shook the very foundations of the Secret Realm, momentarily silencing the panicked Stone Monkeys and even Vahn's cynical thoughts.
The battle of Emperors was inevitable.
RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE!
The screech from the north wasn't the only challenge. The ground began to shake with terrifying, rhythmic force, not just from one direction, but from six distinct directions.
From their long slumber, Six Colossal Guardian Beasts rose to kill the Sky Dragon Emperor.

MY SEVEN WIVES ARE BEAUTIFUL SAINTESSESC105: Clash Of Emperor Beasts
Chapter 105: Chapter 105: Clash Of Emperor Beasts
From their long slumber, Six Colossal Guardian Beasts rose to kill the Sky Dragon Emperor.
These were the true Imperial Guardians of the Secret Realm's balance: the formidable White Tiger, the mystical Nine-Tailed Fox, the electrified Thunder Kirin, the impervious Black Tortoise, the towering Golden Rock, and the aquatic Sea Serpent.
As they moved, their sheer size eclipsed the already towering mountains. Seven Emperor-Level Beasts were now active, preparing for war.
"VAHN NECROTIS, here take this! All seven parts of the Divine Treasure are inside this Dragon Pearl!"
The Sky Dragon, Caesar Drakinos, moved with blinding speed despite its size, dropping a shimmering blue dragon pearl into Vahn's outstretched hand.
Vahn caught the round, blue sphere in disbelief. "Wait... All of the Divine Treasure? You had all the Divine Treasure with you this whole time? What is going on? And just what have you done to enrage all the Guardians?"
The Dragon Emperor released a deep sigh, a sound like a distant hurricane. "It's a long story. There's not enough time to explain. For now, take Eterna and leave. I will hold off the other Guardians for you three to escape."
"You're going to fight seven Emperor-level Beasts alone? Will you be fine?" Seraphina expressed her concern, her heart heavy with the weight of her new role.
Eterna's tiny Phoenix eyes unknowingly became cloudy with tears, sensing a familiar companionship with the dragon.
The Sky Dragon finally stood on all four paws, its demeanor shifting from weary guardian to imperial warrior.
"Haha... I am the Great Dragon Emperor Caesar Drakinos! What can happen to me?" It paused, its voice dropping to a desperate plea. "But I beg you, Saintess, take Eterna away. She has suffered so much. I can't let anyone harm her again."
Vahn and Seraphina, understanding the extreme emergency, turned and started running toward the fastest escape route.
Meanwhile, Dragon Emperor Caesar's body began to enlarge at an astonishing pace.
200 meters, 300 meters, 500 meters, 1,000 meters...
Gradually, it reached an astonishing, walking height of 1,500 meters, almost equal to the other Guardians' colossal forms. Its purple eyes were cold, its blue scales crackled with terrifying Lightning, and its claws were sharp like blades of hell. The hundred-meter-spanning wings covered the sun in a suffocating darkness.
Vahn watched this scene with awe. He finally understood the true meaning of a Powerhouse. This was it. The Sky Dragon Emperor was the epitome of power and destruction. His meager Golden Core cultivation felt tiny in comparison. He was certain that even with his Nuclear Dragon Sword, he would barely make a scratch on Caesar's magnificent scales.
Come, Vahn! We have to go!" Seraphina urged, pulling his hand and cradling Eterna close.
Vahn nodded and started running beside her, matching her frantic pace. The shimmering Dragon Pearl was clutched tightly in his hand. He had already tried to store it away, but for some reason, the pearl simply would not fit inside a spatial ring.
Maybe another separate dimension was inside, he guessed, realizing the immense power held within.
This single, spherical object was the sole reason he had risked everything, including his life and his identity. It had to contain something that would prove extremely useful for their future needs.
Behind them, the world was ending. The combined roars and elemental energy discharges of the seven Emperor-Level Beasts collided, tearing open the sky and sending shockwaves across the Secret Realm.
Vahn didn't look back anymore, but the ground trembled beneath his feet with every blow exchanged. The sheer scale of the battle guaranteed massive devastation, which was both a shield and a threat.
Meanwhile, in another place, close to the ongoing, cataclysmic battlefield, Aria Stormsong and her followers watched the unprecedented devastation with speechless expressions. The sight of seven Emperor-level Beasts engaging in a realm-shattering war was too much for their minds to process.
"Saintess," one of her struggling followers gasped, "for some reason, the Guardian Beasts are fighting themselves! And we have no clue where the Divine Treasury is located. We should leave before the Secret Realm breaks apart."
Aria smirked instead, her eyes gleaming with cold intelligence. "No. We're going to the east. Follow me!"
With a decisive burst of speed, she started running. Her figure moved with lightning speed, almost like a galloping thunder horse, leaving her subordinates scrambling to keep up.
Her special eyes—the unique inheritance of the Stormsong Lineage—could see what others couldn't. Even from such a distance, through the chaos of the Dragon Emperor's battle, she could clearly see Vahn and Seraphina's figures, and more critically, the shimmering Blue Dragon Pearl clutched in Vahn's hand.
"How long can you run, Vahn Necrotis?"
she sneered contemptuously inside. "With your pitiful strength, you're not going anywhere. The Divine Treasury is mine."
Her followers struggled to keep pace, watching her disappear into the distance, unable to question her absolute certainty.
Aria was not fleeing the battle; she was using the chaos as cover to hunt the only thing that mattered: Vahn, and the treasure he now held.
---
Vahn, Seraphina, and Eterna were gliding rapidly toward the ground, cushioned by Eterna's golden Phoenix aura. The ground rushed up to meet them, but waiting there was Gryphus, the Shadow Reaper, One of Demonic Faction's top genius.
A cruel grin split Gryphus's face. He raised a massive dark scythe high above his head, ready to intercept the falling family and claim the spoils of war.
"Young Lord! Shouldn't you hand out the treasure for the Demonic Faction?" Gryphus wheezed, his eyes gleaming with hidden ambition. "If you do, you will make the Necrotic lineage very proud!"
Vahn's eyes, however, showed not pride, but utter contempt. He looked at Gryphus as if watching a fool.
Sheen...
He immediately gripped the Nuclear Dragon Sword in his back. The black blade hummed, hungry for blood.
"Seraphina, look after our daughter," Vahn said, his focus absolute. "This time, I will protect you two."
With that declaration, Vahn leapt high into the air, moving like a shadow-wrapped Hercules, and slammed the greatsword down onto the demonic prodigy.
The Destruction Sword focused all its crushing power onto the trajectory of the strike.
The clash was utter destruction.
"BOOM!"
The impact was deafening. The ground fractured in a wide circle as Vahn's overwhelming, infinite energy met Gryphus's shadow defense. The force of the strike was applied by the White Core's energy circulation and Lightning Destruction Sword Art.
It instantly pulverized Gryphus's shield and slamming his demonic body deep into the earth.
When the dust settled, Gryphus lay mangled and unconscious in a crater, his scythe broken.
He had paid his price for his arrogance.
