Just as Danzō reeled in shock, his eyes reflected Uchiha Akainu's crimson figure, closing in instantly. Danzō dodged immediately, his hands flying through a series of hand signs.
"Wind Style—"
Danzō took a deep breath, his chest expanding dramatically, before forcefully exhaling.
"Vacuum Sphere!!!"
He still hadn't ripped off the bandages covering his arm. If he exposed all those Sharingan in public, every bloodline limit clan in Konoha would surely see him as an enemy. After all, no one wanted a bloodline limit hunter lurking in their village.
The wind-style chakra he'd gathered in his mouth shot out towards Uchiha Akainu like machine gun bullets. Each "Vacuum Sphere" was about half the size of a baby's fist. When they struck nearby houses, they even pierced through thick walls, leaving perfect round holes!
But... when the numerous "Vacuum Spheres" landed on Uchiha Akainu, it was like throwing pebbles into water. They splashed with "lava," yet they couldn't penetrate that bizarre Lava Release defense.

With every step Uchiha Akainu took forward, terrifying heat left a trail of flaming footprints on the ground. The smell of sulfur in the air was so thick it was almost suffocating.
"Damn it, this is really similar to the Hozuki clan's Hydrification Jutsu... a bloodline limit ninjutsu that allows one's body to become a natural element, granting immunity to most physical attacks?"
"At least, my Wind Style isn't doing much to him!"
Danzō's face was utterly grim. His sinister eyes, while heavy with caution, flashed with various uncertain expressions. "No... there's absolutely no invincible ability. There must be a weakness..."
"That 'Monkey,' while soft-hearted, would never tolerate an Uchiha who has no weakness and is uncontrollable."
Danzō suddenly remembered. The only time Uchiha Akainu had blocked a ninjutsu attack was when he stopped the Water Style jutsu used by two Root ninja.
That's right!
Water Style... could that be the weakness of this inherently evil Uchiha brat?
Water Style wasn't Danzō's strong suit, but that didn't mean he couldn't use it.
Suddenly!
Danzō saw Uchiha Akainu raise an arm, a single finger pointing towards him. The lava-flowing fingertip seemed to be accumulating power, ready to erupt.
"This isn't good!"
In that same instant, Uchiha Akainu's fingertip spewed out scorching globs of lava! Dense, miniature lava bullets arced through the air, heading straight for Danzō!
"Lava Release: Scorch Shot."
Danzō's pupils contracted. He quickly performed hand signs and slammed his palms onto the ground: "Water Style: Water Wall!!!"
A wall of water rose. Large numbers of lava bullets crashed into the Water Wall. The pervasive smell of sulfur and scalding steam made Danzō break out in a cold sweat. If he had been even half a second slower, he would have been forced to use the power of the Sharingan to evade Uchiha Akainu's attack.
Damn it! My entire skillset, half is in Wind Style, and half in the Sharingan and Wood Style. And yet, one of those skills is completely useless against this inherently evil Uchiha brat, and the other two I can't use in public!
The biting pain occasionally emanating from his left ear made Danzō seethe with rage. He had never felt so constrained, so utterly suppressed.
If only the battle location were different, if only he had more preparation, or more Root ninja with him, Danzō swore he could kill this evil Uchiha brat!
After all... that's how he had killed Uchiha Shisui a year ago. No matter how brilliant an Uchiha prodigy was, they couldn't withstand a concerted attack, let alone unpredictable schemes.

The conflict with Uchiha Akainu today was too rushed. This was different from facing Shisui.
"Hmm?" Just then, through the translucent Water Wall, Danzō vaguely saw a large crimson glow appearing ahead.

Danzō couldn't hesitate any longer. Whether it was for his own life or to kill this inherently evil Uchiha brat, he had to activate the power of the Sharingan.
The surging lava torrent instantly swallowed his aged body; human flesh simply couldn't withstand the scorching heat of magma. In less than a second, Danzō's entire body vaporized. The rolling lava even wiped out half a street's worth of buildings.
Danzō was dead.
But not quite.
The Uchiha's forbidden secret jutsu, "Izanagi," had the ability to rewrite any unfavorable events, including death. Once activated, the Sharingan would become permanently blind. This ability to rewrite unfavorable events could last for a full minute.
As one of the transplanted Sharingan within his bandages completely closed, the water vapor of his body, lingering in the air, instantly coalesced and rapidly formed into a human shape.
The "revived" Danzō's face was grim, radiating an overflowing killing intent.
"Danzō!!!"
"Stop!!!"
Just then, figures suddenly appeared on the street, quickly surrounding the entire area. All these figures were clad in Konoha Anbu attire. Three Anbu squads had mobilized, and led by Hiruzen Sarutobi, they had finally arrived.
Looking at the scarred street before him, and breathing in the bizarre odor in the air, Hiruzen Sarutobi couldn't help but cough a few times. His old face didn't look much better.
"Danzō! What are you doing?!!" Hiruzen Sarutobi, with Kakashi and other Anbu guards behind him, walked into the fray, his wrinkled old face stern, hands clasped behind his back, exuding a furious aura.
"This is Konoha! Are you trying to destroy Konoha, Danzō?!" Hiruzen Sarutobi immediately bellowed.
Danzō: "???"
Danzō could understand why the "Monkey" would be drawn here by such a commotion. But what he couldn't understand was why, upon arriving, he was aggressively questioning him, Danzō.
"Hiruzen! What do you mean?!"
Danzō didn't even call him "Hiruzen" anymore. He gritted his teeth and snapped back, "How dare you say I'm trying to destroy Konoha? On the contrary, if I can kill this ambitious Uchiha brat today, I would be saving Konoha!"
He angrily pointed at Uchiha Akainu. "This inherently evil Uchiha brat just tried to use his Sharingan to control the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, to re-enact the Nine-Tails' attack from years ago!"
