But the threat doesn't vanish—another masked figure appears: Golden Skull, wearing a mask similar to the assassin. He finds a hidden child and says:

"Your entire family was slaughtered. I'm Regas… from the Dark Void. Run. Your name… is Demon Prince Vestora, right?"

He hands Vestora the sacred Triangular Pyramid, revealing that another family was killed three months earlier for the same artifact. Regas orders Vestora to head to the Minister's Palace—warning that the events are tied to a deeper conspiracy.

Chapter 1 – Part 2: Baptism of Power

Inside the Minister's Palace, loyal advisor Jasface bows as he greets a lone figure.

"Your Majesty, Crown Prince Vestora… Why are you alone? Where is His Majesty?"

A tense silence fills the air. Vestora, shaken and grief-stricken, replies:

"My family was slaughtered… all for this Triangular Pyramid."

Jasface gently places a hand on Vestora's shoulder.

"Come. Let's ride to the Baptism Chamber. Angel Sako is waiting—she will send you to the Academy. It's the safest place now."

On horseback, the minister begins to explain the meaning of an adventurer.

"At age 12, you are marked to begin your questing life. Every skill, every decision… they define your legacy."

As they arrive, Jasface calls out:

"Red Giant Sako, it's time."

From the chamber's light descends Angel Sako, majestic and battle-worn. She speaks calmly to the minister:

"Honored Minister of the Demon Kingdom… you summoned me. What matter weighs so heavily?"

Jasface explains the dire truth. Saki, Sako's sister and a former Dark Void commander, warned of another massacre. The masked attacker has struck again. This child—Vestora—may be tied to the same fate as Edward.

Angel Sako's voice rises:

"Come, Demon Prince. Enter the chamber. Today, you receive your Random Skill through Baptism."

The chamber begins to glow. Vestora's fate is about to be rewritten.

Within the glowing chamber, five radiant cards float before Vestora, each pulsing with arcane light.

"These are randomized skill cards," Angel Sako explains. "Each holds the power to shape your fate."

Taking a breath, Vestora reaches out and taps the third card. A surge of energy wraps around his arm.

Status Updated: First Skill Obtained

Skill: Aether Weapons

"Allows user to conjure weapons from pure aether, adapting form and function to match the situation. Can be reshaped at will."

Sako smiles, impressed.

"Aether Weapons… adaptable, boundless. A fine start."

She turns to the shadows, calling out:

"Mr. X! Come forward. This is our new adventurer."

A cloaked figure steps into view, nodding silently.

"Vestora, it's time. The Academy awaits."

Sako kneels before the boy.

"Three years of rigorous training await you. After that, return and show the kingdom what a prince can become. Restore what was lost."

She gestures to the portal swirling behind her.

"Enter the gate to Formula Questoria Academy. Teacher Maxilius will guide you. He is not just a mentor—but the first true test of your heart and mind."

Vestora tightens his grip, steps into the light... and disappears.

Vestora

stepped through the portal into Formula Questoria. His eyes widened as the sky shimmered like molten opal, pulsing with radiant light. The air itself glowed with energy.

Ancient buildings curved like spirals, their crystal architecture floating gently above marble gardens. Every surface radiated grace, magic, and memory.

From the glow emerged Maxilus, calm and poised.

"I am Maxilus. Your home teacher, and assistant to the Protector. Come, boy—it's time for your first class."

Maxilus guided Vestora into a sprawling Training Hall, filled with 75 students in full motion.

Flames danced above palms.

Gusts whipped around cloaked figures.

Spears bent midair, then straightened.

Herbs bloomed in soil that moments ago was barren.

Vestora's voice trembled with joy.

"This... is training?"

Maxilus smiled gently.

"This is becoming."

He led Vestora into a smaller chamber—the Beginner Quest Class. Enchanted maps shimmered across the walls. Maxilus gestured for him to take a seat.

He addressed the class:

"Beginner quests aren't about glory. They build your foundation. For example: your first quest might be to dig two meters using a basic shovel. Through it, you unlock two core skills:

Dig – lets you excavate terrain using any tool. Proficiency – strengthens any skill with repeated use."

He walked the aisle, voice calm but firm:

"Why dig? Because one day, you'll plant something powerful. Sometimes life asks you to clear the roots... before you see growth."

A student raised a hand.

"Who gives us quests?"

Maxilus didn't hesitate:

"The land itself. From Primary Lovara to Mythical Questoria, every location responds to your presence. A private message appears on your Status Board. Only you can see it. And when it does… your trial begins."

Another student, Wrishon , chimed in with wonder:

"Questoria runs on its own time—no seasons, no holidays. We live by Quest Land Time:

35 hours in a day 75,000 hours in a month 7.5 million hours in a year"

Maxilus nodded.

"Each quest has a timer. Fail? You may retry—a million times, even infinity. But mastery... mastery is earned only through patience and grit."

He clapped his hands with finality.

"Tomorrow at 8:00—your first quest begins. Pack your resolve. What seems simple... can forge gods."
