Chapter 27 - Chapter 27: Welcome to the Organization

Naruto continued to speak slowly, peeling back the layers of Konoha's darkness, revealing it step by step to Uchiha Shisui.

Shisui fell silent.

Was this… really the Konoha he had sworn to protect?

From the shadows, Naruto sensed faint chakra fluctuations nearby and couldn't help but roll his Byakugan in mild irritation. That guy's concealment technique is pathetic. If Shisui hadn't been blind and weakened, he would've noticed the hidden figure long ago.

But Naruto had allowed it on purpose.

Somewhere in those shadows, a certain white-haired ninja was watching—stunned.

Kakashi Hatake.

Still a little too naïve, Kakashi had completely underestimated Naruto's sensory prowess. And Naruto wanted him to hear everything. He wanted to see how the Copy Ninja would react after learning the truth about Konoha… especially when it came to the truth behind White Fang.

Naruto was gambling—gambling that Kakashi wouldn't report this meeting.

Even if he lost that bet, so what?

He'd defect.

With the Nine-Tails sealed inside him and his mastery over Earth Release, Naruto had options. He could tunnel hundreds of meters underground and vanish from Konoha before anyone even noticed.

After acquiring powerful Earth Release jutsu, Naruto had trained them relentlessly. Thanks to his unique skill—Heaven Rewards Diligence—he'd evolved the Earth Release: Earth Submersion technique to terrifying levels.

He could now expand its underground space with more chakra, and even boost its speed. As far as Earth-style users went, no one could catch Naruto beneath the ground.

But for now, he stayed still and returned to the conversation.

This time, he turned his focus from Konoha to the world at large.

"Shisui, what do you think of the shinobi world?"

He didn't wait for a response.

"There are always wars. Constant conflict. But do you know why there's always war? Do you really think it's about hatred? Or politics? Or pride?"

He shook his head.

"No. It's about resources."

Naruto's tone was sharp now—cutting, bitter.

"It's always been about the uneven distribution of land, food, and power. Look at the Land of Wind—most of it is desert. They don't even have enough water. So what do they do? They wage war. Not because they want to, but because they have to. They fight to survive—to seize food and water for their people, for Sunagakure. They also send people to die in war just to curb overpopulation."

"Isn't that ironic? Some people are killed just so others can live."

Shisui's expression darkened.

Even in the shadows, Kakashi's face paled. He had never thought of war in this way. He always believed it stemmed from hatred. From conflict between nations. But Naruto was painting a very different picture—one grounded in survival.

Naruto pressed on.

"Do you think the shinobi profession is noble? Glorious? Ninja don't produce anything. They don't grow crops. They don't build houses. But when war breaks out, who suffers the most?"

He didn't wait for an answer.

"It's the civilians. The small nations. The minor villages."

"Think about the Land of Rain. What did it do wrong? The Five Great Nations didn't want the battlefield on their land, so they dumped the war into the Land of Rain—because it was small, weak, expendable."

Naruto's voice softened.

"But they had Hanzo the Salamander. Without him, Amegakure would've been crushed long ago."

He paused, letting the weight of his words settle.

"You call yourself righteous. But in the eyes of others—like those in the Land of Rain—you're the invader."

Silence followed. Shisui didn't respond. He was deep in thought, turning over every word Naruto had said. It was as if he were seeing the shinobi world for the first time—not through loyalty, not through ideals, but through truth.

He had always believed enemies were simply bad people trying to harm Konoha.

But now?

Now the world felt grayer, colder.

Naruto saw the shift in Shisui's aura. The time was right.

He asked quietly, "Do you want to change this world?"

And then, slowly, Naruto began to share the ideas from his past life—the thoughts and visions that had no place in the current shinobi system.

As he spoke, he felt it clearly—Shisui's spirit stirring.

If he still had his eyes, they would be burning with light.

Naruto's vision was revolutionary.

He said nobles were not the rightful rulers of the world—the people were.

He said the one-country, one-village system was flawed. That the military and government should be separate. That true peace couldn't be built on a shinobi's blade alone.

Why should ninja only kill?

Why couldn't they build?

Why couldn't Earth Release ninja help terraform barren lands?

Why couldn't Water Release ninja bring water to the Land of Wind?

Why couldn't the great nations exchange resources and support each other?

Why couldn't they all be united under one empire—with one banner, one people?

If there were no nations, then there would be no wars. Everyone would be a citizen of the world.

In the future, Naruto envisioned hundreds of thousands of shinobi working together to reshape the land—making deserts bloom, carving smoother roads, and increasing food production.

He even quoted something from his previous life:

"To get rich, first build roads."

Shisui didn't fully understand the principle, but Naruto's words stirred something powerful within him.

He believed.

Naruto's vision was no longer just an ideal—it felt like the answer the world had been waiting for.

At that moment, Shisui was struck by a sobering realization:

Naruto was only seven or eight years old.

How could someone so young speak such truths?

It was as if the heavens themselves had sent Naruto as a savior.

In the shadows, Kakashi was just as shaken. His blood boiled—not from anger, but from hope.

He felt something awaken inside him.

Could this world truly change?

Then, instinctively, Kakashi vanished from the area. He needed time to think. He needed answers. He needed to investigate his father's death himself.

The Third Hokage was no longer someone he could blindly trust.

Naruto's words had planted a seed in his heart.

He wanted to see this world for himself.

Back in the clearing, Shisui slowly calmed himself.

Then, with solemn conviction, he spoke:

"Naruto-kun… what do you need me to do?"

Shisui exhaled deeply.

He knew what Naruto wanted—recruitment. And truth be told, he was swayed. Every word Naruto spoke tugged at the threads of his convictions. He wanted to see the world Naruto envisioned.

What Naruto proposed… it wasn't just idealism. It was practical. It was real. Even Madara's Infinite Tsukuyomi had followers—people who believed in a fabricated peace and fought to bring it about. Compared to that illusion, Naruto's vision felt tangible—achievable.

More importantly, Naruto had the right qualities to lead. He wasn't just a symbol. He was a true ideological core.

And Shisui found himself drawn to that flame.

"Welcome to the organization, Shisui-kun," Naruto said with a calm smile. "I plan to establish a group that can help reshape the world. A new force—one that can act as the Umbrella over the chaos. We'll call it the Umbrella Organization."

Shisui's eyes widened slightly.

"I need you," Naruto continued, "to gather talents from across the Shinobi world. Train them. Raise orphans. Spread our ideology. Ninjas aren't just tools for killing—they can be more. Ninjutsu has so many other possibilities."

"You can initiate infrastructure projects, turn shinobi toward peaceful development. But understand this—changing the world means confronting the nobility. It means conflict. And for this revolution, blood must be spilled. Every drop shed will be a mark of the red revolution to come."

He raised a single finger.

"Shisui, this road will be long. And the burden will be heavy."

Then, through a subtle transfer of chakra, Naruto imparted to Shisui his insights on chakra cultivation, the Rokushiki (Six Styles), and a detailed outline of their ideological framework. Shisui closed his eyes as the knowledge flowed into him.

When he opened them, he dropped to one knee.

"Understood, Naruto-kun. I will not disappoint you!"

His voice was filled with resolve and awe.

Seeing Naruto's current strength, Shisui's thoughts shifted to his safety. "You're still in Konoha," he said seriously. "That's dangerous. You'll need means of escape if things go wrong. Here—this is my personal training in the Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique), as well as several Ninjutsu techniques I've refined. Use them."

With that, Shisui used a Genjutsu transmission to pass his knowledge and Ninjutsu to Naruto.

Naruto's eyes lit up. The Ninjutsu Shisui shared exceeded anything he'd acquired up to now. This was a major gain.

"I suggest you begin in the Land of Waves," Shisui offered. "It has no hidden village and very little shinobi presence. It's ideal for development. Also, I can introduce you to a few talents—Momochi Zabuza, for one. He's a rogue from Kirigakure. And there's a problem child from Iwagakure—Deidara, the Tsuchikage's apprentice. He might be recruitable if approached right."

Naruto listened quietly as Shisui added, "Don't move too openly. Like the wise rabbit with three burrows, make sure you have layers of protection. Also consider recruiting scientists. They're not shinobi, but they can change the world just as much—especially in agriculture and energy. A food revolution can be just as powerful as a military one."

The two spoke at length, establishing secret codes and backup communication methods.

Then, with everything in place, Naruto turned and began making his way back toward Konoha—his mind racing with possibilities, and his path forward clearer than ever.
