On a planet of endless ice and snow where freezing winds howled ceaselessly, the entire world seemed locked in an eternal winter.
After hastily transporting Frieza and his son there, Kibito, still fearful of Aize, did not dare linger. He quickly turned and vanished into the vast, frozen wilderness.
Now, only Frieza and his son, Aize, remained on this cold and silent land.
Frieza's short yet imposing silhouette stood in the snow. His sharp gaze swept up and down over Aize.
Aize lowered his head like a child who had made a mistake and was awaiting punishment, not daring to look his father in the eye.
It was clear that he had been completely purified by the Ultra Divine Water and had returned to normal.
Seconds ticked by. Frieza's silent stare pressed down on Aize like a heavy mountain.
Unable to endure the suffocating pressure any longer, Aize's lips trembled as he forced out a few words:
"Father, I'm sorry."
His voice was so faint that it was almost swallowed by the howling wind.
Hearing his son's apology, Frieza narrowed his eyes slightly. Rising onto his toes, he gently placed a hand on Aize's shoulder. Then, clasping his hands behind his back, he turned away and spoke in a tone that carried both reproach and expectation.
"Hohoho… To think that the first meeting between father and son would occur under such circumstances."
After a brief pause, he continued.
"As for the strength you have displayed, I am very disappointed."
"Were you so easily parasitized and controlled by that Tuffle?"
Aize fell silent again. In truth, it was not entirely his fault. During his frozen state, his consciousness had been extremely faint, allowing Baby to seize the opportunity.
His lips quivered as if he were going to explain, but one look at Frieza's intimidating gaze made him swallow his words.
"This only proves that your mind is neither firm nor mature. Furthermore, after all this turmoil, your talent has diminished considerably."
"Your strength should not be limited to this."
The playful and disdainful glint that usually lingered in Frieza's eyes vanished in that instant, replaced by grave seriousness—like a blade of cold light shooting into the distance.
He turned his head slightly, casting a sideways glance at Aize.
Almost instantly, Aize understood the deeper meaning behind his father's words.
Because of Baby's interference, his originally normal frozen period had been hugely disrupted and drastically shortened.
Ever since he had been separated from Frieza through special means, Aize should have possessed a full fifty years of frozen dormancy.
Among their race, there had always been a rule: The longer one remained in a frozen state, the more powerful one would be upon awakening.
Realizing this, Aize felt a surge of panic and anxiety. He quickly raised his head and cautiously asked,
"Father, is there any way to remedy this situation?"
Aize harbored absolute awe and fear toward Frieza's terrifying power.
Thus, he remained impeccably respectful before this mighty being, who was also his biological father, not daring to show the slightest hint of insolence.
Hearing the question, Frieza slowly shook his head. A trace of regret and helplessness appeared on his face.
With a soft sigh, he murmured,
"What a pity... Aize, you have already missed the most critical opportunity."
"Fortunately, however, the noble genes of this king flow within you. As long as you devote yourself to proper training, you can still make considerable progress."
After a brief pause, Frieza's eyes, flickering with a cold radiance, suddenly brightened.
"Of course, aside from self-training, I have another method."
"There's a way to help you re-enter a frozen state and gain more time to grow."
The moment those words were spoken, the dullness in Aize's eyes vanished. Two dazzling lights burst forth from his pupils, like meteors streaking across the night sky.
"Really? Father?!" His voice trembled with excitement as he stared at Frieza in disbelief.
Frieza nodded expressionlessly, as if he had expected such a reaction from Aize all along, and calmly confirmed once more:
"Hohoho, of course it's true. However, this matter is highly confidential. Only the two of us must know about it."
"Come closer. I'll tell you this secret quietly."
As he spoke, he raised his right hand and gently beckoned Aize forward.
Overjoyed and sensing nothing unusual, Aize lowered his guard completely at that moment.
Like an obedient student, he lowered his head and quickly stepped forward to stand in front of Frieza, leaning in to listen to the secret.
But the very next second, something utterly unexpected happened.
A crafty glint of cold light flashed in Frieza's eyes. He suddenly raised his left hand and swung it down with lightning speed. A fierce gust of force howled through the air and transformed into a heavy, lethal knife-hand strike that slammed into the back of Aize's neck.
With a dull thud, Aize had no time to react. A sharp pain struck him, his vision went dark, and his body collapsed forward uncontrollably.
His eyes slowly closed, and his consciousness faded. Yet, before losing all awareness, he mustered his last bit of strength and whispered, "Father?"
"F… Father?"
His tone was filled with confusion. Frieza paid him no mind and turned and walked straight into the cave.
Soon, he took out the box containing the Two-Star Dragon Ball once again.
When it came to the Dragon Balls, even Aize was someone Frieza would guard against.
Soon, the shadow of the Two-Star Dragon manifested once more on the icy plains.
"Oh, Honorable Lord Frieza. We meet again. What wish will you make this time?"
Frieza clasped his hands behind his back and cast a sideways glance at the unconscious Aize on the ground.
"Return my son to his frozen state."
The Two-Star Dragon (Cereal's Dragon) pondered briefly before replying.
"Oh? Very well, Lord Frieza. Your wish shall be granted at once."
The dragon gave a ghostly smile as miraculous power descended.
In that instant, Aize's body was encased in ice. His form began to regress to its earliest state, entering once more into a frozen dormancy.
"Lord Frieza, your wish has been fulfilled. Until we meet again!" A sly glint flashed in the dragon's eyes as it added. "I look forward to our next meeting!"
With that, the Two-Star Dragon (Cereal's Dragon) returned to the Dragon Balls.
Frieza leapt into the air, intercepting the Dragon Balls and sealing them back inside the box.
He then stored the box away once more.
Lifting the frozen Aize onto his shoulder, Frieza carried him into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
"Hohoho... Saiyans, once the Tournament of Power concludes, your time of death will arrive!"
......
Inside the cave, the two sealed Dragon Balls began to behave strangely.
The spheres trembled violently.
Suddenly, the voice of the Two-Star Dragon (Cereal's Dragon) echoed once again.
"Yes, just like that. Make more wishes, Frieza..."
Soon after, faint black specks appeared within the two Dragon Balls.
