Hatchiyack was going berserk, madly absorbing the energy of the Undead Coolers.
His body was swelling larger by the second, and his aura grew increasingly intense and violent. At the same time, he launched continuous assaults toward Trunks and the others, trying to prevent anyone from getting close.
While dodging Hatchiyack's fierce attacks, Trunks carefully studied the monster's movement patterns.
Before long, he noticed something: this creature wasn't exactly smart. Perhaps because it hadn't fully merged with all the Undead Coolers' power yet, its mental capacity was still affected. It only fought with brute instinct, charging in to punch or smashing with its massive tail, lacking any strategy whatsoever.
"Frieza! Z Broly! Look behind that monster, at that machine!" Trunks suddenly shouted. "That's the source of all this! If we destroy that thing, every Cooler and even this monster will disappear!"
Frieza immediately turned his head toward the massive device behind Hatchiyack.
"How do you know that?" He demanded suspiciously.
Trunks answered without hesitation, "I'm just guessing, but it's a damn good one. Believe it or don't."
Then, with determination in his eyes, Trunks focused on the eerie machine behind Hatchiyack and charged straight ahead.
At the same time, the energy blade in his hand vanished without a trace. Instead, he pressed both hands tightly to his chest.
In one fluid motion, Trunks assumed the stance of the Final Flash.
Just as he was about to unleash it, Hatchiyack suddenly appeared right before him.
Despite its massive size, the creature's speed was astonishing. It might have seemed dim-witted a moment ago, but the instant anyone threatened the machine, its intelligence spiked dramatically.
BOOM!
Trunks fired the Final Flash with all his strength, but to his frustration, the blast didn't strike the target. Hatchiyack had intercepted it head-on.
The energy beam slammed into his chest, yet it barely even scratched him. It was as if Trunks's strongest attack had been nothing more than a gust of wind.
A piercing, ear-shattering shriek tore through the air. Hatchiyack raised his gigantic hand and swung down hard toward Trunks.
In the next instant, Trunks used Instant Transmission, his form flickering like a ghost as he reappeared before Frieza and Z Broly.
"I'll distract him," Trunks said firmly, his tone filled with resolve. "The rest is up to you two. Use that explosive energy you both used to self-destruct before, and blow that machine to hell."
He glanced at them both, his eyes filled with expectation.
Frieza snorted, a smirk tugging at his lips. "Don't order me around, boy. I, Lord Frieza, don't risk my life for anyone!"
Yet, despite his words, Frieza knew all too well, if they didn't work together now, none of them would survive. So while his mouth said one thing, his actions said another.
In the blink of an eye, Frieza shot forward like a streak of golden light, racing straight toward the massive machine. He was incredibly fast, closing the distance in seconds.
On the other side, Z Broly wasn't about to be outdone. With a sudden burst of ki, his muscles bulged, veins popped, and his aura exploded outward like a storm. His eyes blazed with fury.
But instead of charging the machine, he turned and rushed back toward the swarm of Undead Coolers.
Watching this, Trunks sighed and shook his head. He knew exactly what kind of person Z Broly was, stubborn, wild, impossible to control, and utterly rebellious.
(That guy… when this is over, I'm definitely going to straighten him out.)
For now, however, all he could do was place his faith in Frieza.
Frieza studied the enormous machine before him, then raised both hands above his head. A gigantic energy sphere began to form, its power shaking the very air around him.
But just as he was about to hurl it, a massive shadow loomed overhead.
Hatchiyack had appeared again, reacting with terrifying speed.
Before Frieza could release the attack, Hatchiyack's massive hand came crashing down, smacking Frieza through the air like a ragdoll.
While tumbling backward, Frieza stabilized himself midair and roared furiously, "Damn it! You said you'd keep him busy! Can't you do anything right!?"
Trunks gave an awkward smile, "Sorry, got a little distracted watching you."
Frieza ignored him completely, certain now that Trunks had done it on purpose.
But the moment after, Hatchiyack once again appeared beside Trunks, his crimson eyes locking tightly onto him, and his massive, shadowy form leaning forward, looming over Trunks like a living nightmare.
Whoosh!
Two laser beams shot out from Hatchiyack's eyes, moving at an incredible speed.
Fortunately, Trunks reacted in time and managed to dodge successfully.
But behind him, the undead Coolers weren't so lucky, they were all wiped out by Hatchiyack's blast.
It was at that moment that Hatchiyack's body began to change.
His form grew even larger.
And that's when Trunks finally understood, this guy wasn't killing those undead Coolers by accident! He was absorbing their power to increase his own strength!
Unbelievable.
After taking in the undead Coolers' energy, Hatchiyack became even more powerful, and even faster.

A surge of electricity burst out between Trunks's palms, far stronger and more controlled than ordinary lightning.
The crackling energy of the Ten Thousand Nations Shocking Palm bound Hatchiyack completely, locking his body in place.
This was the result of Trunks's intense training under the Turtle Hermit (Kame-Sennin).
"Now's your chance, Frieza!!"
Seeing Hatchiyack restrained by Trunks's technique, Frieza immediately sprang into action.
But as he rushed toward the giant machine again, the undead Coolers blocked his path.

But that reckless action only attracted more of the Ultimate Undead Coolers toward them.
"Idiot! Look what you've done!" Frieza shouted angrily.
Z Broly ignored him completely and charged back into the horde without hesitation.
Watching from a distance, Trunks ground his teeth in frustration.
"Damn it, that useless brute!"
"Frieza! Hurry up!"
Trunks yelled at the top of his lungs, placing all his hopes on Frieza.
But surrounded by swarms of Ultimate Undead Coolers, Frieza was still struggling to find an opening.
Just as sweat began to pour down his face, another figure entered his sight…
Super Broly.
Like a raging beast, he stormed forward, smashing through the undead Coolers with overwhelming might.
Every punch he threw sent an Ultimate Undead Cooler flying; within moments, half the horde blocking Frieza was wiped out.
Seizing the golden opportunity, Frieza gathered a massive, blazing Planet Destroyer Bomb once more.
Finally, his chance had come.
Frieza roared, "Die for the glory of Lord Frieza!!"
The enormous energy sphere hurled straight at the undead generator.
Hatchiyack, still restrained by Trunks's electric palms, let out an ear-piercing shriek as the energy closed in.
And then…
The energy ball struck.
The undead machine was engulfed, its structure beginning to collapse and disintegrate bit by bit…
