This was news delivered by Indra, as an emissary of the pantheons, a little over half an hour ago. It was the decision of the gods of Little Garden.
The importance of the Sun Authorities to Little Garden's central hub has been mentioned many times. They are the only tool capable of rewriting the central hub, of altering the past experiences of the infinite multiverse.
Of course, the gods of Little Garden weren't using them for mutual attacks, but rather to determine who held the right to plan for Little Garden's future.
The one who could win the Sun Authority War would earn the qualification to guide Little Garden's development.
Of course, we must exclude one shameful exception: Shiroyasha.
Although she once held fourteen Sun Authorities, seeming like the winner of the First Sun Authority War, the reality was quite different. As a Sun Celestial Spirit, all the Sun Authorities were hers before the first war even began.
