Subject: Report on Suspect H - Known Information.
The appearance of Suspect H is particularly complex and intriguing. However, certain characteristics stand out, which can assist you, dear reader of this report, in attempting to identify him more effectively and assertively.
Suspect H's nationality is unknown. Nevertheless, some of his habits and behaviors suggest a possible Scandinavian or perhaps even North American origin. Regardless of where he was born, it is evident that this location strongly influenced his psychic constitution and moral sense.
He is a man completely obsessed with elements related to the world of fishing, demonstrating this fixation by constantly carrying objects that evoke the fishing environment.
It is believed that he even possesses fishhooks which he keeps as souvenirs from his old hunts. His habits reveal an enormous indifference to social norms, etiquette codes, or dress standards.
H does not care in the slightest about presenting himself in a repulsive, foul-smelling manner, or about drawing attention through his exaggerated gestures and eccentric behaviors.
Regarding his physical characteristics, finding or identifying him is always an arduous task. This is primarily due to the mystical nature of his enchantments.
The individual in question masters spells that distort his visual appearance, causing immediate reactions of terror in everyone around him.
Furthermore, the more one tries to observe his physical form with attention, the more intense the effects of this terror become, to the point of inducing vivid and disturbing hallucinations that evoke mythological monsters.
Beyond this, he also uses smaller-scale enchantments that aim to suppress his high energetic aura. These enchantments are also responsible for eliminating or disguising any trace of QP that may have been left in the environment during or after the conjuration of his magic.
Despite these difficulties, thanks to the joint and meticulous effort of Agents Clover and Sunflower, it was possible to identify a recurring pattern in how his enchantments operate.
This pattern has proven useful in tracking him. Particularly, the intense sonic interference caused by his powers – more specifically those called Eco-Sonar and The Call – allows for the detection of specific frequencies.
These frequencies can be represented through a kind of heat map, which has been valuable in collecting clues related to his whereabouts.
Among the main incidents investigated, those that occurred in Budapest and the city of Porto stand out.
On both occasions, Suspect H was confronted by agents while seeking clues that could lead him to the file [------------------------- XVI B.B.]. Research and reports indicate that this file would have been brought to Brazil during the 18th century, according to conventional historical chronology, or in the 3rd century A.B., according to literary chronology.
The reason behind this geographical change remains shrouded in mystery. However, there is great expectation that by discovering the exact whereabouts of the file, we will be able to understand both its original purpose and the reasons that justified its relocation.
As for the use of his powers in combat, the official recommendation is to avoid direct confrontations with Suspect H at all costs.
His enchantments not only exert a profound psychological influence on opponents, but also allow him to modify – or rather, transmogrify – parts of his body for various purposes in combat situations.
Among his most striking abilities is the spell called The Call. Through it, H is capable of invoking a dense, black aura composed of highly toxic and illusory smoke.
Those who breathe the smoke enter a state of intense hallucination, being intoxicated by the high concentrations of sulfur generated in the process.
Additionally, he uses utilitarian enchantments, still without an official name, which have been provisionally named Eco-Sonar. This power consists of emitting a powerful sound wave that provides him with greater spatial awareness of the surrounding environment.
This ability also allows for the identification of QP manipulations, such as illusions or energy signatures, while causing mental fatigue in his targets, leading to a sensation of sensory overload.
Given this, it is highly recommended to adopt a cautious stance when dealing with this individual.
Maintain a safe distance, await reinforcements, and, if confrontation is inevitable, choose to confront him only in groups composed of three to five agents, in order to maximize the chances of success in capturing or eliminating the target.
Based on field reports sent by Agent Clover, who has been primarily responsible for investigating Suspect H in recent months, a preliminary psychological profile of the individual has been drawn.
The analysis of his behavior suggests that he exhibits a strong aversion to the presence of women, especially in combat contexts. This behavior may be related to old traumas or indications of latent sociopathy.
Whenever he is placed in situations involving women – especially when they use combat-oriented enchantments – H manifests aggressive and uncontrolled reactions.
There are suspicions that the Guarda-Sol elixir may be potentiating this aversion, exacerbating his unstable and dangerous behavior.
After the incident in Budapest, new information became crucial for the ongoing investigations. During a long pursuit through the Balkan regions, which culminated in a direct confrontation between Agent Clover and Suspect H, it was possible to inflict a considerable injury on him.
Specifically, the agent managed to cause a significant burn on the suspect's neck, leaving a very evident greenish scar as a sequela.
This mark, in addition to being extremely noticeable, appears to be resistant to alterations caused by the literary marks used by H, thus becoming an identifiable trait of great value to investigators.
The connection between Suspect H and the organization known as Guarda-Sol has not yet been fully clarified. Despite this, there are strong indications that H acts as a scout or explorer for the organization.
His primary mission seems to consist of identifying strategically vulnerable regions that could serve as a base for future Guarda-Sol operations.
On several occasions, H's whereabouts coincided with the intensification of illegal activities conducted by the organization.
In the Balkan region – his last known location – authorities reported an alarming 300% increase in cases of early death among adolescents. The cases were directly related to the consumption of the drug known as TT.
Young addicts exhibited obsessive behavior and severe withdrawal symptoms. After the first contact with the drug, they progressively lost interest in common daily activities, such as reading or social interaction. The substance began to be consumed at different times throughout the day.
It is supposed that H's role within Guarda-Sol is precisely to insert the TT drug into regions marked by precarious infrastructure, low police presence, and degraded social conditions.
The mission would be to test the effects of the drug and seek ways to improve its performance and efficiency. However, there are indications that, parallel to this mission, H has directed his attention to the search for S files.
Apparently, Guarda-Sol obtained confidential information about the whereabouts of documents describing the S process.
There is strong suspicion that H was sent to investigate one of these locations, situated in the micro-region of the southern Brazilian coast.
The mission would involve verifying local conditions and analyzing the environment to assess its suitability for TT drug tests.
In response to this movement, Agents Sunflower, Clove, and Lírio have been dispatched to investigate the case in the field.
