Chapter 15 - Flame Vs Fire

CTS Time: RE 250.08.21 10:45 AM

Rose, Bolt, and Mainak hurried through the crowded stadium, making their way to Arena A's top viewport. The massive structure vibrated with the deafening cheers of thousands of spectators. The name that dominated their chants was clear—

"BLAZE! BLAZE! BLAZE!"

They finally reached the best vantage point, giving them a clear view of the battlefield below.

At that moment, the final clash of a battle unfolded.

The commentator, hovering above the field on his sleek hoverboard, leaned forward, his voice booming through the arena's speakers.

"ONE MORE BURST! JAXON IRONHART'S BLADE HAS BEEN SHATTERED! AND THE WINNER IS—BLAZE DEATHBRINGER!!"

The crowd erupted, their cheers shaking the entire stadium. Fireworks ignited across the arena's edges, celebrating yet another dominant victory by the reigning champion.

Rose's eyes locked onto the holographic screen, which displayed a slow-motion replay of the final exchange. Blaze's sword, Venom Develos, had cut through Jaxon's blade like it was paper. Jaxon stood motionless, his shattered weapon still clutched in his trembling hands, disbelief washing over his face.

Meanwhile, Blaze turned away without even sparing his opponent a glance. His movements were calm, calculated, and utterly fearless, as if this victory was simply another step toward an inevitable outcome.

Announcement of the Final Match

The commentator's voice filled the air again, building the excitement.

"Now, we have our FINALISTS! Our undefeated CHAMPION, BLAZE DEATHBRINGER, will face an opponent who has fought her way to the top with relentless skill and determination—a young warrior with an unshakable will—SERENA BLACKSPIRE!"

The holographic display in the center of the arena shifted, revealing the final battle lineup—Blaze vs. Serena.

The crowd roared in excitement at the anticipated showdown.

"This is it, folks! The battle for the Diamond Championship Title is set! But before we begin, there will be a 30-minute intermission to allow our Bladers time to rest and prepare!"

As the announcement echoed through the stadium, Rose exhaled, finally letting go of the tension that had built up during Blaze's matches.

Bolt turned to Rose, his excitement overflowing.

"Rose! Let's go find Blaze in his resting room! We have to meet him before the final match!"

Rose hesitated for a moment but then nodded.

"Yeah, let's go!"

Mainak, who had been quietly observing, smiled. "Mind if I come along? I'd like to meet him too."

Rose glanced at him before shrugging. "Sure, I guess."

The three of them navigated through the packed corridors, dodging groups of excited fans and security personnel until they reached the Bladers Resting Zone. The automatic security panel scanned them, but since they were with Mainak, the prince of this universe, they were instantly granted access.

The door slid open with a soft hiss, revealing Blaze's dimly lit resting chamber.

Inside Blaze's Resting Room

Inside, Blaze sat on a bench, carefully wiping down Venom Devolos with a cloth. The sword emitted a faint crimson glow, as if alive. His expression was calm but focused, his golden eyes tracing every inch of his blade.

Before Blaze could react, Bolt lunged at him, wrapping his arms around Blaze in an overly enthusiastic hug.

"HEY, CHAMP!!!" Bolt shouted excitedly.

Blaze, caught off guard, grumbled. "Oh, you little brats…"

With effortless strength, Blaze gently pushed Bolt away.

"Where the hell were you two when I was fighting?" Blaze asked, raising an eyebrow.

Rose rubbed the back of her head, feeling slightly guilty.

"Um… sorry about that, Blaze. We didn't know which Arena you were competing in. We were in Arena C."

The moment she said that, Blaze's expression subtly changed. His relaxed demeanor stiffened for a brief second.

He muttered under his breath.

"Tenebris…"

His eyes flickered with something dark and unreadable, but then he quickly shook it off. He turned back to Rose, forcing a smirk.

"Don't worry about it. I'll defeat him easily."

Rose sat next to him, her concern still evident.

"But Blaze… I'm a little worried. Tenebris also has a legendary blade."

For a moment, Blaze said nothing. Then, without hesitation, he replied firmly.

"I know, Rose. But legendary blade or not, I will win."

As Blaze spoke, his eyes flickered with confidence, but there was something deeper hidden beneath them—an unshaken determination mixed with a shadow of something darker.

Just then, Blaze noticed Mainak standing silently near the door.

Blaze narrowed his eyes slightly.

"Oh? You made a new friend?"

Bolt grinned. "You won't believe this, Blaze—Mainak is literally the prince of this universe!"

The moment Bolt said that, Blaze's entire demeanor changed.

His smirk vanished. His eyes hardened. The air around him became heavier.

For a long moment, Blaze just stared at Mainak, expression unreadable.

Mainak, sensing the shift, remained calm and composed, simply offering a small nod.

"It's nice to meet you, Blaze."

Blaze didn't respond. Instead, he simply stood up and turned away, grabbing Venom Devolos and securing it in his sheath.

"I have to go," he said abruptly. "The final match is about to start."

Rose blinked, confused by his sudden coldness.

"Blaze? What's wrong?"

Blaze didn't answer. Without another word, he walked toward the exit.

After Blaze Left

Rose turned back to Mainak, her brows furrowed.

"Sorry about that… I don't know why he acted like that."

Mainak, however, simply smiled.

"It's fine. He probably has his reasons."

Bolt, still trying to piece everything together, scratched his head.

"That was weird… I mean, Blaze is always kind of cold, but this felt… different."

Mainak nodded slightly.

"Something tells me he doesn't like royalty"

Rose processed this. Blaze had always been independent, a lone wolf… but was there something more? A past connected to High class or royalty?

She shook the thought away and forced a smile.

"Well, whatever it is, we should get going. We don't want to miss his match."

Mainak grinned. "Yeah. Let's go see how champions fight."

With that, the three of them hurried toward the battlefield, where Blaze's final fight awaited.

The arena roared with excitement, a storm of cheers and chants rising from the massive crowd. The circular battlefield glowed under the dazzling lights, casting a bright aura over the two greatest bladers of the tournament.

Above, the commentator hovered over the battlefield on his sleek hoverboard, voice booming through the speakers.

On one side, Blaze Deathbringer stepped onto the field with his signature calm and collected demeanor. As soon as his boots hit the ground, the crowd erupted in deafening cheers. His name echoed through the stadium, a chant of "BLAZE! BLAZE! BLAZE!"

A group of fan girls near the front row screamed his name, some holding signs with his face drawn in flames. Some were even crying in excitement, completely overwhelmed by his presence.

On the opposite side, Serena Blackspire stepped into the light, the spotlights following her graceful yet powerful stride. The moment she raised her blade Infernum, a massive wave of cheers erupted for her as well.

Some fans cheered for Blaze, others for Serena, creating an intense divide among the spectators. The arena was alive, filled with rivalry and anticipation.

From the top viewport, Rose, Bolt, and Mainak watched the match unfold on the massive screen.

Bolt scoffed, arms crossed. "I'm sure Blaze will definitely win this match no matter what. He's going to crush that arrogant woman!"

Rose's eyes stayed glued to the screen, but unlike Bolt, her expression showed uncertainty. "I hope so… Blaze is strong, but Serena—she's different."

She couldn't take her eyes off Serena. The fiery red hair tied back, the fierce red eyes filled with determination, the white tunic with golden embroidery—everything about her screamed strength.

"She's really beautiful," Rose muttered without realizing it.

Mainak smirked, leaning forward. "Let's see how this battle unfolds. This is going to be interesting."

Hovering above, the commentator's voice boomed through the speakers.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is the moment you have all been waiting for! The grand final battle of Arena A—where strength, willpower, and pure skill will determine the champion!"

Bolt tapped his foot impatiently. "Ugh, when will the battle start?! This talking is wasting time!"

The commentator continued, his energy electrifying the crowd.

"On one side, we have the reigning champion! The Master of Destruction! The wielder of the legendary blade—Venom Devolos! And that warrior is none other than… BLAZE DEATHBRINGER!!!"

The crowd exploded in cheers, the sheer force of their voices shaking the stadium.

Then, the commentator turned to the other side.

"And on the other side, a new rising star! A fighter with unmatched determination, a warrior who has taken down every opponent with her pure skill! Wielding the mighty blade, Infernum, she has proven herself time and time again! The fiery warrior herself—SERENA BLACKSPIRE!!!"

The arena boomed with applause, fans shouting her name with equal passion.

The Face-Off

Blaze and Serena stood a few meters apart, their blades in hand, their eyes locked in an intense stare-down.

The air between them crackled with tension.

Serena smirked, gripping Infernum tightly. "So, you're the so-called champion? Just because you wield a legendary blade doesn't mean you're unbeatable."

Blaze tilted his head, a cocky grin forming. "Confidence is good… but overconfidence? Devolos devours those who get too cocky."

Serena's grip tightened. "You'll see, Blaze. My Infernum will burn your Devolos—and your arrogance along with it."

Blaze chuckled, eyes gleaming with amusement. "A beautiful face… but such harsh words? Doesn't suit you, princess."

Serena's eyes flared with fire. "You…! You have no right to tell me what I should or shouldn't say!"

Blaze sighed dramatically. "Oh, so you're arrogant too? And here I thought you couldn't even swing your blade properly."

Serena clenched her fists as her aura flickered with flames. "You idiot! Bloody bastard! I'll destroy your blade and teach you a lesson!"

The commentator quickly cut in, trying to restore order.

"Uh… sorry for the interruption, but… can we start the battle? The audience is waiting!"

Serena's cheeks flushed slightly—she had gotten too caught up in the argument and forgotten about the match. Realizing that she had been shouting in front of the entire stadium, she quickly looked away, trying to regain her composure.

Blaze, meanwhile, laughed heartily. "Oh, so you lack focus and concentration too? This is going to be too easy."

From the VIP viewport, Bolt groaned. "Why is Blaze wasting time talking with that arrogant woman?! Just fight already!"

Rose, however, narrowed her eyes. "There's something more to this conversation…"

Mainak, arms crossed, smirked. "Honestly? I'd love for this conversation to continue."

The Red Barrier Rises

Suddenly, the entire battlefield began to glow with a powerful crimson energy.

A massive red barrier rose around the battlefield, crackling with energy.

The crowd gasped in awe as the forcefield sealed them inside.

Blaze twirled Venom Devolos, his aura intensifying. A swirling crimson-red and violet energy coiled around him, his presence radiating destruction itself.

Serena, completely unfazed, lifted Infernum into the air. Golden flames erupted around her, mixing with a crimson fire, her energy surging with power.

Their eyes met again, and for a brief second… something shifted.

A connection.

Not just as rivals.

Something deeper.

The energy between them pulsed, igniting a feeling neither of them could fully understand.

The crowd watched in suspense, holding their breath as the two warriors prepared to battle.

The atmosphere in the arena was electric, every spectator on the edge of their seat. This wasn't just a battle—it was a collision of fire and fury, a test of raw power and absolute dominance.

The commentator's voice echoed through the stadium—

"Only one rule: the first to burst the opponent's Blade wins! No points for dropping weapons—just absolute victory! Bladers, take your positions!"

As the warriors took their stances, the crowd erupted into thunderous screams, the excitement reaching a fever pitch.

"Three…!"

The energy in the air crackled.

"Two…!!"

The pressure was unbearable—two forces of nature ready to be unleashed.

And then—

The Battlefield Erupts

"ONE—!!"

BOOOOOOM!!!

A massive explosion rocked the battlefield, sending shockwaves through the stadium. A blinding red barrier instantly materialized, surrounding the entire arena like a raging inferno, its edges flickering violently, struggling to contain the fight.

When the dust cleared—the clash had already begun.

Blades Collide – Speed vs. Precision

Blaze's Venom Devolos met Serena's infernal sword in a blazing, high-speed exchange, each strike sending rippling shockwaves through the arena.

Serena moved like a phantom of fire, her speed inhuman, striking from every angle. Her blade blurred as she weaved through the battlefield, her movements sharp, aggressive, and unpredictable.

Blaze struggled at first, his body reacting on instinct as he barely managed to parry and dodge her relentless onslaught.

"She's fast…" Blaze thought, his focus narrowing. "Too fast."

Serena's blade created arcs of fire, each swing slicing through the air with such force that small cracks formed on the battlefield. Each clash of their weapons sent tremors through the ground, and the red barrier flickered violently from the overwhelming pressure.

But then—something changed.

Blaze's eyes sharpened. His breathing steadied.

He started reading her movements.

The next time she swung—he wasn't there.

Another strike—dodged.

A third—missed.

The Mind Game Begins

Serena's attacks came faster, harder, but none landed. Blaze now moved with perfect precision, effortlessly evading each strike.

Serena's frustration grew. Her blade swung with increasing aggression, sending shockwaves across the field, but Blaze dodged every single one.

For a fleeting moment, their eyes met between dodges.

It was strange—an unspoken connection. A clash of will and fire—but something else too. Something undefined.

Neither could put it into words.

Serena stopped mid-attack, breathing heavily, her crimson eyes blazing with frustration.

"Why are you dodging like a coward?! Show me why you're a champion!!"

Blaze didn't answer—he just smirked.

He was toying with her now.

Serena's fury exploded.

"You bastard… now I have to use this. No Blader has ever survived this attack!"

Blaze's smirk faded. He tightened his stance, preparing to defend.

Then—everything went silent.

Serena Awakens – Infernal Flames Unleashed

The air ignited.

Serena let out a primal scream—

"INFERNUM…!!!"

A blazing eruption of crimson flames surged from her body, spiraling into a tornado of fire. Her blade glowed white-hot, its edges pulsing with deadly energy.

She leapt into the air—

And BOOOOOM!!!

A devastating explosion engulfed the battlefield.

When the smoke cleared—

Blaze was in midair, his arms crossed defensively, his body battered by the sheer force of the blast.

Serena wasn't done.

She attacked from all angles—an unstoppable storm of fire and steel.

Each collision of their swords triggered shockwaves, splitting the ground, sending chunks of stone flying across the battlefield.

Blaze gritted his teeth. Serena was forcing him to the limit.

Then, his aura ignited.

His voice thundered through the battlefield—

"DEVOLLOS…!!!"

Blaze Awakens – A Duel of Flames

A monstrous wave of crimson and violet energy exploded from Blaze's body, forming an unstoppable inferno of destruction.

His blade pulsed violently, glowing with a deadly violet light.

The commentator, struggling to control his hoverboard, shouted in shock

"These two fire blades will burn this arena to the ground!!"

Blaze's eyes locked onto Serena's. "Now survive my attack."

And then—

"SPIRAL FIREBALL…!!!"

A devastating vortex of violet flames spiraled toward Serena, the sheer heat causing the red barrier to warp and distort.

Serena met it head-on, roaring—

"BLAZING CATACLYSM…!!!"

A colossal inferno erupted from her blade, a hurricane of pure fire, surging toward Blaze's attack.

And then—the collision.

The Explosion That Shook the World

The moment the two attacks met, the entire arena trembled.

BOOOOOOOOM!!!

A blinding pillar of fire and light shot straight into the sky, piercing the artificial dome above the stadium.

The impact shattered the battlefield, cracks spider-webbing across the floor.

A shockwave exploded outward, causing the red barrier to flicker violently, its energy barely containing the destruction.

The sheer intensity forced the entire crowd to shield their eyes.

In the top viewport, Rose, Bolt, and Mainak threw their arms up, blocking their vision from the blinding explosion.

The sound of colliding forces roared like a storm, shaking the arena to its core.

Then—

Silence.

The entire arena was in ruins—flames danced across the shattered battlefield, cracks ran deep through the ground, and embers floated in the air like fireflies. The once mighty stage of battle was now a warzone, but the two warriors still stood, relentless, unyielding, and burning with power.

As the crowd opened their eyes, they couldn't believe it—Serena and Blaze were still fighting.

Blaze gritted his teeth, sweat dripping from his forehead. His breathing was heavy, his grip on Venom Devolos tightening. Serena wasn't just strong—she was still getting stronger.

Her energy was expanding, growing, evolving.

Blaze's eyes flickered with doubt. "At this rate… I might actually lose."

Serena Awakens – The Volcanic Dragon's Wrath

Serena's fiery crimson eyes locked onto Blaze, her expression filled with absolute determination. Her voice, filled with raw intensity, echoed through the burning battlefield—

"ENOUGH!! NOW… MY TRUE POWER WILL UNLEASH!!!"

She threw her arms out, and suddenly—

BOOOOOOM!!!

A massive explosion of pure crimson energy erupted from her body, surging outward like a living inferno.

Her tied red hair came undone, flowing wildly behind her, glowing like molten fire. The raw heat from her aura distorted the air, making it look as if the very fabric of reality was melting around her.

The crowd gasped.

Rose's eyes widened. "What… what is this power?!"

Bolt clenched his fists. "She's completely transformed… Blaze is in real danger."

Mainak exhaled sharply. "This is beyond anything we've seen before."

Then—the world shifted.

Serena leapt into the air, ascending higher and higher, until she seemed to touch the heavens.

And then—it appeared.

A roar unlike anything before thundered across the battlefield.

A massive dragon of pure volcanic fire emerged behind her, its gigantic, serpentine body coiling through the air. Its scales shimmered like molten lava, its burning wings stretched wide, and its crimson eyes glowed with endless fury.

Serena's heart pounded. She could see it.

Infernum.

Blaze's breath hitched. His entire body froze at the sight of it.

"That's… Infernum…!"

But before he could react, a voice echoed through his mind—cold, commanding, absolute.

"I will destroy this Infernum."

Blaze's eyes widened. "Devolos…?"

A deep, guttural growl resonated through his very soul, and then—power surged within him.

Blaze Awakens – The Destruction Dragon's Roar

Blaze threw his head back and screamed with everything he had—

"DEVOLLLLOOOSSSS…!!!"

The ground beneath him shattered instantly. Massive cracks spiderwebbed across the battlefield, chunks of debris rising into the air as if gravity itself was breaking.

A dark violet aura exploded from his body, swirling around him like a violent storm. The energy was so immense that the entire city of Exohorizon trembled in response.

And then—it appeared.

A colossal dragon of pure destruction rose from behind Blaze, its form towering over the battlefield. Unlike Infernum, Devolos was a creature of chaos, its dark metallic body pulsing with malevolent energy.

Its six glowing green eyes locked onto Infernum with nothing but rage and dominance. Its presence was not just terrifying—it was absolute destruction given form.

Serena's heart skipped a beat.

For the first time in the battle—she hesitated.

Blaze's violet aura burned brighter, his body completely enveloped in energy. With a single leap, he soared to Serena's level, now facing her in mid-air.

The final clash was coming.

Devolos' voice echoed once more—

"DESTROY THEM."

The Final Attacks – The Collision That Shook the World

Blaze's voice was pure fire as he roared—

"FINAL ATTACK—BLAZING GIGS TEMPEST ATTACK!!!"

Serena's battle cry tore through the battlefield—

"FINAL ATTACK—DRAGON'S BREATH!!!"

Both Bladers rushed forward at impossible speed, their blades coated in fire and destruction, energy swirling violently around them.

Above them, Devolos and Infernum charged as well, their colossal forms surging toward one another in a battle of legends.

And then—

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

The collision was cataclysmic.

A massive shockwave exploded outward, obliterating what was left of the battlefield. The red barrier screamed under pressure, flickering violently before shattering into pieces.

The entire city of Exohorizon shook.

Windows shattered in distant buildings.

The stadium rumbled as if an earthquake had struck.

Flames and violet energy twisted together, forming a tower of light that pierced the artificial sky.

The entire arena was engulfed in a blinding explosion of crimson and violet energy.

And then—nothing.

No sound. No movement. Just absolute silence.

A heavy cloud of smoke and dust covered the battlefield. The energy had finally faded.

In the stands, Rose, Bolt, and Mainak remained frozen.

They had shielded their eyes, but now—their hands slowly lowered.

Bolt's voice was barely a whisper. "D-Did they… survive that…?"

Rose's hands trembled. "I can't see anything…"

The crowd, tens of thousands of spectators, all sat in stunned, motionless silence.

Even the commentator—usually the loudest person in the stadium—was speechless.

The dust was settling.

As the smoke slowly cleared, the battlefield was left in utter ruins. The sheer destruction caused by the final clash had been so immense that the Hyperion Defenders—the elite Pro Heroes of the city—had to intervene.

Flames flickered, the ground was split apart, and the once-grand arena was now barely standing. Yet, despite the chaos, not a single civilian had been harmed.

The reason?

Three Pro Heroes had arrived just in time to protect the people and preserve what little remained of the stadium.

A tense silence filled the air.

The Missing Bladers – Where Are They?

The commentator's voice finally broke the silence, his tone filled with urgency and confusion.

"WHERE HAVE OUR BLADERS GONE?!"

A hush fell over the crowd. Eyes darted across the battlefield, searching.

And then—

A shadow appeared in the sky.

Something—or someone—was falling.

The figure plummeted downward, but before hitting the ground, she spun her blade downward, using it to break her fall.

As the dust settled, the crowd gasped.

Serena.

Her crimson hair flowed wildly, her body trembling from exhaustion. She was kneeling, her blade dug deep into the ground to support her weight.

Then, a second figure descended gracefully, landing smoothly just in front of her.

Blaze.

His violet aura had faded, but his presence was unshaken. He stood tall, his gaze locked onto Serena.

The Breaking Point – The Final Moment

Serena's head remained lowered, her body visibly shaking. The weight of the battle pressed heavily upon her.

Then—

CRACK.

The sound echoed across the ruined battlefield.

Every single person—

The commentator.

Rose, Bolt, and Mainak.

Even the Pro Heroes.

All turned their eyes toward the source of the sound.

Somewhere in Arena C, Jasper sat motionless, his gaze locked onto the screen.

Far away, in a tranquil garden, Tenebris watched in complete silence.

All eyes were on the battlefield.

And then—

A blade detached from its handle.

Infernum had broken.

Serena's grip failed, and with the loss of her weapon, her body collapsed forward.

She was falling.

But before she could hit the ground—

Blaze caught her.

Kneeling down, Blaze held Serena in his arms.

The entire stadium was frozen. The world seemed to stand still.

Then—

The commentator's voice rang through the silence.

"THE WINNER IS… BLAZE!!!"

The arena erupted in cheers, gasps, and disbelief.

Blaze exhaled slowly, still holding Serena close.

He had won.

The entire Exohorizon Arena erupted into an explosion of cheers the moment the commentator declared Blaze as the winner. Fans screamed his name, banners waving in the air as holographic projections of the battle replayed on massive screens.

The thunderous applause echoed through the Diamond Spacehub, as Blaze stood on the battlefield, his breathing still heavy from the intense fight. The red energy barrier had dissipated, revealing the remnants of the brutal clash—the battlefield scorched, cracks running deep into the ground, the very air still shimmering with heat.

Up in the top viewport, Bolt threw his arms up in triumph.

"I knew it!" he boasted, grinning wildly. "Blaze easily crushed that arrogant woman!"

Rose, however, wasn't as quick to celebrate. She let out a small smile but remained thoughtful, her fingers gripping the railing.

"I'm happy that Blaze won, but…" she hesitated, her mind lingering on the way their eyes met during the battle, the undeniable connection between them.

"There's something between them… something unspoken."

Meanwhile, Mainak leaned forward, his eyes still wide with excitement.

"Blading is really amazing," he murmured, his voice filled with newfound admiration. "The power… the destruction… I actually like it!"

On the Battlefield

Serena's eyelids fluttered open, her vision still slightly blurred from the impact of her defeat. The warmth of strong arms supporting her made her realize—she was still in Blaze's grasp.

Her body tensed. Blaze smirked down at her, his usual cocky demeanor ever-present.

"...Some time ago, weren't you saying you'd break my blade and teach me a lesson?" he teased, his voice smooth but slightly breathless.

Serena, still regaining her strength, gave him a glare.

"You still talk too much…" she muttered, her voice soft yet defiant.

Blaze let out a small chuckle. "Maybe. But you fought well… though right now, you are in my arms."

Serena's eyes widened slightly, realizing their close proximity—her head practically resting against his chest. A soft pink hue dusted across her cheeks.

In an instant, she pushed him away, standing up quickly, brushing the dust off her battle-worn clothes. She swiftly picked up her blade, Infernum, reattaching it to the hilt with a swift motion.

"How dare you touch me like that?!" she snapped, her voice flustered. "I don't want to admit it, but… you're just a little stronger than me."

Blaze smirked, crossing his arms. "Oh? You finally admit that I'm way stronger than you?"

Serena clenched her fists, her frustration showing. "I didn't say that!" she shot back. "I said you're just a little—a very little—bit stronger! But next time… I'll crush you."

She turned swiftly, her fiery red hair flowing wildly, before tying it up into a high ponytail. Without looking back, she strode toward the exit.

Blaze watched her go, the corner of his lips curling slightly.

"She was different…" he thought, an unfamiliar feeling settling in his chest.

As the battlefield returned to normal, the three Pro Heroes who had stepped in to stabilize the destruction nodded in approval before departing.

The commentator's voice boomed over the stadium once more.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we finally have our TOP THREE FINALISTS from each Arena! And here they are—our rising stars!"

The massive screen above the battlefield flickered to life, displaying the three warriors who would be facing off in the grand showdown.

1. Blaze Deathbringer – The Arena A Champion, wielder of the legendary Venom Devolos, the reigning champion and master of destruction.

2. Jasper Tyros – The Arena B Champion, a rising star full of energy, proving his immense strength throughout the tournament.

3. Tenebris Thron – The Arena C Champion, the fearless and mysterious warrior who had dominated his opponents with terrifying power.

The moment Tenebris' name was announced, the crowd erupted—his sheer dominance had shaken even the most seasoned Bladers.

Blaze stood in the battlefield, his eyes narrowing at the display.

"Jasper… you did it. I'll be waiting for you in the grand showdown." His gaze shifted to the third name.

"And you, Tenebris… I will defeat you."

His fists tightened slightly. The upcoming battle wouldn't just be about the championship. It would be about proving his power, his dominance, and his destiny.

But amidst all of this, one thought lingered at the back of his mind…

"She was different…"

The commentator's voice rang out one last time.

"Two days from now! Today is August 21st, and the GRAND SHOWDOWN will be held on August 24th, right here in this same arena! So for now—thank you all for watching, and we'll see you soon for the ultimate battle!"

The crowd cheered once more as the event officially concluded.

As the fireworks lit up the artificial sky, Blaze turned away from the battlefield, walking toward the exit. His mind was no longer on the cheers of the crowd or the championship.

His mind was on what lay ahead—

The ultimate showdown.

And the mysterious connection he had just formed.

To be continue....
