Cutting in Line to Form a Club
Many people on campus were wandering around, looking for a club that suited their interests. Qianshu Lian, on the other hand, took Hachiman Hikigaya to find Sakura Megumi.
After all, it's best to have a faculty advisor when applying for a club, and currently, the only teachers they had contact with were their respective homeroom teachers. Compared to the Iron Fist Saintess, Sakura Megumi was a better choice.
It wasn't about who was better or worse; it was mainly that Sakura Megumi was easier to talk to than the Iron Fist Saintess.
Her gentle nature was something the Iron Fist Saintess couldn't compare to, although from another perspective, Hiratsuka Shizuka also had her own charm and style.
Sakura Megumi was a little surprised by Qianshu Lian's purpose in coming. However, as a gentle and responsible teacher, after confirming that he wasn't just fooling around, she still agreed to his request to be their advisor.
However, Sakura Megumi did provide a small piece of not-so-good information.
"If Qianshu is planning to apply for a game development club, then you might need to be quicker. The school won't allow two clubs of the same nature!"
Sakura Megumi looked at Qianshu Lian gently and said, "I heard from the homeroom teacher next door that a student in their class also applied for a game development club!"
Upon receiving this news, Qianshu Lian nodded, thanked Sakura Megumi, and then quickly walked out, taking Hachiman Hikigaya with him.
"I didn't expect it to be so easy to get done. Suddenly, I feel that Sister Ci is truly too gentle compared to Teacher Hiratsuka Shizuka!"
Although it was just a brief interaction, Hachiman Hikigaya had already started calling her 'Sister Ci,' following the way the students in Qianshu Lian's class addressed her.
"Alright, next, we just need enough understanding from the school!" Qianshu Lian held the application form and turned with a smile, walking towards the principal's office.
"Enough understanding from the school, etc. It seems their speed is faster than ours! This kind of action reminds me of someone!"
Hachiman Hikigaya also held a club formation application form, looking at the direction Qianshu Lian was walking in front of him, and subconsciously asked, listening to his words.
There were very few people from junior high who could leave such a deep impression on him, but there was one person he could absolutely never forget.
"Ah, yes, and you know that person too. He already wanted to form a similar club in junior high!"
Qianshu Lian nodded in confirmation. Hearing Qianshu Lian say this, Hachiman Hikigaya pondered for a moment, then looked up with a slight surprise and said,
"It couldn't really be Aki Tomoya, could it? How did he get into this school? That doesn't make sense!"
"Don't underestimate others. He's just a little too much of an otaku, that doesn't mean his studies are completely hopeless!"
Qianshu Lian's words made Hachiman Hikigaya roll his eyes. If it were a normal way of speaking, it would be fine.
But the excessive use of modifying adjectives inevitably made Hachiman Hikigaya feel in his heart that Qianshu Lian was being sarcastic.
"But I heard his family is just ordinary. I guess he got in due to some special reason!"
However, a moment later, Hachiman Hikigaya still came to this conclusion.
After all, many times, when luck comes, you can't stop it, and when luck leaves, you really can't even drink cold water without choking.
"That should be it, but I didn't expect his initiative to be so strong. He truly is the guy who dared to directly broadcast anime at school!"
Qianshu Lian sighed. Even if Aki Tomoya was in the same school as him, Qianshu Lian wouldn't have cared about him.
After all, normally, shouldn't he only meet his so-called destined heroine in his second year?
Are you still talking about logic? Has it really moved up so quickly? Is this the power of world fusion?
But no matter what, the plot advancing ahead of schedule also led to some things being out of sync.
For example, Kasumigaoka Shiwa, who was originally supposed to be helped and then naturally invited in, hadn't had the chance yet.
At least, based on some of Qianshu Lian's previous understanding, she didn't seem to have any thoughts of writing yet. He didn't know what caused this change.
Or perhaps it was because what he understood was only a part of the anime's plot, and there might be some discrepancies in the real plot.
Qianshu Lian didn't pay too much attention to these things. Aki Tomoya's communication skills were pretty good. Even if he couldn't find too many friends who shared his interests, it wouldn't be difficult if he just needed someone to be a nominal member.
But this had nothing to do with Qianshu Lian. Qianshu Lian had no intention of competing with him to see whose application was faster.
Arriving at the principal's office door, Qianshu Lian gently knocked twice. A calm response came from inside.
"Come in~"
Hachiman Hikigaya skillfully hid against the wall, having no intention of going in with Qianshu Lian.
He just nodded with an encouraging look, which made Qianshu Lian, who witnessed this, twitch his mouth slightly.
Then Qianshu Lian pushed the door open and gently closed it. Hachiman Hikigaya outside the door had no intention of eavesdropping; he just stood there bored, passing the time.
After an unknown amount of time, the sound of the doorknob turning came from the door. Hachiman Hikigaya turned his head to look and saw Qianshu Lian walk out with a smile.
Behind Qianshu Lian, the principal actually personally saw Qianshu Lian out and bid him farewell with a benevolent smile.
"Qianshu, please rest assured, I will inform the student council to handle the relevant procedures for you!"
"Thank you so much, Principal. I really didn't expect such an obscure idea to ever clash with another, otherwise, I wouldn't have needed to trouble you!"
Qianshu Lian responded with a smile as well. No matter what, the goal had been achieved, and there was no harm in saying some nice words.
"Hahaha~ What are you talking about? If you have any other opinions or suggestions next time, you can always come directly to my office to find me!"
The benevolent principal said with a smile, then watched Qianshu Lian and Hachiman Hikigaya walk away. After a long while, he finally turned back into his office.
Then he called the teacher responsible for communicating with the student council and relayed the promise he had just made.
Thus, the club, which was basically confirmed not to be approved due to its initiative, successfully cut in line and was established.
Although both the students in the student council and the teacher responsible for communication were bewildered, a club that the principal personally called to confirm its establishment...
The person who established this club must not be a simple ordinary student. In the absence of conflicts of interest, no one would make things difficult for them.
