Chapter 10 - The End of All Monarchs

The sky was gone, brosky, like someone ripped it off with fire, it was just black now with red lightning falling like angry veins and the whole world felt like it was screaming louder than all hells, this was not earth anymore, this was a god arena built from death, and at the center of it all was Jin-Woo, standing alone, shadows dripping off him like blood, breathing hard but standing like a monster king, his eyes pure black fire and his fists glowing with the last remains of the shadow core, his body cracked, shadow leaking from his chest, but he didn't fall, no, he rose, because this was the final war, and he was the final soldier. The remaining Monarchs were all above him now, floating like demons with crowns, five of them, burning with rage, power and hatred, the Frost Monarch repaired his leg with ice thicker than mountains, the Beast Monarch reborn with a spell that cost him half his soul, and the Flame Monarch's body was now fused with a dragon corpse that screamed flame in every direction, they didn't care anymore, they didn't want to win, they wanted to erase Jin-Woo from existence, and Jin-Woo just stood there, cracked, broken, but stronger than he ever been, he looked up at them like they were flies, and then he whispered only one word — "Come."

And they came.

The sky tore open as the Monarchs charged all at once, full speed, all directions, spells that could erase nations shot down, flames like suns, ice like black holes, claws sharp enough to slice cities, and Jin-Woo didn't move, not one inch, he just raised his hand slowly and then his army exploded out, more than ever before, a full dark legion came back from death, reborn from his rage, Beru with two wings broken but eyes glowing red, Igrit now wielding a twin blade made from the pieces of fallen Monarchs, Tusk floating like a black mage god with 20 spells spinning behind him, the shadow army clashed with the Monarchs in midair, the sky exploded with a billion hits every second, the whole world shook like thunder was born in every corner, Jin-Woo moved, but this time he didn't run or blink or teleport, he just… appeared behind the Frost Monarch, whispered "Your ice is weak," and punched him straight into a crater so deep it hit the core of the earth, the sound came three seconds later, a sonic boom so hard it erased three mountains.

Then Flame Monarch roared, casting the spell "Dragon Heart Burn," a forbidden magic that sacrificed all his flame beasts to become a sun itself, the whole field lit up like daylight, but Jin-Woo didn't dodge, he stepped into the fire, the flames wrapped around him like they wanted to eat him alive, but instead his shadows ate them, absorbed them, and then turned it back into pure black fire, and with one push of his hand, Jin-Woo sent a beam of black fire into the Flame Monarch's face that burned straight through his dragon skull and exploded the sky, it didn't kill him but it turned his whole body into flame and smoke. Beast Monarch came next, crawling like a demon tiger, moving faster than sound, claws hitting like meteors, but Jin-Woo caught every slash, blocked with elbows, then headbutted the Beast Monarch so hard the bones cracked and he fell, Jin-Woo mounted him, punching his face with fists full of shadow until the ground cratered again and the beast stopped roaring. But it wasn't done.

The Monarchs fused. Yes brosky, they were losing so they combined, the Flame, Beast, Frost and the last two hidden Monarchs merged into a final form, one giant creature with wings of ice and fire, face like a demon wolf, body made of lava and claws of shadow, it roared with the voice of five gods, it was the final Monarch, the Monarch of Destruction. And Jin-Woo stood alone. No army. He looked up and said nothing. He just walked forward, broken legs dragging, breath heavy, then he disappeared. In one blink he was in the sky, face to face with the monster, punching through its wing like paper, dodging beams of death, slicing its chest with a shadow blade made from his heart, the monster screamed and swung, hit Jin-Woo so hard he flew across the ocean, hit the water so fast it evaporated and left him in a dry seabed. But he got up. Again. Bleeding, breathing, smiling.

"I'm not done," he said.

He summoned the last move, the one he never used before. The **True Shadow Domain**.

A black sphere exploded from him, covered the entire planet, the sky turned to pure void, and in that space, only Jin-Woo had control. Gravity bent. Time stopped. Space shattered. The monster roared in pain. Couldn't move. Couldn't fight. Jin-Woo walked through the void like a god of war, every step made reality tremble. He looked up, and then — boom.

He flew into the Monarch's chest, cracking it open, pulled its core out with one hand, then looked at the monster's burning eyes, and whispered, "This is for everyone," then crushed the core. The monster screamed like ten galaxies dying, then exploded into a billion shadows that faded into stars.

And then silence.

Jin-Woo stood alone in the broken sky. His body falling apart. Power fading. Shadow dripping like blood. He looked around. No Monarchs. No army. Just him.

Beru crawled to him, broken but alive.

"My King…"

Jin-Woo smiled, just a little.

"It's over."

And then he collapsed.

But he didn't die.

Because the shadows caught him. The world caught him. The people. The lives. The memories. They caught him.

And the new dawn rose over the battlefield. No more Monarchs. No more war.

Only Jin-Woo… the last King.

The End.

Yo brosky, if you reach this part then you already saw the end of all Monarchs. Jin-Woo destroyed the world and built it again with pure shadows. But if you think this was the end... nah brosky, this was just warm-up.

Solo Leveling: Jin-Woo vs The Monarchs

Chapter 9: Shadow Kings Must Bleed

The ground was already dead. Mountains were broken, oceans pulled back, sky ripped into bleeding clouds. But the world wasn't done screaming. The two strongest Monarchs had collided, and now the earth was crying. Jin-Woo's new wings spread wide like blades from heaven, glowing purple-black with raw divine pressure. His eyes were burning with cold rage. The Unseen Monarch floated across from him, cloak torn, armor cracked, but still smiling. The battlefield was silent for a second. Just the wind… made of shadow screams. Then everything exploded.

Jin-Woo vanished. Not moved. Not ran. Vanished. The Unseen Monarch barely blocked the slash that came next. The sky cracked like glass. Jin-Woo's blade broke straight through two summoned beasts behind the Monarch—wiping them from existence like bugs in fire. Then he appeared behind again. Slash. Slash. Slash. The Monarch's arm bled black. Jin-Woo was no longer fighting like a king—he was fighting like a god who wanted revenge. The other Monarchs watching could not believe it. They were used to his strength, but this was something else.

"Is this… evolution?" Beast Monarch whispered. "No… this is war made alive."

The Unseen Monarch grinned, but even he looked… bothered. He raised his claw, formed a spell that took 1,000 years to cast—but Jin-Woo shattered it in one hit. No waiting. No talking. Just rage. He grabbed the Monarch by the mask and threw him straight down into the broken ground. The impact was like a nuke. Smoke flew everywhere. Mountains fell. Rivers exploded into steam. Jin-Woo followed him down, blade ready. But the Monarch roared. Black flames erupted, burning shadows themselves. He rose with one broken wing, eyes flashing white rage.

"You are strong," he said. "But I am what created strength!"

They clashed again. This time, even time couldn't handle it. The world froze for half a second every time their weapons touched. The sky screamed with soundless thunder. Shadow beasts were crushed by accident. The battlefield became smaller and smaller as their power grew bigger and bigger. Beru stood on the edge, barely breathing, holding off two monsters alone. Igrit fought with half his armor gone. Tusk screamed spells until his mouth bled shadow. They were breaking—but they kept standing. Because their King still stood.

Then the Monarchs moved. The Frost Monarch raised his hand. "Enough. If we let them destroy each other, this world will fall."

Lunarc nodded. "We kill them both."

The Beast Monarch roared, claws glowing. The Flame Monarch screamed out his fire, even with half his body burned. The other Monarchs gathered, powers blazing in the sky like suns made of death. They aimed all of it—at the two Shadow Kings locked in battle.

Jin-Woo noticed. He blinked. His senses spread in every direction. He saw Beru falling. He saw Iron shattered. He saw the army dying.

And then… he smiled. Just a little.

"Fine," he said. "Let's die together."

He turned, wings flared, and summoned all of his remaining power. Not a part. Not a safe piece. All of it. The Shadow Core inside him expanded, cracked, and broke apart into energy. The world started shaking. Black light erupted from his body like a sun being born backward. His blade vanished. His armor melted. Now he was just Jin-Woo—but something beyond. The Shadow Vessel itself.

The Unseen Monarch paused. "What are you doing?! You'll destroy everything!"

Jin-Woo whispered one word: "Begone."

And then the blast came.

The world disappeared into black light. Every color was swallowed. The other Monarchs screamed. Their attacks were lost in the storm. The Flame Monarch tried to burn it—got disintegrated. The Beast Monarch roared once—then vanished like ash. The Frost Monarch ran but his leg got caught in the wave—his scream echoed like ice breaking. The whole battlefield was erased, turned into a giant crater of endless void. Only silence remained.

Then, from that silence… a sound.

A step.

One step.

Then another.

And from the center of the void, Jin-Woo walked out. His armor gone. His skin cracked. Shadow leaking from his mouth. But alive. Behind him… nothing. The Unseen Monarch was on his knees, mask shattered, body cut, breath gone.

"You… you were willing to burn it all," he whispered.

Jin-Woo stood above him. His voice was quiet but sharp like a blade. "I was willing to protect it all."

Then, for the first time… the Unseen Monarch looked afraid.

He tried to rise. Jin-Woo raised his hand. No sword. No army. Just his will.

The Monarch's body began to dissolve—slowly, like sand in the wind.

"No!" he roared. "I was the first Shadow! The true heir! You're just a human with luck!"

Jin-Woo looked down, cold and final. "Then die like one."

And the Unseen Monarch vanished.

Gone.

For real.

The wind came back. The light returned. The battlefield was silent—but not broken. Pieces of shadow drifted in the air. The ground, though burned, still held strong. Beru slowly stood up, half his wing missing. Igrit limped. Tusk dropped to one knee. But they were alive. Because their King was alive.

Jin-Woo breathed, deep and sharp. His vision blurred, his body shaking. But he smiled.

He looked up at the sky and whispered, "I'm still here."

And the shadows… bowed.
