Gradually apply control. By vibrating the organs, pulling the flesh, leading the Qi-blood, and guiding the spirit... the organs are forged. The turbid Qi within the organs is extracted, yet it cannot be dissipated externally.
The human body is like heaven and earth.
The imbalance of clear and turbid, with Qi-blood directly rushing to the heavenly spirit, blood flows from the seven orifices, leaving one foolish if light, dead if severe. Therefore, it is called "Five Viscera Avoiding Dross and Gathering Yang Scripture" and not "Five Viscera Dispelling Dross and Gathering Yang Scripture."
The expanse of heaven and earth is vast, as is martial arts. A martial arts technique, the essence of a scripture... often encompasses a single understanding of martial arts. Sometimes two martial arts understandings or theories are completely contradictory.
This is quite normal.
