The Medicine Maniac spread poison with the wind, then immediately made his way toward Blood Vine Castle's main fortress.
Red dawn light squeezed up from the ground, bathing the main fortress in crimson, making the entire place look like a blood-soaked castle.
The Medicine Maniac hid in the darkness for a moment, observing, then took out his poisons.
