Lu Jihan closed his eyes for a moment, stood still, and only after waiting for the pain to pass did he take a deep breath and say, "I'm fine. By the way, where's Yinyin? Where did she go?"
"She went to the Imperial Capital Hotel with Madam to have breakfast. Madam said Miss Ning is about to be discharged and asked Second Young Madam to go shopping with her to buy some gifts to make it up to Miss Ning."
So she'd gone out with his sister-in-law.
Lu Jihan let out a long sigh of relief.
The butler lowered his head and caught sight of his feet: "Oh my, Young Master Jinhan, your feet are all covered in grass and mud, and there's blood… oh dear, how did this happen?"
"I'm fine. I was in a hurry just now to go to the backyard to look for Yinyin."
"Then please hurry upstairs and wash up, don't hurt your feet."
"It's nothing."
As Lu Jihan walked upstairs, he called Shen Kang.
Very soon, Shen Kang picked up.
"President Lu, you were looking for me?"
