On the day of the surgery, The Sterling Family arrived, along with Finn Chandler and Anna Morgan, who had rushed over from Solaria.
Serena Sullivan glanced at the crowd, unable to hold back her laughter, "It's just a regular surgery, why is everyone here?"

Everyone here knew well that, for Serena, the outcome of the surgery dictated her future.
If the surgery was successful and she woke up, life would return to normal.
If it failed or she didn't come back to consciousness, she would lose her life or spend forever on a hospital bed without waking up.
"No matter the size of the surgery, of course Anna and I would come."

Now, even though she didn't need them, they had to be there.
