She had nice long blonde hair, and her ears were pointy, sort of like the ears of an elve.
She had beautiful pink eyes, with a touch of purple as the pupil, her hairpin was heart-shaped, and her lips were pink as if she had lipstick on.
She was wearing a long sleeve yellow shirt and a purple skirt that was five fingers above her knee.
On her feet, she was wearing high heel sandles that exposed her yellow toe nails. She was 5'6 inches tall, and her height almost matched Takeru, who was 6'1 inches.
Her skintone was the same as a human, and she was holding something that resembles what Takeru saw in movies.
She was holding what was called a magic wand.
"Who are you?" Takeru asked. "When that dragon was about to kill me, you swooped in and grabbed me away, so I want to know."
"It doesn't matter who I am, I'm not about to tell somebody who I just met, I don't even know what you are." She responded.
'From what I've observed, I'm in another world, and this isn't a dream, and in this world, they never saw or heard of humans. I think that it would be better to keep a low profile.' Takeru thought.
"So, let's go." Takeru stood up. "I can stand now."
The fairy placed her eyes on him as he stood up. She looked at him with curiosity, and it was also as if she was reading him.
"Go where?" She asked.
"Huh," Takeru was caught off guard by that question. Go where? Away from the dragon, obviously, why would she just ask me that? Takeru felt the impression that she was stupid.
"Go away from the dragon, obviously,or do you wanna get eaten?" Takeru answered her.
"You're not from here, are you," She said.
"Wha…" Takeru gasped, and his eyes widened.
'I mean, I know that I don't look like any species from here, but hie did she know that I'm not from here. I don'tknow what these people will do to me once they know that I'm not from here, she's smart, so I'll have to be careful around her.'
"You're probably a refugee from another country." She said.
'Forget about it. She's stupid,'
"You see, we're on the wrong side of the forest. It's the east side, and it acts like a wall for the dragon kingdom, and if we continue going east, we'll find ourselves inside the kingdom of dragons." She explained.
"Since this forest acts as a wall, this means that it isn't connected to the other one. I'm guessing that we'll have to cross through, am i right?" Takeru asked.
"You're sharper than you look," She said. "Yes you're right. We'll have to cross, so that means we'll wait for this guy to either leave or fall asleep."
"The fact that you haven't included the option of going down the forest and crossing it from further away than this guy means that we'll be in danger." Takeru guessed.
The fairy's lips curved up into a simple smile. It was like watching akid take its first steps.
"Yes you're right. Just below us is the entrance to the kingdom, and above us is another entrance, so if we go to any of those places, we'll be endanger." She explained.
"Well we better start setting up camp cause we're gonna be here for a while." Takeru stood up and went to collect some sticks to start the fire.
Where they were, they were completely safe. They could even start a fire, and the dragon would not notice.
Takeru returned with the sticks. He took one of them and placed the horizontally in the ground and placed the other one in the middle.
The fairy looked at him with confusion. She had no idea what he was up to, but she let him continue. She was very confident that she could beat him if he tried something.
He started rubbing the sticks against each other, sparks started shooting off, and smoke came out.
In a while after, he started rubbing the sticks together, and a fire emerged from the sparks.
The fairy's eyes widened, "What the hell!? What kind of spell was that?" She asked.
"Spell? No, it wasn't a spell." Takeru answered her and sat down.
'He's right, that wasn't a spell. It didn't use any mana. So what was that?' She wondered.
"How did you make a fire without magic?" She asked, filled with curiosity. Never in her life did she come across somebody who could make fire without magic.
'By that question,I guess that they don't have technology here.'
"It's simple really, you take two sticks, place one of them horizontally in the ground, and place the other on top, and rub them together, after a while, Boom, a fire." Takeru explained.
"Wow," She was dazzled, "Can you teach me?"
"Sure, just take two sticks." He responded.
She stood up and went to fetch two sticks and returned back with them.
She did as he instructed and started rubbing them together, but no matter how much she rubbed them, a fire did not start.
"I give up. There's no fire starting." She tossed them aside.
Takeru stood up and fetched them. He placed them in front of her.
"You were doing it wrong. Let me help you." He offered.
The fairy was still interested in learning it, and so she accepted his help.
He stood behind her and grabbed her hands.
"What are you doing?!!!" She hit his hands away and pointed at him with her magic wand.
"Woah there, I was just helping you, take it easy." He sweated and brought both his hands to the air.
'Damn, what's wrong with this world? She wants to kill me just because I touched her hands, damn!' He thought.
"I won't touch your hands if you don't want me to," He added, assuring her of her safety.
"It's fine. You just caught me off guard, that's all." She permitted him.
She turned back and placed the stick on top of each other. After that, she waited for Takeru to guide her by his hands.
Takeru hesitated. He wasn't ready to be shot in the face by the wand, something her always wished to have.
"Are you gonna help me or what?" The fairy asked.
"Oh OK," He said and brought his hands close to hers.
He grabbed them and placed them correctly on the stick.
The texture of her hands was fresh, and they were warm, and most importantly, they had no hate.
It was the first time he had held hands that were filled with warmth and had no hate after he lost his mother 10 years ago. They were very comfortable to the point that they made him cry.
"Hey, why are you crying?" She asked and turned her direction to him.
"Oh it's nothing. It's just my first time feeling the warmth sensation of loving hands after 10 years," He said.
"You've been through a lot, haven't you. Don't worry, you don't have to cry anymore." She said and started wiping off his tears.
They continued with the fire, and Takeru's hands worked smoothly alongside the fairy's.
They rubbed the sticks together wonderfully, and Boom, the fire started.
"Woow! Thank you, Takeru." Her eyes were filled with discovery and joy.
Takeru's heart jumped. The fairy was so cute to the that his cheeks turned red.
"No problem." He said.
They waited together for the dragon to leave or fall asleep, with both of them keeping a close eye on it.
It wasn't long until the sun went down, and the moon rises, and after a while, the dragon fell asleep, but it wasn't the only one that had fallen asleep.
Takeru had fallen asleep as well, and his was drooling. The fairy was disappointed.
"Hey!" She woke him up. "The Dragon has fallen asleep. We need to go."
She stood up, and he followed, but before they could go anywhere, Takeru stooped them.
"Hey, after this I know that you'll be leaving, so I would like to ask you for your name." He said.
"I would like to know yours firstly." She responded.
"My name is Takeru." He said.
The fairy lit a smile, "Nice to know you Takeru, I'm Alika, Alika the fairy."
She gripped her wand and quietly walked out of the forest, and Takeru followed.
