Fear, for a predator to feel fear was a thing far worse from death. As Rain walked towards the elders, sword dragging on the ground their expressions turned to one of horror.
The feeling of death nearing them with every step he took made them shiver and sweat profusely. They closed their eyes as they didn't want to see each others head being cut off.
But Rain's blade never came, they opened their eyes and saw Rain walking towards the exit, his back turned towards them.
He stopped and turned his head to look at them one last time, "I'm not in any position to execute you, your leader will see to it." He said and spat on the ground and walked away.
Loud footsteps alerted the elders as they looked to the side, Tharnak walked towards them, his expression full of hatred and disgust.
"Tharnak are you really going to do this?" One of the elders desperately questioned.
