Chapter 4 - Guild of the Broken Flame

Coker now stand at a level where normal rankers can't even imagine. Every step he take carry weight. Every breath he draw shake the air around him. The gods still watch from above, but now they don't just watch in silence. Now they begin to panic. The seal inside him continue to crack slowly, and each time a new part break, the world get colder. Something ancient and powerful waking up in his soul. But Coker don't care what the gods think. He care about one thing—finishing what he start. His first target? The place that call him trash. The place that laugh while he scream. The place that throw him into a dungeon to die like dog. His old guild… *Flame Guild*.

They was once the strongest guild in Flame Town. Famous, rich, and cruel. They hold E-Rank like trash, only praising S-Rank or rich noble awakeners. Coker remember the day they take away his badge. "You bring shame," the Guildmaster say. "Go die in dungeon and maybe your soul can be useful." Coker remember that. Every word. Every laugh. Now… he return.

He wear a black cloak again, face covered, steps silent. He move like smoke. Like ghost. His level don't show on any scanner. The Guild building still tall and proud, fire banners waving in the sky. But the people inside don't feel proud no more. For past week, hunters keep vanishing during mission. Monsters suddenly go crazy and run away. Flames die without reason. And now… the symbol of six wings and broken crown appear again—this time right in front of their gate, burned into the wall like mark of death.

Coker enter the building slow. Nobody stop him. Nobody even see him. He move straight to the center hall. There, the Guildmaster Trevon talking with his top rankers. "We need to find this Fatebreaker," Trevon say. "He is destroying our missions. He's taking out our best. I don't care who he is. Kill him." But suddenly… the torches in the room die. Cold wind blow in. And from the shadow near the wall… a figure step out.

"You already kill me once," the voice say. Deep. Calm. Dangerous. "Now I came to return it." The rankers scream and attack. Fire blades, wind arrows, lightning balls—all fly toward him. But Coker don't move. He just raise one hand. *Devourer of Fate*. Boom. All attacks vanish into black mist. Then he vanish. Appear behind the first attacker. Slash. No blood. Just soul pulled out of the body and absorbed. Second attacker jump back, try to run. *Temporal Slash*—time bend—and Coker already in front of him. One strike. Gone.

Trevon fall to the floor, shaking. "No… this can't be you. You was trash! E-Rank!" Coker remove his hood. His eyes burning gold and red. His veins glowing like molten god steel. "E-Rank? I was never E-Rank. I was sealed. You didn't see trash. You saw what you was scared of." Trevon try to beg, but Coker don't kill him. No. He let him live. And he do something worse.

Coker use his new passive—*Soul Burn*. He mark Trevon with curse flame that eat his skill slowly. Every day, Trevon will grow weaker. Every night, his pain will grow stronger. Until he become nothing but ash. "You live… to remember me," Coker say. "Tell them… Fatebreaker is coming." Then he leave.

The whole guild break after that. People run. The guild fall into fear. Hunters leave. Missions cancel. In one night, the number one guild of Flame Town become a ghost hall. All because of one boy they called trash.

But Coker not done yet. He want more. He need answers. Why was his power sealed? Who put the god inside him? And what happen when the seal fully break? So he travel again. This time to the Sky Ruins, a place where only madmen go. It's a floating mountain above the clouds. They say fallen gods sleep there. They say time and space don't follow rules there.

He arrive after three days. Wind strong. Air thin. But he don't stop. The gate of the ruins open like they was waiting for him. He walk in and the system start to glitch.

Coker feel strange energy surround him. He see visions. Himself standing in a battlefield wearing god armor. Lightning in one hand. Death in the other. A woman with wings stand beside him, calling his name. But he can't hear it. Then a giant spear pierce the sky. Light explode. And everything go black.

He fall on his knees. Breathing hard. Blood drip from his eyes. The voice in his head return again. Louder. Clearer. "I was betrayed. I was erased. But now… I am you. And you are me. Soon… we become one." Coker hold his head. He understand now. He not just holding a god. He *is* the god. A broken god who once rule fate itself. A god who was betrayed by other gods. Killed. Sealed. Forgotten. But now reborn in Coker's body.

The Sky Ruins test him more. He face illusions. Past versions of himself. Old fears. He even fight himself in mirror. But he win. He always win. And the system reward him.

Coker step out of the Sky Ruins different. More powerful. More cold. But also more clear. His mission was never just revenge. It's bigger. Way bigger. He must break the chain of fate. Destroy the god system. And take the throne that was stolen from him.

Back in the city, news already spread. The Flame Guild is dead. The Fatebreaker walk again. People fear. But some people hope. They say, "Maybe… just maybe… the world need a monster to kill the gods."

A girl hear the news. She's a healer from the east. Smart, soft, but hiding power. Her name is Lira. She saw Coker once when they was kids. She remember his eyes. Now she hear his name and want to meet him again. Not to stop him. But to join him.

Far away, in the Divine Temple above the clouds, the High God watch everything with cold eyes. "The Vessel has awaken," he say. "Prepare the Angel Guard. This time… we kill him before he remember everything."

But it's too late. Coker already remember the pain. And he not running anymore. He hunting.
