Luis drove his Mercedes-Benz G-Class, taking his wife and his assistant back. In the car, Winslet couldn't help but ask, "My apprentice, do you know any leaders?"
"Somewhat, Master's wife. If you have something to say, please speak directly."
Seeing her hesitant expression, Luis declared confidently, "With me, why stand on ceremony? Whatever I can help with, just say the word."
Though their relationship was nominally that of apprentice and master's wife, it was really just a playful title. If not for the incident with Anglo, they would hardly have been in touch at all.
So Winslet seemed slightly hesitant. After thinking it over, she first sent the little assistant back.
The car stopped in the parking lot in front of the law firm building. After getting out, Winslet finally said, "I've already spoken with the boss. I have to move out by the end of this month."
"The end of the month, so soon??"
Luis couldn't help but ask.
