Later that evening 4:00pm....
"you looking good and sexy too, God you're damn hot you know" Mark praised Ben's outfit and hair do "thanks, but don't call the name of the lord in vein" Ben smiled
"you not looking bad yourself Mark" Ben complemented "well thank you Benny love" Mark laughs as he mentioned "and I will keep it in mind to not call the holy name in vein".
That evening was set for both lovers and the party was about to get started just 30 minutes to go before they step into the party together.
At the party where two individuals that caught the eyes of the crowd. These individuals were beautiful and handsome, everyone on the party floor wanted to have a go with these two.
"Rachel am sick with these things and you know that" the male individual complained.
The other individual named Rachel shouted out loud for the male individual to hear her "sorry love but you know I didn't invite to you here it was Ken right....." "I know but you forced me here" the male individual turned his head to the side looking a bit annoyed.
"Anthony, am sorry if I forced you here but we haven't seen Ken for like 6 months even though we are friends and how family knows this" Rachel apologized "it's OK let's party even if it was a little" Anthony sounded sorry to for his harsh words earlier "but just a little, know that".
"yeeeh, let's partttty" Rachel shouted into the crowd while dragging Anthony along.
At the other side three persons entered the party and these were Samantha, Emily and John Emily's new boyfriend.
"Bea to the dance floor let me spin you around a little bit" John said into Emily's ear making her blush hard "alright let's go, oh Samantha please look up a place for us too OK and save us drinks too love you" with those statements Emily left to dance with John.
"Am not your slave you f*cking bit*h... Am single because of you but you are rubbing yours all over my face, but well I will just do as she says cause with her I get connection I need" Samantha had a sinister smile on her face.
Just as the party went into a full swing the duo that stood out among the crowd entered and became the center of attraction with both having hand in hand as they walked in.
"wow is Ben looking extra cute tonight or am I seeing things" a male figure utterly said.
"Mark look so handsome.... Gosh I wish I was the one with him" the females shouted at the background as the duo continued walking.
"looks like we arrived late huh" Ben sounded a little nervous
Mark tapped his back and gave him a light touch before smiling "it is OK Benny am here for you always remember that".
Samantha was looking for a spot for her friend and her boyfriend when her eyes landed on Mark and there she was standing still not moving a muscle, her breath became heavy and the air around her seems to put pressure on her. it was as if she didn't know how to move or breathe and it was all because of Mark.
"he's here a'd he's looking really handsome tonight" she muttered to herself.
But then she noticed Ben beside Mark and it made her angry and even jealous of Ben "he's here too what a nub" she spat.
"let's party and your mind would be worried any more" Mark encouraged Ben "and always remember that am here for you always".
Ben smiled melting Mark's heart "you don't have to say it over and over again I know you pretty well".
They ventured to the dance floor and it danced like crazy.... The dj had a plan to drive everyone crazy and to dance because he was now releasing rock tapes and it drove the crowd wild.... Ben whom has never danced like crazy did and for the first time he felt like he was on top of the world.
"look at you go Benny, you dancing like crazy and it makes you look more hot" Mark teasingly said to Ben
"you're not serious (laughs) but it is fun" Ben replied as he held Mark on his shoulder as the music changed to a partner dance song while Mark held Ben's waist making their dance go smoothly.
. After the dance they participated in games like pool games and to everyone's surprise Ben was good at pool games "you're good, better than I anticipated Benny" Mark complemented ben making them pair up for a next match and they both won.
After the pool game Ben and Mark went to the drinking game and this time it was Mark that was taking the lead about the game Ben will just drink once and he found out he had a little alcohol resistance which he felt a hint of pride within.
The fun lead on as they both went to the table were they were taking drinks and smoke a fruit flavor but Ben was not comfortable with smoking but Mark too it without a second thought the night went on as they enjoyed themselves with more games that led them feeling high at the moment.
"come dance with me Mark, you and I" many people came to invite Mark to the dance floor but Mark turned them down as he took Ben to the dance floor to dance.
Samantha was just waiting for the right moment to approach Mark and that was when Ben was with him, she had to find out what she was feeling if she still has for Mark that didn't die after their break up but the opportunity never came not anytime soon.
Later on Ben felt uneased as needed to go to the rest room "Mark I need to go to the restroom I will be back on time OK" he went as he peeked Mark on the cheeks before living to the restroom.
"be fast OK it will be boring without you" Mark shouted after Ben "I will.... Don't you worry" Ben reassured Mark before walking out the dance floor and exit the crowd.
The perfect opportunity had presented itself and Samantha was not willing to let it slide out of her palm.
She walked up to Mark saying "hello Mark I see you came" she said with a smile
"yeah and hello Sam how has it been" Mark tried to sound casual but his words came out a little rough. He was not feeling comfortable that was foe sure cause the feeling he felt before came out rushing out as soon as he saw Samantha.
"what is this am feeling, why is this feeling still here and it is all because of her" Mark thought within.
"is been cool and nice but lonely though" she said looking sad....
"Am sorry to hear that, is there anyway I could cheer you up" Mark asked as he lightly held Samantha's shoulder...... "well yeah just a dance that wouldn't hurt right" she moved and took Mark hands to the dance floor.
"alright just one dance and that's it" he agrees with her. And with that they started dancing, some girls were jealous of Samantha while the others just saw them and continued their own dancing.
Ben on the other hand was lost cause he couldn't find the restroom and he really needed it as soon as possible, he needed to empty his bladder to relieve himself.
"this house is huge and now am lost where do I go from here now, even to go back to the dance floor is another problem I seem to be lost in a time loop..... gosh I need help..... Please universe help me with someone to direct me to the restroom" he seems to be looking downward as he prayed silently but that was when he booped into a figure who was taller than him.
"Am so so sorry, I didn't see you there am sorry it was a mistake that would not repeat itself" be said as he backed away a little from the tall figure.
"it is nothing really, it was no big deal I too wasn't looking at my direction either" the figure said as both individuals looked up to see the other and to their surprise they knew each other.
"ohh it is you, emm Anthony right" Ben asked looking lively and happy that he hadn't gotten himself into a kind of trouble.
"yeah and you remembered my name how nice of you Ben" Anthony spoke with a dilighted tone.
"what are you doing here I thought your university was pretty far from here and the distance was made known to me by our coordinator last time we rehearsaled together abd you guys had to live on time" Ben moved a little closer.
"well yeah it is quite a distance but the person who organised this party was a good friend of mind and we were invited to it and what are you doing here, you don't look like someone who loves parties" Anthony asked with a questionable look.
Ben laughs a little as he spoke "I was invited and I came with someone who is waiting for me at the dance floor".
"if your partner is at the dance floor why are you here then" Anthony stepped closer a bit
"well I wanted to use the restroom but I got lost, what a big house don't you think" Ben said as he crasese the back of his head letting out a nervous laugh.
"well that is something but no worries the restroom is over there by the left" Anthony instructed Ben in the direction he need to take
"thanks you were a big help to me, I will be on my way nature calls" he thanked Anthony as he turned to live but was stopped by Anthony... "hey emmmm..... I could need your number and it it is isss for emmmh rehearsals to check...." Anthony stuttered.
"I get it OK, just give me your phone" Ben said as he typed his number on Anthony's phone as he stood still "and there you go, sorry but I need to go like right now" Ben made a quick withdrawal as he ran to the restroom as quickly as he could.
"he gave his number..... He gave me his number am lucky the world still loves me, wait till Rachel hears this. This is a great new and even something better" Anthony said as he made his way to the dance floor.
Moments later Ben was seen walking out of the restroom with satisfaction written all over his face "finally am free most have had a lot to drink" he walked to the dance floor as fast as he could cause he thought of Mark being alone waiting for him... He doesn't want him to stay waiting for him anymore.
In the dance floor Samantha had held Mark on the shoulder and Mark moved in the rhythm as he held Samantha's waist as they moved to the music but slowly the two was drawn to each other as they dance.
Something was definitely drawing the two together but they let themselves be drawn to that thing..... Cause the next instant Ben walked into the dance floor only to see Mark and Samantha dancing together and the posture they were in made Ben feel unease and unsure of what was going on.
The two being lost to the moment didn't know that they were been watched by Ben.... Samantha lean in moving to Mark like in giving him a kiss position and Mark excitated at first but later lean in.
Was it the drinks or the smoke they both had that made them move they really didn't know but they both feel that they wanted it... And they kissed and not a light kiss a deep one that involved tongues and moaning they were both lost at the moment like time seems to stop around them they didn't mind anyone else on the dance floor.
Ben seeing all these got light headed as he felt betrayed and sadden. He made his way to the exits as he wants to get out of there, get fresh air and go to his comfort zone.
As Ben made his way to the exit Mark in mist of the kiss saw Ben making his way out the party... He broke the kiss as he ran after Ben trying to caught up with him.
On the other hand Samantha seemed to smile at herself cause she was able to kiss the boy she has always wanted "so he has that same feeling for me, oh my dear Mark.... You are mine now" she smirks.
Anthony felt his head getting heavy from all the music and the drinks he wanted some air as he walked his way to the other exit door that was hidden.
Ben was hurt and betrayed by the person who thought he was with him all the way but no he was making out with his ex the same ex he vowed never to do anything with ever again, the same ex that broke his heart and made him lost sight of love and the same ex that cheated on him with another man was the same ex he kissed and he hated it.... so he was used to cover up.
"Ben wait up..... Ben I said wait up" Mark kept on shouting and running after Ben who seems to ignore him and kept on moving without any sign of stopping.
Mark held Ben's hand as he said "Ben I said wait up"... "don't touch me you..... I don't know what to call you at this point" he screamed at Mark while removing his hand from Mark's hold.
All that drama didn't go unnoticed by Anthony who was out for some fresher air "Ben and that guy what was his name again..... Never mind what is the problem between them".
"Ben what is this all about, you are not sounding like yourself are you drunk or do you need to go home" Mark kept trying to move forward to touch Ben.
"I said get the f*ck away from me" Ben screams at a higher tone that even Mark and Anthony never knew he had.
