Chapter 21 - Chapter 21: Blegree

Scene: After the hall meeting, Kal and Chota are holding a briefing with their teams.

Chota: Let's form four groups. My team and I will be in Group 1, and in Group 2 will be Kal and his crew. Group 3 is China and some Shape-Shifters; Group 4 is Jikel, Piki, and a few goblins. Clear?

Kal: Okay. Now assign territories: I'll head south, Chota will go north, Piki and Jikel go west, China goes east. Deliver the message to the kingdom—not just its king or leader, but everyone should know.

Scene shifts: Jikel and Piki join Kal's group to spy. China joins Chota, with a tainted spider familiar skilled at fighting. All four groups depart.

Scene shifts to Blegree Kingdom, where Kal's group is scouting.

Jinta (female spider in human form): A few years ago, this was the third most powerful kingdom—but now it's not even in the top ten.

Pikal (female red spider): No surprise, two kingdoms merged five or six years ago, weakening Blegree and dragging this kingdom down.

Kal: Who's the current ruler?

Pikal: Maybe someone named Udera?

They vanish to gather more intel on King Udera.

Scene shifts to Chota's group at the Black Gang-controlled Bushan Kingdom.

Chota: We need to hide and observe—they're dangerous.

Kili and Kopa (goblins, female and male): Understood, sir.

They sit atop a building, watching.

Chota: The north is theirs; we can't do anything openly.

Kopa: That's why they sent us?

Kili: Maybe, but we can't be sure.

Chota: Just do the job and leave.

Kopa: We need a stealth plan.

Chota: Right, a skip-skill would help.

Kopa: I have something—Fog Blast.

Chota: Fog Blast?

Kopa: It creates a dense fog; we can slip through unnoticed.

Chota: Let's test it. If it doesn't work, Lord Precious will handle it.

They head toward the palace using Fog Blast.

Scene shifts to Piki and Jikel heading to the GazeKil Kingdom.

Piki: So this is where Lord Precious lives.

Jikel: Yes, but he hasn't visited beyond Secret Sky and the Bees Village until now.

Yiz (male white spider) reminds them not to forget the mission. Idi (female goblin) mentions that Lord Gazekil is known to be kind.

Piki & Jikel: Good news. Let's head into the palace.

They confidently walk toward it.

Scene shifts to China in GazeKil Kingdom.

China: This is a very large city.

Nakil: I'd say it houses the GazeKil palace.

Palak: If we secured a city like this, Secret Sky would become even better.

China: What kind of human is their king?

Palak: His name's Backtion. He's clever and helpful.

Nakil: But he prefers only needed meetings.

China: So meeting him is rare—but possible.

China: One more question—where are you both from?

Palak/Nakil: We're from our respective origins.

China: Got it.

Scene shifts back to Kal—he's sitting under a tree with Pikal and Jinta.

Kal: I'm thinking we should formally enter the palace.

Jinta/Pikal: Yes, we should.

They stand at the palace entrance.

Door Keeper: Who are you?

Kal: We're from Secret Sky, the new city in Green Land Jungle. We want to speak with your king.

Door Keeper: Go ahead.

The door opens, and inside sits King Shanu of Blegree.

Junior Officer Punit: Who are you? A human spider? Arrest them!

Captain Kavi: Capture them!

Kal: Wait! We're not here to attack.

Junior Officer Punit: Then why are you here?

Jinta: To announce our new city.

Captain Kavi: A new city and what else?

Kal: We'd like to speak directly with the king first.

Captain Kavi: You have no permission.

Pikal: Let the king decide.

Captain Kavi: End them—monsters like these belong here?

Kal: Ha! We're not just "monsters"—we're a powerful, rising city. If you fight us, your kingdom will fall in days.

Captain Kavi: What should we do?

Junior Officer Punit: Kill them! A city? What's that?

King Shanu: Stop!

Junior Officer Punit: But, Your Majesty—

King Shanu: I said stop.

Junior Officer Punit: Yes, Your Majesty.

King Shanu: Speak! Tell me what you have to say.

Kal: A new city has been founded. Its power is growing, and Green Land Jungle is beneath it.

Captain Kavi: Green Land Jungle? Never heard of that.

Pikal: Humans may call it Monhunt Jungle, but here it's called Green Land.

Jinta: That's the name our leader chose.

King Shanu: !!

Kal: The city—Secret Sky—is hidden in that jungle.

King Shanu: Why tell us this? Who built such a city in the forbidden jungle?

Kal: Secret Sky protects all monsters and caves in Green Land. We, in turn, support it.

Junior Officer Punit: This is nonsense. It's too weak—we'll conquer it, expand our territory.

King Shanu: Hmm... I must—

Kal: Our city isn't ordinary.

Captain Kavi: You don't understand—if you lie...

Scene: Captain Kavi moves to attack Kal, but Pikal shoots a web to bring him down.

Junior Officer Punit: Why did you stop him?

King Shanu: Pikal made a mistake. Let me speak.

Junior Officer Punit: Hmm.

Kal: Our city is home to many races—red and white spiders, goblins, shape-shifters, skeletons, wolves, dragons...

Junior Officer Punit: Wh-what? Dragons?

King Shanu: Shape-shifters? But I thought they disappeared with the Black Gang 8 years ago!

Junior Officer Punit: My king, you're mistaken.

Kal: It's true. If harmed, the jungle monsters—and not just goblins—will attack you next.

King Shanu: I understand. No one will harm you.

Junior Officer Punit: But what proof do we have?

King Shanu: We have none for or against. I won't let my kingdom fall like 5 years ago—that cannot happen again.

Junior Officer Punit: Understood, my king.

King Shanu: Very good. So, what do you want?

Kal: My king only sent me to inform you: there's a hidden city in Green Land Jungle named Secret Sky. That's all.

King Shanu: Nothing else?

Kal: No, simply this message.

Junior Officer Punit: Any help or weapons?

Kal: It's not more powerful than your kingdom, but some things we have are better.

Captain Kavi: Like what?

Pikal: The houses are adorably designed.

Jinta: Maybe the weapons aren't superior, but they're good enough.

King Shanu: Hmm, understood. I want friendship with Secret Sky. What else?

Kal: I'll relay your response when I meet my king.

King Shanu: Alright. But what's your king's name?

Scene shifts to Chota's group arriving in Bushan Kingdom.

Chota: Is everything ready? Can we proceed?

Kili & Kopa: Yes, sir.

Chota: Then let's go.

They approach a large, dilapidated but beautiful house.

House Guard: Who are you? This is the Black Gang leader's home—leave or die.

Chota: We must speak with your leader.

House Guard: No way.

Kili: We're here for your benefit.

House Guard: Hundreds show up daily.

Kopa: What should we do, sir?

Chota: We'll subdue him and enter.

Scene: Kopa uses "Goblin Arm" punch with a sleep effect—knocks the guard out.
