At first, Third was even hesitant to do so because no one knew what was in it and if we were supposed to open it. He had already lifted the lid. The leader bent down to look inside. He inserted his left hand. When he got what was inside, he covered the jar again. He was holding another silver card, like the 5 cards with riddles we found earlier.
Choose the right path between the four. The three of them cast a grave danger.
Clue: The five great riddles
Good luck
That's all that's written. Simple as it may be, the bottom line is if we can solve another riddle. Everything came to mind. When I look up, there are labels of the four paths we can take divided by cubicles.
Path 1 - The brow
Path 2 - The throw
Path 3 - The row
Path 4 - The owe
"What are those? They say the path must be right or we will be in danger." Fourth reminds us of the 6th card's warning to us.
It has to do with the riddles we answered so it will just be easier compared to answering the riddles for the first time.
"Path 2," First said. We might be thinking the same.
"How can you tell?" they chorused.
"Let's hurry or the gold team might overtake us."
We had no choice because everyone was alarmed at the possibility that the other group might outdone us. We just kept running until there were another four paths. I breathed a sigh of relief because we were safe and not perished because the three paths had an associated 'grave danger'. If nothing bad has happened, path 2 is the correct answer.
"What next?" Aeith asked everyone.
"The clue has to do with the riddles we answered earlier. The words in card no. 1 are 'death throe', of the four choices, the closest being the same when pronounced is path 2 being 'the throw'." I explained because First does not have the time and patience to.
"Oh"
I read the labels in the second stage.
Path 1 - A treasure buried in a secured container
Path 2 - A treasure buried under the ground
Path 3 - A treasure buried in a chemical substance
Path 4 - A treasure buried in a haystack
"It's the last one!" Third stated.
They seem to understand how they got the answer because there is no longer a trace of astonishment on their faces. We entered path 4 while running and we were in the third stage.
Path 4 because apart from the 'hay' mentioned in card no. 2. As for carbon and oxygen, a diamond can withstand both when exposed.
Path 1 - 2 colors
Path 2 – 3 colors
Path 3 – 4 colors
Path 4 – colorless
"The 1st" - Ninth
Path 1 because it is said to be dichromatic, that is, consisting of two colors.
We ran into path 1 and we were already in stage 4.
Path 1 - round
Path 2 - rhombus
Path 3 - diamond
Path 4 – triangle
"3" – Sixth
Path 3 is also mentioned in card no. 4 the diamond.
Path 1 - poisonous
Path 2 - touchable
Path 3 - deadly
Path 4 - sensitive
"I think 2 is the closest answer!" – Aeith
Path 2 because card no. 4 states, not deadly when you touch 'it' which is the treasure, so the closest answer is path 2. We ran into path 2. I noticed that this path is probably longer than the other path and we seemed to be turning. The path is not straight. It seems to curve to the left.
All the answers in the riddles are regarding the treasure we are looking for.
After a long run, there was a big door again. We went near it and wrote something with our fingers because it was also dusty.
WHAT'S THE PASSCODE?
There's another stuff written on the door. A code is now required. I thought it was over, there was just another door blocking us from the treasure we were looking for and looking forward to.
But is there no question related to the card no. 5?
We looked at each other for a moment because we didn't know what the passcode is.
"24132" First spoke. "Those were the numbers where we entered the paths."
I immediately understood what First is talking about. Those are the path numbers we took earlier. He remembered it just as Third remembered earlier the directions we took inside the maze.
Third immediately wrote the passcode with his right index finger on the dusty door. A few seconds later, it opened, and we entered. The door closed again.
In front of us was a small platform with five steps up. In the middle of a wooden platform, there is a wooden box. We opened it, and inside it was full of a haystack. We would have just closed it again when our eyes saw something shining. All we could think was that the gold team was ahead in getting the treasure. Third picked up the glowing object and lifted it, a necklace.
Necklace with an almond-shaped pendant made of diamond material. Mixing colors of silver and gold. This is Author's alleged treasure. Everyone looked at and held the pendant, a symbol that we had won.
I now understand why there is no question related to riddle 5: 'Enough Lose', First's answer is correct. Why 'enough lose' if we win? First said, you just reverse the first letters of 'enough' and 'lose', making it letters L and E. Now you reverse the meaning of 'enough lose' = 'abundant win'
When we touched the pendant, we felt that we had won. Everyone smiled as they stared at that pendant. After the struggles that we had, it all made us speechless. It was as if in an instant... we forgot our problems.
