After waiting for a while and confirming there was no abnormal reaction, Aaron put on his Death Mask and activated Spirit World Travel.

Williams Street, Pound Family Home.

Aaron's figure appeared, holding the paper crane folded by Will Auceptin in his hand, just in case of any sudden situations.

The Darkness Emblem on his arm glowed faintly, and his whole body seemed to be covered in a dark mist, having entered a concealed state.

Even with Will Auceptin's revelation, Aaron still activated his Spirit Vision and circled the Pound Family Ancestral Home, observing it. After detecting no abnormalities, he looked in other directions on Williams Street.

A moment later, Aaron withdrew his gaze in disappointment, walked to the entrance of the Pound Family Ancestral Home, and exited his concealed state.

The guards stationed at the ancestral home instantly spotted Aaron's figure and, after confirming his identity, hastily welcomed him inside.

While listening to the report from the captain of the stationed guards, Aaron went straight to the basement to confirm that the original seal was still effective and intact.

Leaving the basement, Aaron still instructed:

"Double the number of guards originally stationed here, and focus patrols on the basement and surrounding areas to prevent anyone from digging tunnels nearby."

"How has Rafter Pound been recently? Has he shown any unusual behavior?"

The captain of the guards took out a compiled document from his pocket and handed it to Aaron, saying:

"Lord Aaron, this is Rafter Pound's complete record up to this morning."

"His Excellency the Baron continues his usual indulgent behavior, and the 5,500 pounds he received from selling the ancestral home have already been mostly squandered."

"However, hidden within these seemingly normal behaviors are some unsettling details."

"He takes a carriage through here every week, quite discreetly. It took multiple comparisons to confirm, and he seems to be trying to confirm something."

Aaron nodded, returning the record to him.

Backlund, mid-section of Buckland Street, deep within a certain sewer.

A light appeared, faintly showing the phantom of a clock, as if drawn by some force, and plunged into a gray-white rat whose fur was covered in dirty water.

The rat's body instantly swelled several times its size, and its state was extremely unstable, filled with a brutal and mad aura.

A flash of light in its dark red eyes instantly made all the creatures in the surrounding sewer freeze in place.

Suddenly, a gasp, as if from the depths of the soul, echoed in the sewer.

Immediately after, a hysterical voice came from within the gray-white rat:

"Why is this happening?"

"I am a descendant of the Jacob family!"

"Why is this happening?"

The venomous, sharp voice resonated throughout the entire sewer, and the surroundings were silent, as if everything had died.

After giving his instructions, Aaron returned to his villa in Empress Borough. It was too late, and he planned to visit Archbishop Anthony at St. Samuel Cathedral tomorrow to discuss matters concerning the Southern Continent.

After an unknown period, Aaron suddenly awoke from his dream, sensing a power attempting to pull him into deep sleep and invade him!

"Is it Will Auceptin? But didn't he already give me a revelation? Why would he want to enter my dream again?"

At the same time, Aaron felt his consciousness constricting, as if hiding from something.

No, this is different from a normal dream invasion. I've clearly regained my lucidity and can break free and wake up on my own, yet I can't leave the dream.

This isn't Will Auceptin. Who is it?

Aaron made a brief attempt and discovered more oddities, and questions and vigilance immediately arose in his heart.

However, he wasn't too nervous, because this was in Backlund, and he could still sense the Darkness Emblem on his wrist.

But the current sensation made Aaron very uncomfortable. He clearly knew he was sleeping, and could even sense and control his body outside the dream, but no matter what, he couldn't wake up.

Immediately after, Aaron's vision was filled with a blurry white mist, which condensed into an indistinct figure.

Aaron's eyes narrowed slightly, his spirit piercing through the dream, causing his real body to move silently. He then put his hand into his pocket, touching the paper crane folded by Will Auceptin.

At this moment, the blurry figure spoke calmly, with a hint of allure:

"Leave Backlund, and stop investigating all matters related to the missing persons case."

"People from the King's faction?" Aaron's mind raced, then he pretended to still be half-asleep and responded dully:

"Okay."

The blurry figure chuckled:

"As expected of that one's Blessed, to be able to remain conscious in such a situation with merely a Sequence 6 status."

"I've been discovered?" Aaron was slightly dumbfounded but did not respond, maintaining his silence.

At the same time, he silently grumbled to himself:

No, no, no, you should say, as expected of the great Lord of Order...

The blurry figure smiled and shook his head, his attitude very casual:

"The color of your emotions has changed significantly, and you might have even guessed some things."

Since he had been discovered, Aaron stopped pretending and said in a deep voice:

"Who are you?

"And who do you represent?"

The blurry figure paused for a moment, then sighed and chuckled:

"You don't need to know who I am."

"As the heir of the East Tucker family, you should be well aware that everything has its destiny, and every era is the same."

"Do not defy the destiny of an era, which is its trend. This will only make you, and your family, become sacrifices of history."

The destiny of an era, the trend of an era, sacrifices of history...

Upon hearing this, Aaron's pupils contracted slightly. He overturned his previous thoughts, and a term suddenly came to his mind:

"Twilight Hermit Order"!

But Aaron didn't speak, didn't utter those words. Instead, he tried his best to suppress his emotions and not let himself make too many associations.

Seeing Aaron fall silent, the blurry figure said nothing more. It transformed back into the spreading white mist and disappeared from this dream.

Aaron instantly broke free from that state, abruptly opened his eyes, and without hesitation, grabbed the paper crane beside him. After writing a message on it, he closed his eyes again.

After an unknown period, Aaron suddenly awoke in his dream. Unconsciously, he found himself on a desolate plain, with black stones underfoot, not even a blade of grass.

In the center of the plain stood a black pointed Tower, around which coiled a gigantic, scale-less, silver-white long snake. Its body was covered in dense patterns and symbols, which formed interconnected revolving wheels, and around each wheel were different markings.

At this moment, its head was raised, and its crimson eyes stared coldly at Aaron.

Aaron cleared his throat and bowed, saying:

"Good evening, esteemed Speaker."

A human-like look of disdain flashed in the silver-white long snake's eyes. Its massive mouth opened, and Will Auceptin's voice emerged:

"Alright, no need for pleasantries. I know what you want to ask. The person who invaded your dream earlier has already left. No one is monitoring you now."
