Sunday morning, Lord Aaron, as usual, went to the East Tucker bicycle research and development studio in Backlund's St. George Borough.

After a brief inspection, Lord Aaron entered the inner compartment, skillfully put on his mask and changed into his Hunter outfit, then used Spirit World Travel to arrive at the Bravehearts Bar, deep within Iron Gate Street in the Backlund Bridge Area.

Lord Aaron found Kaspars, intending to look for his acting target for the day, and also to see if there were any interesting commissions.

After getting the list and corresponding intelligence he wanted, Lord Aaron sat down, slowly sipping the sonia blood wine in his cup, when suddenly a murmur of whispers arose, and Lord Aaron looked in the direction of the sound.

At the entrance, a short lady appeared. She was no more than five feet tall, with a slightly chubby face, delicate and soft features, but her eyes seemed not to have fully matured, appearing quite youthful.

Although she had messy, shoulder-length yellow hair and wore traditional knight training attire, the bruised and swollen man she was carrying gave off an indescribable sense of authority and believable charm.

Many keen-eyed drunkards recognized the man's identity: a fraudster with a bounty of 40 pounds, which immediately caused a stir. Many people's eyes gleamed with greed, but then suddenly recalled some bad memories and shivered.

Kaspars compared the man on the ground with the photo from the bounty mission. After a long comparison, he finally confirmed it was indeed the fraudster. He looked at the bruised and swollen man with a slight headache, but still couldn't help but advise:

"Miss Xio, the mission was only to capture him, not to beat him up like this. You need to be careful with your actions, otherwise, even if you complete the bounty mission, you won't avoid a trip to the police station."

Saying that, he took out 40 pounds in cash from under the counter and handed it to Xio. Xio awkwardly scratched her messy golden short hair and nodded.

Just as she stepped forward to claim her bounty, a 'clang' sound suddenly rang out.

Many people looked in the direction of the sound and saw a cold-gleaming three-edged dagger lying quietly at Xio Derecha's feet, but it was very clean, not covered in blood as everyone had imagined.

"..." Many drunkards looked at each other, simultaneously forgetting to speak, and Kaspars's hand, holding the money, froze in mid-air, somewhat at a loss.

After a few seconds, Xio Derecha quickly and agilely squatted down, picked up the three-edged dagger, and hid it back on her person.

"I have to be prepared for unexpected situations, you know, some people lack enough reason and aren't so easy to convince," Xio Derecha explained earnestly, as if she hadn't seen the stiff expression on Kaspars's face.

Then she pointed to the bruised and swollen man on the ground and said:

"Don't worry, he was beaten by my fists; it's just superficial injuries. I didn't use a weapon. I know how to control my strength."

After speaking, she cleared her throat, took her 40 pounds in cash, and, suppressing her inner embarrassment, quickly left the Brave Bar, not noticing Lord Aaron's gaze not far away.

After finishing the sonia blood wine in his cup, Lord Aaron, having watched this scene with interest, settled the bill, picked up the purchased intelligence, walked out of the Brave Bar, casually chose an unoccupied corner, and used Spirit World Travel to return to the studio compartment.

-----------------

At 6 PM, a luxurious carriage bearing the East Tucker Family crest stopped outside Earl Wolfe's luxurious villa in Backlund, Queens.

Mrs. Celine and Lord Aaron and his sister stepped out of the carriage one by one. A middle-aged man in formal attire came forward with a smile:

"Oh, my dear sister, and the lovely and beautiful Avonie." Then, turning to Lord Aaron, he smiled and said, "The People's Daily you started is very good. You are truly worthy of being the future helmsman of the East Tucker Family."

Lord Aaron also smiled and nodded. On the way there, his Mother had already told them that next year, his maternal grandfather would officially hand over the title of Earl Wolfe to his uncle, Ned Wolf, who stood before them.

Everyone exchanged pleasantries before arriving at the banquet hall. What met their eyes was a lavishly decorated space, with glittering crystal chandeliers and huge wall hangings showcasing wealth and taste.

A large round table was placed in the center of the banquet area, covered with a magnificent tablecloth, surrounded by exquisite porcelain and silverware, and laden with various delicacies, desserts, and drinks.

Guests appeared in beautiful evening gowns and luxurious jewelry. Gentlemen wore elegantly tailored tailcoats, while ladies were draped in gorgeous long dresses, with noble hair ornaments, showcasing the demeanor of the aristocratic class.

Music echoed through the banquet hall, with string instruments or pianos playing softly, filling the entire space and adding a touch of elegance and warmth to the atmosphere.

The nobles engaged in lively and refined conversations around the round table, discussing the various happenings in Backlund and topics of their own interest.

As soon as Lord Aaron sat down, he heard a commotion coming from the entrance. He initially didn't want to bother, but seeing his Mother's frequent glances in that direction, Lord Aaron still got up to investigate.

A man with a wrinkled suit, slightly disheveled hair, puffy eye bags, and constantly smelling of alcohol was stopped by the butler at the entrance. Through the surrounding whispers, Lord Aaron learned the reason for the commotion.

The man was named Rafter Pound, the last viscount of the fallen Pound Family, who had squandered most of his family fortune and was demoted to baron by George III. He was recently planning to sell his ancestral home on Williams Street for pounds.

Most nobles despised this man who had disgraced the aristocratic class, including Earl Wolfe. Therefore, with the master's instruction, the butler stopped him at the entrance.

Rafter Pound? Pound Family? The family founded by the Tudor descendants?

Lord Aaron scrutinized Baron Pound, who was arguing with the butler, for a moment, then pondered. He recalled the underground palace beneath that house, the Blood Emperor ruins, and the Red Angel Evil Spirit within.

Lord Aaron decided to intervene, at least to acquire that house, which would give him an advantage for future exploration or sealing.

Using the authority of an Arbiter to deter many onlookers, Lord Aaron slowly walked out and spoke to Baron Pound:

"Enough. If you still wish to sell that ancestral home, I can buy it at a premium for 5,500 pounds. If you agree, we can sign the contract on the spot, but please leave here after you receive the money."

Rafter Pound was stunned for a moment, and after clearly seeing the speaker's face, he immediately deflated like a punctured balloon. Evidently, he had also seen that issue of The People's Daily and recognized Lord Aaron's identity.

Under the slightly mocking and strange gazes of those around him, Rafter Pound took out a crumpled contract from his Pregnant, and with a fawning smile, said, "Respected Lord Aaron, a total of 5,500 pounds. Please sign."

Lord Aaron hadn't expected this fellow to actually carry a contract with him; his earlier mention of signing on the spot was merely to express his willingness to purchase.

However, Lord Aaron didn't hesitate. He took the contract, signed his name, and then wrote a check for 5,500 pounds, handing it to the baron.

Watching him leave joyfully, Lord Aaron narrowed his eyes, a fleeting look of mockery on his face.
