A strong wind blew from the west, causing my hair to flutter wildly as I looked down on the city from the rooftop of a three-story building in the urban region of the residential district. This place was reserved for middle-class citizens in high positions within civil offices.
The news of the rampaging deviant didn't seem to bother these people, probably because of the increased police patrol vehicles and the deafening sirens echoing from all corners of the city. To them, the heightened police presence meant safety, but after witnessing the fight between Blackout and Dreamer, I was certain these policemen wouldn't stand a chance against him.
