Chapter 61 - The Blackbeard Pirates

But Moonlight didn't bother with any more words and just attacked. A crescent-shaped wave of sword energy, mighty and swift, shot towards Doc Q. Though he had some strength, he was just a ship's doctor; how could he possibly avoid it? Just as he was about to be cut down, a man in a black top hat, dressed as if he were in a play, appeared, swinging his cane and pulling out a longsword to block the attack.

But how fierce was Moonlight's slash? How could he easily resist it? Not only did he fail to stop it, but he and Doc Q were both sent flying. The sword energy surged, and a terrifying sword wind immediately swept through the area.

"The Demon Sheriff, Laffitte?" Seeing this man, Moonlight's eyes narrowed again. Another member of the Blackbeard Pirates. Now that two of them were here, the others must be nearby as well.

BANG!

At that moment, a silent bullet shot out from behind Moonlight.

"The Supersonic, Van Augur." Moonlight's heart moved. After recognizing that these people were members of the Blackbeard Pirates, he had activated his Observation Haki. With his strong perception, everything around him was under his control. With a flash of his sword, the bullet's trajectory was immediately changed, and it hit Doc Q instead.

"Van Augur, your marksmanship is terrible," Doc Q grunted in pain.

"This is fate," a man with a strange hat, an eyepatch on his right eye, a narrow face, a black cloak, and a spear said, appearing from the shadows. He glanced at the wounded Doc Q, shook his head, and then looked at Moonlight with surprise. Under his powerful vision, he had naturally seen the movement of Moonlight changing the trajectory of the bullet. That was amazing.

"The Grim Reaper, Doc Q; The Supersonic, Van Augur; and the Demon Sheriff, Laffitte. Three of them, all at once," Moonlight's heart grew more solemn. Then he looked behind Doc Q, and his eyes flashed. "No, there are four. And the Champion, Jesus Burgess." A burly, three-meter-tall man with a mask appeared behind the three of them.

"It looks like our opponent is a bit tricky," Burgess sneered, looking at Moonlight and Robin playfully, his eyes finally settling on Robin. "Nico Robin, a great pirate with a bounty of 79 million. If we can catch her and hand her over to the World Government, then the captain's Warlord position will be in hand."

"Of course," Laffitte chuckled, "but the swordsman in front of us is not easy to deal with."

"This is fate," Van Augur murmured, aiming his spear at Robin.

"Forget fate! Let's attack together and dedicate her to the captain!" Doc Q shouted coldly.

"Moonlight, are they...?" Robin's face immediately turned ugly. She hadn't expected them to be after her. Judging from the shot just now, it was a good thing Moonlight was here; otherwise, she would have been finished.

"A group of ants," Moonlight said faintly, and the Pheasant Sword swung out again. A fan-shaped crescent of sword energy, moving at an unparalleled speed, shot out. "Sword Draw."

The slash was as fast as lightning, and the four of them were all struck just as they were about to attack, and they all fell to the ground.

"Is the gap this big?"

"What a powerful slash."

"This is fate."

"Damn it, so powerful? It seems only the captain can deal with him."

"The captain seems to be with the Straw Hat boy." The four of them sighed, and though they had been struck by the sword, they were not panicked or worried at all.

"No, Luffy!" Hearing this, Moonlight had no time to stay. He picked up Robin, and with his Raptor's Air Rend, he galloped towards the town.

At this time, in Mock Town, Bellamy and his crew, who had not dared to say a word as Luffy and the others had left, now sneered, "So this is the Straw Hat boy who's been in the limelight recently? But that's all."

"Just a little pirate with a thirty-million bounty."

"Haha, in front of us, he's too scared to even fight back."

A grin flashed across Bellamy's face. "Straw Hat boy, remember this: don't let me see you again."

"Hahahaha, Bellamy, Bellamy..." the people all around burst into laughter.

But at that moment, a cold voice suddenly sounded. "Excuse me, have you seen a man with a straw hat, a man with green hair, and a beautiful woman?" A boy in black and a woman who was like a night elf had appeared, questioning them.

"You're talking about the Straw Hat crew," someone replied.

"Yes. Have you seen them? Where did they go?" Moonlight asked.

"You're also from the Straw Hat crew?" Bellamy's group suddenly pushed through the crowd, looking at Moonlight with a joking expression. "Don't tell me you're also looking for the Sky Island."

"Who are you? And why? Do you have a clue about the Sky Island?" Moonlight asked calmly.

"You don't need to know who we are," the man with the big dagger beside Bellamy burst out laughing. "I just didn't expect that there would be such a fool in the world to ask about the Sky Island. Hahaha, that really made me laugh."

"It seems that the people in the Straw Hat crew are all the same. The Straw Hat boy was like this just now, and now his crew is like this again. What a group of little pirates," the others laughed, their expressions a mixture of disdain and sneering.

"Bellamy, you just taught the Straw Hat crew a lesson," one of them said. "They didn't even dare to say a word. Now, another one is here. What are you going to do?"

"Bellamy, Bellamy!" everyone around began to chant his name.

"Boy, tell me, what's your name?" Bellamy said, his knuckles cracking as he looked at Moonlight with an ugly expression. He didn't mind teaching the Straw Hats another lesson.

"You just attacked Luffy and the others?" Moonlight's frown deepened.

"Hahaha, what about it?" Bellamy laughed long and hard. "A coward like your captain, who doesn't even dare to fight back... what qualifications does he have to have you follow him? And you, beauty... why don't you follow me?" His eyes turned from Moonlight to Robin.

"I suggest you'd better run away as soon as possible," Robin said with a slight shrug and a light smile. "Otherwise, it will be too late." She had experienced too many scenes like this in her life.

"Run away? Too late?" Bellamy looked at the people behind him with an exaggerated expression. "Hahaha, beauty, you are really joking." Everyone couldn't help but laugh. "Little pirates like the Straw Hats... what qualifications do you have to make me escape? Yes, I beat your captain. And not only that, but I will also beat you so that you little pirates know what the Grand Line is. Sky Island... what a daydream. Boy, tell me, what is your name?" Bellamy raised his head high, looking at Moonlight with a proud and indifferent expression, his eyes full of disdain.

"Since you have taken action against my captain, there is no other way," Moonlight said with a soft smile. He raised his head and looked directly at Bellamy, a blue light flashing in his eyes. "I am Moonlight, the vice-captain of the Straw Hat Pirates. Do you have a problem with that?" As he finished speaking, a blue, suffocating aura, like a storm, spread out from his body. Suddenly, everyone in the vicinity fell to the ground, unconscious, foaming at the mouth, and panicking. Only Bellamy and a few of his crew members were barely able to support themselves, but they were still on their knees, their bodies trembling.

"You..." he looked up at Moonlight, his face full of an unwilling rage. He tried to stand up, but his body was no longer under his control.

"A generation of ants," Moonlight said, not even looking at him as he and Robin walked away. Since Luffy and the others had left, there was no reason for them to stay.

On the other side of the island, Doc Q and the other three were lying on the ground, seriously injured. At that moment, a middle-aged man with a burly figure, thick hair, and a rough appearance came over, greeting them from a distance. He had dark skin and black hair, and he was wearing a black turban, two necklaces around his neck, and bracelets on both hands. He was holding a cherry pie. He was the captain of the Blackbeard Pirates, Marshall D. Teach.

"Zehahahaha! It seems you all just had a battle. What happened? Did you lose?" Blackbeard smiled. Though he saw that his crewmen were seriously injured, he was not surprised, but delighted.

"This is destiny," Van Augur sighed.

"Captain, I suggest we get a new ship's doctor," a man named Jesus said, checking his gun. "Doc Q only knows how to kill people."

"This guy is really useless," Laffitte said, turning his sword back into a cane.

"No way, everyone is not dead," Doc Q said with an innocent look. "There's no point in saving them." He loved to kill and to save, but he only saved the dead. He wasn't interested in the living, even his own companions.

"Zehahahaha! In this world, to be alive is a victory," Blackbeard laughed again. "But I'm curious. It seems that the one who did this to you is no simple role. Such a person... if you can fight him, you can become famous."

"They shouldn't have gone far," Burgess said, barely standing up. "We should chase them, but we can't do it in this condition."

Seeing this, Doc Q had no choice but to act. He stretched out his hand and touched the three of them, and in an instant, their injuries recovered, and they were all alive and well again.

"They haven't gone far?" Hearing this, Blackbeard's eyes flashed. He already knew who it was.

Back on the Going Merry, Sanji, Usopp, and Chopper were looking at the bruised and swollen faces of Luffy and Zoro, and then at the puffed-up Nami, and they couldn't help but be shocked.

"Luffy, what's wrong with you?"

"And Zoro, did you fight with someone?"

"No way, you lost so badly?"

Chopper quickly treated the two of them.

"Don't say it! I'm so angry!" Luffy and Zoro didn't say a word, but Nami was angry like an angry lion.

"What happened?" the three of them asked quickly.

"The Bellamy Pirates? Watch me, Captain Usopp, lead my 8,000 men to teach them a lesson!"

"Damn, they dared to do such a thing to Miss Nami!"

"So you got nothing?" The three of them had different reactions. Usopp was angry and vowed to avenge them, but he had one foot on the deck and the other was unwilling to go down. Sanji's eyes burst into flames, and he forgot all about Zoro and Luffy, only Nami was left in his eyes, and he wanted to vent her anger for her.

"Sure enough, everyone is back," at that moment, Robin's voice rang out, and Moonlight and Robin also returned.

"Robin!"

"Moonlight!" Seeing the two, everyone hurriedly shouted.

"Sorry to keep you all waiting," Robin said, glancing at Luffy and Zoro. "I had to inquire about some news, so I wasted a little time." Moonlight just smiled and didn't speak. He knew the two of them had their own considerations.

"This is..."

"Montblanc Cricket?" At this time, everyone was immediately attracted by the information Robin had brought.

"This person is the descendant of Noland, and he is also on this island," Robin laughed. "He has been looking for the Sky Island. If we look for him, we will probably know the way to go to the Sky Island."

"Great! In that case, what are you waiting for? Let's go!" Upon hearing this, Luffy immediately became excited. Zoro also nodded. If he could really find Sky Island, it would undoubtedly be the best explanation for them.

"Great," Nami became excited too, and then everyone walked towards the other side of the island. Not long after they left, Blackbeard and his group also appeared, looking at the leaving Straw Hat crew with a look of regret. But then he found a boat and continued to pursue them. It was just that their ship was too broken, and they were chasing farther and farther away.

At this moment, not long after Luffy's voyage, they encountered another salvage ship, but it was not the Masira Pirates, but the Shoujou Pirates. The head was a man who resembled an ape. He seemed to have known what had happened to the Masira Pirates, so he saw Luffy and the others and attacked directly with a sonic attack. Everyone was about to take action, but they found that the scope of the sonic attack was too wide, and the Merry was constantly being damaged.

"Get out of here quickly!" Nami decisively ordered. "Otherwise, even if we defeat him, the Merry will be finished." Everyone didn't doubt her and set off with all their strength, but the Shoujou Pirates still chased after them, as if they would never give up.

Upon seeing this, Zoro was extremely angry and shot suddenly. He had been suffocating on Jaya Island, and now he encountered this again, and he immediately broke out. "One-Sword Style... Shi Shishi Sonson!" He suddenly provoked, and the man was in the air, his hand on the hilt, and he allowed the orangutan to launch a sonic attack, but he did not move. When the last word of the song was finished, there was a crackle, and the other party's boat was cut open.
