"Sweetie and Coin, take Vine and go back to the new hideout. But turn off your devices just in case. We do not want them to track you back there. The rest of you pile into the last car. We are going to the next place." Rico ordered as he climbed into the driver seat.
Rico pulled out of the alley once they were all packed inside. He quickly began driving down the street. "Are we not worried about setting off those explosives early?" T-Dog asked as he sat in the passenger seat.
"No, I am more worried about them figuring it out. So in order to avoid the vigilantes catching on we are going to need a distraction." Rico began explaining as he closed in on their next location. "Edgelady, be careful but are we being followed?"
"Ummm… yes, that Nightwing is following you. But he is a few minutes behind. Do you want me to delay him?" Edgelady asked.
"No, Gotham's vigilantes have logistical support. Who unfortunately have equipment better than anything you brought. So it would be detrimental if they noticed you." Rico explained as he slowed the car under a bridge out of sight of any cameras. "Take the rest of the explosives, steal a car, and go start setting up the explosives in the other locations. I am taking the abandoned ACE Chemicals factory."
"Understood." She responded but by her tone he could tell she was annoyed with him.
The others climbed out of the car with only T-Dog looking back, "are you sure you will not need more help? It sounds like you plan to take them all on yourself?"
"I will be fine. But do be careful of any traps. I know most of you are not from Gotham, but there is a reason he is only ever able to hire outside help. No one in the city trusts him." Rico explained as he pulled away and continued to the next site.
He avoided cameras getting a straight on shot of his vehicle as he moved. But soon he was driving through the gate of the factory. They bounced off of their hinges as he drove up to the factory's front door. He stopped the car and climbed out. His bag still had enough explosives in it for this factory and some extra.
He pulled out a prepared device and put it under the car. Right where the fuel tank was located. He then walked toward the factory's entrance and kicked it open. The wood splintered as it broke under the force of his kick.
He walked inside using his Eagle Vision ability. He could see the outline of the building as he looked around. There were not any blips that would indicate people. So this was safe to set up explosives at.
He disabled the ability and began moving to set up the explosives. While he was at it he also switched on the factory's power and made it so an explosive gas began filling the facility. Once that was all done he moved to a central station where there were many spots to see him from. He then set up his last explosive and waited.

Nightwing slowed his motorcycle before entering the factory grounds. "This… is another of Joker's go-to hideouts. Oracle, how far out is my backup?" He looked over the destroyed gate and pulled over to the side where his motorcycle would be out of the way but still easily accessible.
"Yeah… Batman is busy with Joker and Red Hood. I already had to send Batwoman, Batgirl, and Damien to take care of the open gang war that broke out on the bridge. Then Red Robin is… out of town." Oracle explained.
"Then I am alone for this one?" Nightwing asked in an exasperated voice as he could hear it before Oracle responded.
A loud noise came towards him. It sounded like one of those loud motorcycles. "Actually, there was one other person that has been more than willing to help-"
"No!" Nightwing shook his head as she came into view. The female clown was ginning madly while waving at him. "Why?"
"Because she was available and you needed backup. Harley can be really useful in a pinch. Just give her a chance." Oracle answered, he could hear the amusement behind her voice.
"Hey Nightstick!" Harley turned off her motorcycle next to him. She then pulled out two gas masks. "Here we might need these?"
"Why?" Nightwing asked, ignoring the change of his name.
"Because I saw we were heading to ACE Chemicals and if this person you are changing knows anything he has probably made it toxic to breathe in. Especially since Red number 2 told me that your guy wears a gas mask." Harley explained. "But remind me to go write an apology letter after this, these are strictly being borrowed, I do not own them."
Nightwing growled as he realized that meant she had stolen these. Then he shook his head and followed Harley to the entrance of the factory. Then he grappled up as he was connected to a communication channel with Harley.
"Oh?" He could hear Harley murmur as he moved to a window that had a clear view of the factory. "There is definitely some gas in the air." Her voice soon became muffled, "good thing I grabbed these gas masks."
Nightwing rolled his eyes as he looked and quickly found their target. Honey Badger was standing at a central vat. He was clearly focused on something. "I spotted him. He is by the central vat. Harley, approach him from behind. I will drop on him from above." His leg was still in pain but he could still move for the moment.
He climbed further onto the roof and then entered. Putting a rebreather on, he did not need the gas mask but he would still need to breathe. "Seems like the power has been on for a few minutes. So there is-"
"Sorry Red for cutting you off, but I am looking at the formula that he has going on. This stuff gives off fumes that are highly flammable." Harley declared.
He could hear several quick keyboard taps from Oracle, "damn. I can not switch off the power. Nor can I access any of the factory's systems. Harley can you change it so the gas and chemicals are not flammable?"
There were a few moments of silence as Nightwing discretely climbed into the building and moved along the rafters. "No can do, seems he has hard wired the control. In order to stop it I would have to… drain the chemicals and enable the emergency airflow system."
"Then start on that. Nightwing, get down there and keep him tied up for the moment while Harley drains the air and chemicals so this does not turn into a giant bomb." Oracle ordered, "I will have the others meet up with you when they are done. It seems that Batman does not want any help. He disabled his tracking device earlier along with his commlink."
Nightwing quietly growled in annoyance as he moved through the rafters and climbed his way down. If the air was literally explosive then he could not risk causing a spark of any kind. So he made his way down until he was quietly dropping behind this mercenary.
He turned around and tilted his head, causing Nightwing to freeze. "I am going to be honest. I thought I would see more than just you and that clown." He got in a stance, "in fact I am almost offended that you did not bring more of your friends."
