Explaining in simplest way...
Manipulation:
Manipulation is the most basic use of Aether. It means shaping or controlling Aether either inside or outside your body. By using your elemental ability, you can form the Aether into different shapes, attacks, or tools. It's the foundation of all mystical techniques and has no harmful side effects.
Enhancement:
Enhancement is the technique of channeling Aether to boost your body, weapons, or objects. You can enhance your limbs for strength or speed, or even upgrade weapons, artifacts, or pills—but those may need certain conditions to work properly.
Spells:
A spell is an advanced form of manipulation. It involves using chants and runes to shape Aether in complex ways. Spells are powerful but risky. They require strong focus and mental control. If the casting fails, the backlash can seriously harm—or even kill—the caster.
Arts:
Arts are the advanced version of enhancement. Instead of boosting one thing, you're creating a full set of powerful, Aether-based attacks. Arts are far stronger and more destructive than regular techniques.
Memories:
Memories are special sources of knowledge, such as scrolls or artifacts, that teach you spells and arts. Without a mentor or a memory, you cannot learn these high-level techniques. Only mentors or these magical memories can pass on such skills.
------
Essence: Essence is the first and purest form of energy. It flows through everything like the stars, the void, the breath of life itself.
Without Essence, the universe would fall and eventually die.
Due to its purity, It's not something anyone can just hold. Only a rare few can survive its power. Those who can are marked by destiny… or danger.
Aether: Aether is born from Essence. It's the energy most people can use, the heart of all magic and mystical power.
Every spell, every glowing blade, every ancient art runs on Aether. It's what lets mages shape fire, warriors strike with force beyond flesh, and healers mend wounds with their chants.
Aether doesn't burn like Essence. It bends. And that makes it the key to all magical life.
Core: When a person awakens, a Core forms deep inside them.
The Core drinks in the faint threads of Essence from the world and then it changes that raw power into Aether, then stores it like a well holding water.
When someone casts a spell or unleashes a skill, their Core responds. It sends out Aether in a focused flow, shaping it into power.
In simple words, a strong Core means stronger magic.
And a weak core means...'you are weak.' hehe.
