(Honoka remains staring at the drawing in silence, her fingers trembling as she holds the paper. She doesn't see just drawn lines, but rather sees herself as no one has ever seen her before.)
A tear flows quietly down her cheek. She tries to wipe it away quickly, but she is unable to hide how deeply touched she is.
Misaki steps forward, looks at the drawing, then smiles a warm smile.
Misaki: "Ahmed-kun drew what is in your heart... not just your facial features."
Honoka looks at Ahmed, her eyes filled with a mixture of gratitude and wonder.
Honoka: "Why... are you doing all of this for me?"
Ahmed falls silent for a moment, then smiles a calm smile and sits in front of her so that his eyes are at her eye level.
Ahmed: "Because I know what it feels like when a person thinks they are all alone."
(A moment of silence prevails.)
Then he continues in a firm voice carrying great sincerity:
Ahmed: "Honoka... if your parents cannot appreciate your worth right now... don't let that make you doubt yourself."
(Honoka lowers her head slightly.)
Ahmed continues:
Ahmed: "You are not alone from this day on."
He turns toward Misaki, who exchanges a reassuring smile with him and nods her head in agreement. Then he looks back at Honoka.
Ahmed: "Misaki and I... we will stand by your side."
He hesitates slightly before adding with a sincere smile:
Ahmed: "And consider me an older brother to you."
(Honoka's eyes widen, as if she hasn't heard these words in a very long time.)
Ahmed: "An older brother does not leave his sister to face pain alone."
Honoka fights back her tears, then gently presses the drawing to her chest.
Honoka (in a trembling voice): "...Thank you, Ahmed-niisan."
This was the first time she called him by this word with such genuine feelings.
A warm smile appears on Misaki's face as she sees the fear that once filled Honoka's heart giving way to something new... to hope.
Ahmed rises from his place, then extends his hand to Honoka to help her stand. Afterward, he turns to Misaki and says in a tone full of determination:
Ahmed: "Come on... it's not enough to comfort her with words."
He looks at the two girls with confidence.
Ahmed: "It's time to talk to the principal once again... and start solving this problem from its roots."
(Honoka looks at Ahmed, then holds the drawing tightly, as if it has become a new source of courage, before heading with Ahmed and Misaki toward the rooftop door, preparing for the next scene.)
