Rika's back pressed against the teacher's desk, knees drawn up slightly, but her body betrayed her resolve. Her fingers trembled as they hovered over the edge of the desk, clenching, unclenching, trying to will her racing heart into some sense of control.
Renji stepped closer, letting his gaze roam over her body like a predator savoring its prey. "You think you can hide from this," he murmured, his voice low, almost hypnotic. "But I can see every tremor. Every flush. Every heartbeat that says you want me as badly as I want you."
Her throat went dry. She tried to look away, to retreat, but her eyes flicked back involuntarily. Every inch of her body remembered his touch, his mouth, his hands.....every second of their first encounter and the memory alone made her quiver.
Renji crouched in front of her again, his hand sliding under her sweater. She gasped as his fingers brushed her bare stomach, teasing the path upward.
