Chapter 10 - Stares...

Mika went in first then Kuro.

Kuro had been looking down since coming in and Mika noticed that, so he tapped Kuros shoulder and whispered, 'Its ok, look up to your future', and Kuro did exactly what Mika said because it was true as for the next three years this is where he'll be. But as soon as Kuro looked up his anxiety turned into excitement as looking around everything was only three colors white, black, and gold. The school rises like a palace of knowledge, its walls gleaming in pristine white, symbolizing clarity and wisdom. Black accents trace the windows, doors, and pillars, grounding the brightness with elegance and strength, as though the building itself is carved from ink and ivory. Arched entryways and sweeping corridors shine under the warm glow of gold, which crowns the edges of railings, domes, and crests like sunlight captured in metal. The three colors together create a harmony of purity, power, and prestige — a place where learning feels both timeless and majestic.

Kuro couldn't agree more.

[What the f*** is this...! This aint no bloody school it's a whole f***ass palace...I thought it'd look like some prison BUT NO IT LOOKS LIKE PARADISE. THIS AINT NO F***** SCHOOL!!!!!]

{Yeah, but calm down Elvastia I'm as shocked as you are but you got to remember this is one of the best schools in this world as Mika said...or were you too busy swearing and saying them over and over again.}

[Whattt...ahem I did listen what are you on about...? Are you high on something heh...]

Kuro left the conversation with Elvastia and on proper focus of his surroundings he realized that there were once again stares but this time with whispering. They cast quick glances at him, then away, as if eye contact might invite trouble. Their whispers were low and hurried, lips barely moving, the kind of talk meant to stay hidden behind cupped hands. Kuro didn't know what they were talking about, but he didn't feel like it was good thing, so walked side by side to Mika and held his hand. Their fingers intertwined slowly, a quiet promise that neither of them was alone. The warmth of the touch said what words couldn't: I'm here with you. And Mika understood the unspoken language in that touch.

Mika said while smiling " You don't have to worry about me; I'm used to this. "

"Thats the thing, you shouldn't be used to this."

Mika was shocked in hearing this and smiled even more, holding even more tightly onto Kuro.

Everyone was shocked as if Kuro shouldn't be alive anymore.

[Such normal stares. I'm already f***** used to them now.]

{uh huh...}
