Chapter 22 - Keep Moving Forward!

King: The troops will be divided into three groups.

Troops: Ready.

The king ran, leading the troops at the front, with Hifung and Ray on his right and left sides.

Behind them, the troops were divided into three groups.

King: Group one, go kidnap the Hakao civilians.

Group one: Yes, sir!

Group one left immediately.

Suddenly, from a distance ahead appeared Ruze, ready to block the king, with a sword sheathed on his left side.

The king and all his troops stopped.

Ruze: I won't let you go any further.

Ruze's troops appeared from the right and left sides.

Hifung (thinking): "Mr. Ruze, I thought he would side with us."

King: You must be a general.

Ruze smiled and bowed slightly.

Ruze: It's an honor to fight you.

Ruze: Unfortunately, I know I won't lose here.

Ruze frowned, staring seriously at the king with murderous intent.

The king looked around.

King: Too bad, I don't have much time left, because it seems my position has been revealed.

Ruze: Of course, our king is the strongest level-five in the world.

Ruze: So you'd better surrender now.

King: Since my position is known, there's no point holding back my big magic.

King: Groups two and three, scatter!

The troops immediately dispersed.

Ruze: What!?

The king smiled, then drew his sword, holding it in his right hand.

King: RealStorm!!

The king's sword released wind magic, then with a sharp, serious gaze, he slashed toward Ruze.

Suddenly, the slash transformed into a huge storm that pulled many of Ruze's troops.

Ruze: Damn it, I'll slash through this storm.

Ruze drew his sword with his right hand, using aura on the blade, and prepared to slash the storm. Suddenly,

Hifung appeared in the middle of the storm.

Hifung: MagmaRush!

Magma magic erupted wildly.

Ruze's sword was blocked by Hifung's magma magic.

Ruze: What!?

Ruze was shocked to see Hifung use magma magic.

Ruze: Aargh!

Ruze was scorched, struggling to withstand Hifung's attack.

Suddenly, Ruze's sword broke, and Hifung's magma magic hit Ruze, throwing him very far.

But Ruze survived, though badly burned, fainting in the distance.

Ruze's troops were all defeated.

The storm disappeared.

King: Troops.

The troops came out.

Troops: Ready!

King: Group two, take all these enemy troops to the Milty kingdom.

Group two: Yes, sir!

King: The rest, follow me to the heart of their kingdom.

Hifung, Ray, and group three: Ready!

The king led the way at the front, followed by Ray and Hifung by his side, with the remaining troops behind.

King: That's the center of the kingdom.

A gate led to the kingdom's center, guarded by many soldiers.

The king and all his troops stopped, watching the soldiers.

Ahead stood someone with the rank of general.

General: Good evening, approaching night, King of Milty.

General: It seems you're lost to come here.

King: Move aside. I want to meet your king for negotiations.

General: Hmph, don't joke. My king has no time to negotiate with you.

King: If you don't move, we'll have to use force.

The general frowned, staring sharply at the king.

General: Go ahead, if you can!

His troops released fire magic from their hands, ready to unleash it at the king.

King: Oh, that's fine.

General: Release!

The enemy troops launched their fire magic at the king.

But Ray used his eye power to shatter many of the fire spells.

Hifung: SuperFire!

Orange fire magic.

Hifung's orange fire sped forward, engulfing the remaining fire spells that Ray couldn't break, then headed straight for the general.

General: Orange fire?

The general immediately released similar orange fire magic to block Hifung's attack.

General: Attack!

Hifung's orange fire magic was destroyed.

The enemy troops advanced, attacking with their swords.

King: Forward!

The king's troops charged into battle with the enemy.

Hifung and Ray ran toward the general, swords ready.

General: You think two kids can beat me?

The general unleashed lightning magic toward Hifung and Ray.

But the king slashed and destroyed the lightning magic with his sword covered in aura.

King: Ray, Hifung, help the troops!

Hifung and Ray: Okay.

The king ran toward the general.

General: Tch.

The general released magic.

General: ThunderStorm!

A lightning storm appeared.

Many troops were affected.

The king dashed closer to the general.

The general drew his sword, flowing it with aura, blocking the king's slash.

The king continued slashing fiercely with his aura-covered sword.

He released fire magic from his right hand and blasted it at the general's stomach.

The general was thrown back a bit, with a small burn wound.

General: Tch, troublesome. I'll end this now.

He sheathed his sword.

Then he released a rather large lightning magic from his right hand.

General: ThunderBurst!

A magic attack of many lightning bursts aimed at the king.

Suddenly, Hifung appeared.

Hifung: Magma!

Hifung unleashed magma magic, colliding with the general's lightning bursts, causing many explosions.

The magma continued toward the general.

The general then released earth magic.

General: EarthWall.

A wall of earth magic to block the attack.

But the wall was easily pierced by Hifung's magma magic.

The magma rushed toward the general but was stopped by the general's aura-covered sword.

While the general was blocking Hifung's magic, suddenly the king appeared beside him.

General: What!?

Hifung's magma magic disappeared.

The king slashed the general's back, causing him to fall and lose.

The lightning storm stopped.

Many troops from both sides were unconscious.

Ray approached the king and Hifung.

King: Troops still awake, take the enemy troops to the Milty kingdom.

King: Hifung, Ray, and I will enter the Hakao kingdom.

Troops: Ready!

King: Let's go, Ray, Hifung.

Hifung and Ray: Ready.

The king, Ray, and Hifung ran into the kingdom.

They entered the kingdom easily.

Hifung: Where do we go first?

The king saw stairs going up.

King: We'll go up first.

They walked toward the stairs and climbed them.

Upstairs, they looked around the rooms.

They arrived in front of a grand door.

King: This seems to be the Hakao king's room.

Hifung: Yeah, should we just open it?

Ray: He should already know we're here.

King: Right.

The king opened the door and entered, followed by Hifung and Ray.

The king looked around the large room, with several pillars on the left and right, and a throne at the far end, with someone sitting on it.

The king, Ray,

and Hifung walked to the middle of the room.

They stopped.

King: Good evening, King Hakao.

The king stared sharply at King Hakao.

King Hakao stood up.

King Hakao: I didn't expect you'd dare attack this kingdom.

King Hakao looked at the king coldly and sharply.
