***ADRIAN'S POV***
I stormed out of the room the moment I heard my father had sent her there. I couldn't mask the annoyance twisting in my gut. After the way I'd rejected her sexual advances towards me on our wedding night, I figured that was why she had gone back home. So why was she suddenly here again and worse, staying in my room?
This mansion has more empty rooms than we know what to do with. What did my father mean when he said they were all occupied? Occupied by who? Even his Beta doesn't live here—he has his own mansion.
"Adrian, calm down," a familiar voice called as I stalked down the hallway.
I turned and saw Nanny Brielle.
"What exactly are you planning to confront your father about? It's tradition and you're supposed to share a room with your bride," she said.
I knew that. But when my father had told me about this marriage—how I needed to step up and marry the bride he would choose for me—there had been no mention of sharing a room.
