Stark watched his family die before his eyes, too weak to do anything to stop it, or even prevent his own death. 

Seething with a rage so maddening that it called even the attention of the gods, he was granted one of these Relics, becoming one of the awakened. 

With each kill potentially expanding his army of Spirits, and each spirit absorption magnifying his strength, Stark finally gets a taste of power for the very first time. 

And armed with a power that could rival a nation, he sets his eyes on those who wronged him. 

First he will start with his best friend, then he will ascend, he will grow stronger—wrestle with deadly monsters and drag himself through hell… until he finally gets to the king.

However, on his path to revenge, Stark soon realises that the world is far more messed up than he had imagined. 

Life is on the verge of collapse, darkness lurks at every corner, and strange beings from another world threaten to bring about the extinction of all races. 

Will his quest for vengeance consume him? Or will he reach the apex and bring down the one man he loathed the most?
