Lucan sighed before answering Lior, "I never said it does influence anything. I'm just asking you."
He added, explaining himself, " Well, I don't really know much about beasts, but one of my friends might know, as his awakened craft is beastcraft, so he knows so much about the types of beasts as he's been doing his researches."
"I see…" Lior nodded.
Then, Lucan said, "How about you follow me to Red Stag today and I can show you to this friend of mine so you can ask him questions concerning your beast?"
Even though Lucan was annoyed about the relationship forming between Lior and the prince, he doesn't mind using it as a way to get Lior to dance to his tune.
"Huh?" Lior's brows raised. "What about yesterday's discussion didn't you understand?"
"No, I get it, and that's why you should come. Let's make a new deal," Lucan said, and Lior just couldn't help but sigh as he placed his head back on the table.
