Inside the palace, Vorthane was moving through the hallway with numerous maids and butlers behind him, listening to his orders with rapt attention.
"There should be no mistakes. The guests that are coming include from Dukes to Barons. Select the best wines to serve and ask the cook to prepare a balanced food suitable for everyone's palate."
The maids and butlers nodded as he kept on speaking.
"Since you all are head maids and butlers, make sure that every guest is assigned a personal maid and butler who are ready to serve at a moment's call."
"Yes, prime minister." They all nodded in unison.
He kept on briefing them about the important tasks as they all walked through the hallway, just then Vorthane stopped, seeing a figure standing at the front, right at the middle of the hallway.
"General Cahill. I see that you've returned from your trip." Vorthane said with a smile.
