Chapter 335 - [TP] 335: The Sea of Worlds

From a data perspective, once Velzard fully digested this new power, her magicule count would rise from 200 million to over 300 million.

If the Divine Domain were graded, 100 million magicules marked the entry level.

Then, over 300 million would place her firmly in the mid-tier of the Divine Domain.

And 300 million was just the baseline.

Even Damien couldn't predict what kind of Ultimate Skill Velzard might develop after absorbing the Magic God's power.

A Transcendent Ultimate was unlikely.

But a new Ultimate Skill on the level of the Seven Virtues or Seven Sins? Damien thought that was entirely possible.

"Want me to carry you to the bath again?"

"Stop teasing!"

Velzard was willing to play around with Damien, but her body genuinely couldn't handle his demands. "I surrender, alright?"

Under Damien's gaze, Velzard, draped in a thin veil, hurriedly slipped into the bath.

When she returned, the girl had changed into a mature black gown that accentuated her elegance while adding an air of mystery.

"Here, breakfast for you."

"Thanks."

Velzard didn't refuse.

Living with Damien meant adapting to his habits.

In the past, Velzard had no need to eat.

As a True Dragon, she didn't even need to breathe.

But since Damien enjoyed savoring food, Velzard began trying new things to share more common ground with him.

And, well, she had to admit...

The cuisine of the Monster Kingdom opened her eyes.

Gradually, she grew hooked, eating and sleeping alongside Damien.

Oh, and one more thing.

Velzard's favorite breakfast was bacon and eggs with a glass of milk.

"Come on, eat more."

"After last night's exertion, you need to replenish!"

Velzard kept piling Damien's bowl with his favorite porridge.

After last night's intensity, their relationship had shifted subtly.

Yet, Velzard was different from Shuna or Shion.

Even after becoming intimate, she and Damien remained much the same as before.

More than lovers, they were like family.

Perhaps because they were both Dragon Gods, Damien felt a natural closeness to Velzard.

This made it impossible for him to resist her affectionate gestures.

Maybe because they'd broken through that final barrier, Velzard's behavior toward Damien was noticeably more intimate.

Sitting on his lap, softly asking for cuddles... it came as naturally as instinct.

As expected of a Dragon God.

Her desires in that area were indeed intense.

Thankfully, Damien was also a Dragon God, taming the newly initiated Velzard, who was still savoring the taste of forbidden fruit, with ease.

Days passed like this, with Velzard clinging to Damien's arm as they walked side by side into the Sage Council.

"Huh?"

"Isn't that Lord Damien?"

Rimuru, rarely seeing Damien, teased with a playful tone. "Did the sun rise in the west today? You're actually showing up to work?!"

Smack!

Damien didn't hold back, giving Rimuru's head a light tap. "What's that supposed to mean? Can't the boss come check on his employees?"

"Damn it!"

"Stop hitting my head, you heartless boss!"

Rimuru and Damien bickered without a care for appearances.

The surrounding ministers were used to it by now.

"And you're just checking in?!"

"Doesn't your conscience hurt?"

"If even the boss has to work, what's the point of having employees?"

Damien said with a straight face, spouting words that deserved a public roasting. He clapped his hands, drawing everyone's attention. "Alright, everyone, put your work aside for a moment. I have something to say."

Present were most of the True Demon Lords, except for Artoria, Snow Empress, and Frey and Carrion, who hadn't officially joined.

Treyni, Diablo, Justeaze, Rimuru, Carrera, Ultima, and Testarossa were all there.

Even the Storm Dragon God, Veldora, joined shortly after.

"Bo-ne! Bo-ne-ao!"

And, of course, the Monster Kingdom's adorable mascot, Ogerpon, was there too.

"Alright, everyone's here."

Damien sat on his throne, with Shuna and Shion at his sides, looking down at the Monster Kingdom's top forces. "Violet, give us an update on the situation."

"Yes, Lord Damien."

Violet's figure appeared before Damien.

She held a star-like magical blueprint, projecting it above the group, transforming it into a dazzling galaxy.

The crowd activated their appraisal and detection skills, gleaning more information.

"This is..."

"Stars?"

"No, it feels more complex than stars!"

"It's a world... a sea of countless worlds in the void!"

As expected of the most knowledgeable, Veldora and Diablo, among the Primordial Daemons, instantly recognized the 'star map' for what it was: a microcosm of infinite worlds.

"So, each of these light points represents a new world?"

Rimuru's eyes sparkled. She knew what new worlds meant... endless novelties.

Food, games, scenery, and entirely new power systems.

Rimuru was already itching to dive in!

"Correct. These light points aren't the stars we know."

"They're designed this way to make it clearer for everyone."

Violet explained, "This star map depicts all the regions we've explored so far!"

"I can't believe we've found so many worlds already!"

"There must be vast, right?"

"Truly worthy of Lady Violet... so impressive!"

"..."

The crowd buzzed with discussion.

Noticing Damien's expression showed no intent to stop them, they realized their lord wanted them to strategize freely.

The ministers split into two camps: Diablo and the other three Primordial Daemons, and Rimuru, Treyni, and Justeaze.

As for the Dragon God siblings...

They were just there to make up the numbers, not offering any opinions.
