The way Cennet stood up and went to the window I knew something was wrong and I was right , immediately she turned and looked at me, I was stunned, she looks like she has seen more than a ghost but I was still mad at her
" why the fuck are you crying"
"Bel you have to help me or he is going to kill me please, I am begging you"
Her words left me confused again, I looked out the window and was shocked to see who she was so scared of, how is that possible?her uncle, he is like the most nicest person I know, how
She pleaded the more and I could hear the true sincerity and fear from her tone, I felt truly sorry for her she doesn't deserve any of these
" I can't offer you help when I don't know why I am helping you" I said
"Bel pls I will do anything please" she said and instantly fell on her knees begging and crying to me, I was surprised, that was when I knew she was dead serious
" calm down and stand up what do you want me to do" l helped her stand and she said
" just make up some excuse, he knows that I am here and he won't care whether I am hurt or not, he is gonna just cause me more pain,please do something"
" okay i will but you have to promise to tell me everything afterwards"
" I promise promise promise promise" she replied , I knodded and walked towards the door but stopped when an idea 💡 popped into my head
" pretend you are sleeping, I will see to the rest of it, don't worry he won't hurt you" I said and she thanked me, I had to assure her
As she walked back to my bed and climbed it, her body was visible shaking ,was he that bad that she feared him to this extent?
I shut the door behind me and went downstairs , her uncle was elegantly dressed , he was sitting on the couch with his legs crossed, he has the face of an angel 😇, it's hard to believe how scared Cennet is of him
I greeted him and he welcomed me with a warm smile and continued what he was saying
"As I was saying, Cennet texted me that she will be at your place, but it's getting a bit late so I decided to come by and check up on her,can you please call her down for me" Wow! If he is presently acting up all of these then he is a pro cause I can't remember Cennet ever texting anyone today , I honestly recommend he begins to act movies
My mom was about to reply when I spoke first
"Am very sorry but she was involved in a minor car accident, she is presently resting in my bedroom"
" really" he looked worried, wow he is really good in this acting of a thing
" yes, we're very sorry about that, she never told us she was coming" my mom was the one who replied
" it's alright, I will take her back home now, thanks for the help" I wanted to protest but the way his bodyguards gazed at me sent shivers down my spine
" right this way sir" I said pointing towards the stairs
He said he came to pick her up but the way he came with about 20 bodyguards was like a do or die offer
Since my initial plan failed I switched to plan two, when we were up the stairs heading towards my bedroom, I said to him
" I wanted to ask if I could spend the week at your place, my parents will be gone for the week" I saw something like anger in his face but it quickly changed to a very warm smile, I am very sure of what I saw first
" of course dear you are welcome anytime"
"Thank you( we reached my bedroom door) you will have to wait outside for some few minutes, she is not putting on something good at the moment"
" alright, I understand" he said and I opened the door very wide before I closed it, I wanted to clear his douts incase he was becoming suspicious,Cennet was sleeping
I grabbed a silk fitted gown from my wardrobe it has a one sided slit, I gently tapped her , she opened her eyes and starred at me , she wanted to speak but I kept a finger in between her lips and said
" time to get changed your uncle is here" tears filled her eyes, I closed her whole mouth this time and lead her to the bathroom, there I locked the door and turned to her, my heart was heavy when I saw her tearful expression, she looked scared and hurt. I couldn't help but hug her
" you have to calm down Cennet I have it all planned"
"No Bel you don't understand, I might not survive till tomorrow please you have to help me" I patted her back
" don't worry I have it all planned out, he won't do anything to you, I got your back girl"
"No you don't know him Bel…."
"He won't dare because I am going to be staying with you at your place for this whole week"
" what I don't understand"
" don't worry I will tell you the details later but just bear in mind that he won't do anything to you since I will be staying for the week so I won't see the injuries when I come tomorrow"
" can't you come today" she asked, I could vividly hear the fear in her tone
" no I can't, but don't worry he won't touch you, don't you trust me"
" I do"
" then have some faith girl I am always here for you"
" thank you Bel thank you so much, you have no idea how much you have been of help to me, thank you so much"
" anytime"
She hugged, I released from the hug and said
"Change into this" she accepted the dress and quickly changed into it , I brought some bandages and randomly bandaged her hands and one of her legs in order to look convincing, I smiled at my self when I was done, I am really smart
Cennet POV :
I opened the door and the first person I saw was my worried looking uncle, what a trickster but a face like that can never fool me again,never
" are you alright, I heard about what happened to you"
"Am fine"
"I will get the doctor to check up on you when we get back home"
" no you don't have to, am really fine, Bel helped me with my little injuries" he starred at me before replying
"Alright, if you say so, let's go home" hmmm home he calls it but how I truly have one to call a home even if It is very little
I am living in hell and not a home
I followed him downstairs and was not surprised to see the amount bodyguards waiting outside. He goes everywhere with them they help him do his dirty works including making my life miserable
I walked closer to one of the well maintained flashy black cars, my personal bodyguard, Mark was standing at the door
"You are in big trouble young lady" he said but I ignored him and entered the car, I believe in Bel, so I refuse to be afraid...
But when we reached the front of the gate and it opened by its self, my heart began to pound heavily inside my chest
Mark was the one driving, immediately he packed the car, the door jacked open and my uncle angry face appeared, I screamed
" get out you foolish thing" he said and grabbed my hair in a very strong grip out of the car and inside the house, I shouted and begged all the way
We entered the house and he pinned me to the wall holding my neck tightly, he raised his fist to punch me but stopped midway, he cursed loudly and threw me away,my heart was pounding, I gasped for air and coughed out loudly
"You seem to be growing wings lately but am not going to just clip them, but instead I am going to cut them off, when that friend of yours leaves I am going to deal the hell with you ,mark my words Cennet( he turned around) now do your stupid self a favor and behave or I will make you regret it for the rest of your miserable life, is that clear"
"Yes it is, I promise to behave"
He smirked "better for you"
He called mark who came rushing towards me and then my uncle left. He guesturded me to stand up, what a cold hearted bastard, he can't even help me stand"
I stood up and walked up the stairs to my bedroom, he was still following me but when I arrived inside I made sure I shut the door at his face and smiled
"I am going to use my little privilege for this time wisely"
