What kind of death would be fitting for the Celestial Dragons' disgusting behavior?
Naruto was curious about that too.
So he kept experimenting.
Naruto never considered himself a bloodthirsty person… or, to put it another way-
Those who died by his hand all had it coming.
If it were his younger self, he might have hesitated to take a life or even felt remorse after killing an enemy.
But now, things were different.
The current Naruto no longer felt any particular emotions from killing, nor did he feel guilt over it.
-Except when it came to the Celestial Dragons.
Well, there were always one or two people who made you think the world would be a better place if they just died.
"You bastard! Let go of Saint Charlos!"
The guy in black, whose name was bodyguard but pronounced as lackey, raised his weapon, shouting at Naruto with false bravado.
It seemed that he was afraid of accidentally hurting the Celestial Dragon in Naruto's hands, so he didn't dare fire.
This guy had no real strength. He had gotten his position purely through flattery and some… less-than-proper connections.
After all, this was a Celestial Dragon. Who would be foolish enough to attack them right under Mary Geoise?
As it turned out, someone would.
It had happened over a decade ago, and now, he was back.
"Ahhhhhhh!!! It hurts!!!!!"
The snot-nosed Celestial Dragon, Charlos, was sweating profusely, his eyes glazing over as he could only whimper in pain.
And all of this suffering came from Naruto's hand resting on his shoulder.
Right now, Naruto's finger had pierced the man's skin, and tiny, nearly imperceptible strands of Wind Attribute Chakra were seeping into the wound.
Wind Attribute Chakra inherently carried a 'cutting' property.
Even if it only looked like a small bump under the skin, the blood vessels and nerves beneath had already been shredded to pieces.
This was also an experimental application of Chakra.
In the past, the most Naruto could do was stab or slash these kinds of people.
But controlling the damage was tricky.
If he cut too shallow, the Celestial Dragons' status and wealth meant they could easily receive top-tier medical treatment, allowing them to recover fully and continue tormenting others.
But if he cut too deep, their pathetic physical constitution wouldn't hold up, and they'd die outright.
That would be letting them off too easy.
Now, he can only say that Ninjutsu is really convenient.
"Shh… shut up."
With a burst of Haki, the Celestial Dragons' lackeys who tried to rush in to help were all knocked unconscious, along with the slave auction's attendees, plunging them into a deep, infant-like slumber.
The only ones left awake were the snotty brat in Naruto's grip and one other female Celestial Dragon.
She is Charlos's older sister, Shalria. (T/N: In the Wiki, Shalria is actually Charlos's younger sister, not older sister.)
Of course, if this were an ordinary person, they'd have to call her 'Saint Shalria'.
Luckily, Naruto is not an ordinary person.
"You bastard, release Charlos-niisama this instant!"
A quick note here-
Although Shalria was indeed Charlos's younger sister, due to an unwritten rule in Celestial Dragon's families that prioritized males over females-
She had no inheritance rights.
Even as a Celestial Dragon, Shalria's privileges couldn't compare to Charlos's.
Thus, referring to her younger brother as 'niisama' was a sign of respect for the heir.
"Don't worry, you're next."
Although compared to the ugly and very dimwitted Charlos, Shalria at least looks like a human being, even somewhat attractive-
Naruto treated all Celestial Dragons equally.
"You bastard-"
Shalria watched as her brother was tortured by the other party with some unknown method, and her legs became weak again.
But the arrogance ingrained in her as a Celestial Dragon still dominated her mind.
"Do you know the consequences of harming the descendants of the 'Creators'? I'll have the Marine's Admirals kill you!"
With that, she actually pulled out a Den Den Mushi right in front of Naruto.
Had this been any other ruthless pirate standing here, Shalria would never have gotten the chance to make that call.
But the one before her was Naruto.
He calmly listened as the female Celestial Dragon finished her call for reinforcements, and then threw the lifeless Charlos in his hand into the distance.
Splat-
The once-arrogant Charlos was now evenly smeared across the wall.
The sudden turn of events left Shalria completely stunned.
She had assumed that the enemy before her would at most 'dare to offend' the dignity of the descendants of 'gods'. Never did she imagine that her own blood relative, her brother, who shared the Roswald Family's noble lineage, would die right before her eyes.
"Even after all these years, your blood is still red."
"Not so noble after all."
Looking at the now-terrified female Celestial Dragon, Naruto still felt no inclination to spare her.
"You seem really pissed, kid."
At that moment, Kurama's voice echoed from within Naruto's mind.
He had been awakened by the slight loosening of the seal. He had been asleep before.
The Eight Trigrams Seal inside Naruto would weaken slightly in response to his emotional fluctuations.
Kurama could exploit these gaps to leak Chakra, tempting his Jinchuriki to rely on his power and further widen the cracks.
That had been his original plan.
But he soon realized that the Naruto who had spent decades in another world had long since become a hardened veteran.
Aside from Danzo's previous behavior of jumping back and forth on the line of death, almost nothing could evoke strong negative emotions like hatred or malice in this kid anymore.
But today is different.
Kurama didn't understand why Naruto harbored such intense killing intent toward those two powerless humans, but the seal had indeed loosened slightly.
"Do you need me-"
Originally, he wanted to ask if Naruto wanted to borrow his power, but then he remembered that this wasn't the same kid from his memories.
He remembered how Naruto been trading blows with that monster who could throw islands like pebbles.
Instantly, Kurama shut up.
Meanwhile, Naruto had already disposed of the other Celestial Dragon.
After killing them, he made no move to leave. Instead, he simply found a seat and sat down.
"You asked why I'm so angry?"
Suddenly, Naruto began to narrate as if he was talking to himself.
Apart from Kurama, there was no one else present who could hear these words.
"These people call themselves descendants of the 'Creators' and act as if they're 'gods'."
"God?"
'Like the old man?'
Kurama had his doubts but didn't voice them.
As he waited, Naruto slowly recounted everything he knew about the Celestial Dragons' 'glorious deeds'.
As he listened, even Kurama, a being created from pure Chakra, fell silent.
Once he estimated that enough time had passed, Naruto cut off the conversation and stood up, forming hand seals.
