The reinforced Vine Whip dispersed the Thunder Wave and hit Raichu's waist, causing it to scream in pain and collapse to the ground.
"No way." Lt. Surge was speechless.
"Ivysaur, use Razor Leaf." Ash didn't give Lt. Surge a chance to react and immediately ordered Ivysaur to attack.
"Ivysaur. Ivysaur." Ivysaur shook its body, and several leaves fell off, flying toward the Raichu.
"Raichu, dodge!" Lt. Surge hurriedly commanded.
Raichu tried to dodge, but it was too late. Razor Leaf struck its body directly, sending it flying backward and making it unable to continue fighting.
