The wind howled, as if whispering secrets buried beneath the soil of oblivion.
On the rooftop of an abandoned building in *Nimora*, Adam stood gazing at the gray horizon—with a body that had grown stronger, and a heart that was no longer the same.
Zira stood behind him, her hair dancing in the wind, her voice warmer than ever before. She spoke softly:
"Adam… the closer we get to the truth, the more I feel you drifting away from me. As if you're afraid we'll discover something we can't bear."
Adam turned to her, eyes full of worry, and said:
"I'm afraid I'll find out I'm not who I thought I was. And that you… aren't who I thought you were either."
She looked at him in silence, then stepped closer, took his hand, and placed his palm over her chest.
"Here… this is my heart, beating for you. No matter what we find, it won't be worse than losing each other now."
At that moment, a strange light tore through the gray sky, and the wind suddenly stopped.
From behind them, *Labobo* appeared, visibly anxious, waving his glowing pendant:
"Something is rising from beneath the earth… it's not a shadow—it's something older… older than *Nimora* itself!"
They ran after Labobo toward the edge of the city, where the ground was trembling. From between the cracks, a creature emerged—one that resembled beings of light, with a transparent body and glowing eyes. It didn't appear hostile—rather, it seemed lost.
The creature whispered with a deep voice inside their minds:
> "You have broken the first seal, bearer of the light's legacy… You are close to knowing who you truly are."
Adam asked cautiously, "Who are you?"
The creature replied:
> "I am *Arin*, the first to be exiled to this dimension. I was like your grandmother… a guardian of the truth."
Zira stepped forward and asked, "What truth are you talking about?"
Arin looked at her and said:
> "The truth your grandmother was afraid to face. That this world was not created to protect you… but to isolate those who pose a danger to you."
Then he turned to Adam and added:
> "Your grandmother knew you were not truly her grandson… but she raised you to become who you are. Because… you were the chosen one from the very beginning."
Adam's face shrank with shock, while Zira gripped his arm tightly. She whispered to him:
"Adam… even if you're not her grandson, you're the one who saved me, the one who made me feel alive."
In the center of the scene, a stone gate appeared—covered in glowing engravings. Arin pointed toward it:
> "If you want to know who you truly are, who your grandmother truly was, and who created *Nimora*… enter this gate. But… you cannot return the same."
Adam hesitated, then looked at Zira, then at Labobo—who was trembling—and finally up at the sky.
"I'm no longer searching for the truth just for myself… but for those who believed in me."
And with his first step into the gate, he felt the world begin to change.
