The Monster Leader says, "Now that the second competition is over, it's the Fire Monster vs. Detective Leu. Begin!"
First up is the Fire Monster, and he uses the Black Fire power.
Then it's Detective Leu's turn, and he uses the Storm Water Detective power.
Now, the story of Detective Leu is told:
Detective Leu was a very powerful detective — all the killers feared him.
Instead of simply arresting them, he would kill the murderers himself.
Back in the year 1790, there was a man who was raping and killing women, and Detective Leu was assigned to this case.
One day, he found a clue — a knife that the killer had used to commit those crimes.
The next day, Leu was sent again to catch the man.
He came up with a plan: he asked a woman to help lure the killer.
The woman screamed loudly, and since the killer was attracted to women, he came after her — but Detective Leu was waiting and caught him.
Then, Leu killed the murderer.
And that's the story of Detective Leu.
Then the Monster Leader says, "And the winner is… Detective Leu."
