"What's this image that has been circulating all over the internet, Katherine?" Nathan questioned. "Have you been cheating on me this entire time?!" He yelled a little louder, making her flinch in fear.
Katherine felt goosebumps rise on her skin once again. She's not yet recovered from her talk with Alisha and now Nathan had to come from nowhere and make her feel scared once again.
"What you saw was fake. Alisha was the one who uploaded the picture. She wants to get back at me and she has refused to get them deleted," she said, about to hold his hand as she pleaded. "I would never cheat on you, Nathan. I love you."
Nathan glared at her. "You must think I'm blind. You were kissing some stranger. And now you're telling me it was fake. You must think I'm stupid. I'll make sure you regret this."
He was about to walk away but Katherine immediately hugged him from behind, holding him tight so he wouldn't leave her, tears rolling down her face.
