She immediately held her knife to his throat "What did you do to me?"
I just made you irrecognizable with my medical skills" he explained under the knife on his throat with a gulp to save his life.
"Aren't you a Healer?"
"Yes I am"
"Then why did i became so ugly after you cured me"
"Its because Healers also specialize in poisons and i made you ugly to conceal your real face"
She is surprised that she never knew that before.
"Does that mean I can get my face back?"
"Yes, if you.." he signals over the knife.
She removed her sword and he breathed a sigh of relief.
He then wraps her face with a wet cloth and uses his Healing powers to give her back her original appearance.
As she unwrapped herself she couldn't believe he could actually do something like that.
She admired her beauty in the mirror and started to look him in the eyes through the mirror.
Both shared a few glances before Mira's subordinate interrupted them.
"Master, are you all right?"
It became awkward and Fan sheng left immediately.
"Master, I think we should return. It is not safe here anymore"
"I didn't come here because it is safe. I came here to get kitsuru and I think i will get that now"
She smiles as she looks in the direction Fan Sheng went.
Only 3 more days remain to complete the Task and Fan Sheng sleeps in his room not knowing what is about to happen.
As Fan Sheng opened his eyes he couldn't recognize the place anymore.
It's not the same room he slept in last night, he couldn't understand what was happening.
As he looked around, he saw Mira in front of him.
"Ohh you are awake" she smiled at him.
He couldn't understand what was happening or was it just a dream.
Mira leaned forward to him and she is really attractive in a feminine form unlike her usual attire.
He couldn't resist but kiss her lips.
As he touched her soft lips, he realised that this is not a dream.
"What is happening.. Where am I??" He exclaimed in shock.
He got up from his bed and wandered around in the room to know where he was.
She hit him on his neck and knocked him out.
"I think it its better for you to sleep for some more time"
He passes out and her servants help him back to his bed.
"Commander, we have a messenger from the Duke" A soldier informs her.
"I am coming"
She dresses back into a dress which looks more masculine and strong.
As everyone leaves, Fan Seng wakes up.
"So am I wandering around with an enemy spy?" He thinks to himself.
"I should leave immediately, i don't think this is something good"
He panics and plans to leave but he is trapped inside the cage set up by Mira.
The complete place is heavily guarded with men on all sides.
With no other option, he waits for her to return only to wait till dusk.
She enters in her strong military attire showing her identity as someone important in the army.
"Who are you? and why did you bring me here?"
He questions her as his mind is filled with questions and panic as the deadline for the task completion is about to come to an end.
She kissed his lips, a peck on his lips made him feel a tingling sensation.
A bold military woman kissing him and wanting him made him feel special.
"I want kitsuru" her reply immediately broke his imagination with her reality.
"What?"
"Yes, you heard me right. I want Kitsuru and you are its current leader so help me in handing it over to me"
"But why and most importantly, Who are you?"
His questions were unanswered while new questions popped in his mind.
"So did you kidnap me for the village?"
"Yes.." Her reply left him speechless for a moment.
"So you entered into our land to take Kitsuru"
"Yes, we need it to keep us at an advantage"
"What do you mean by we?"
"I mean Miyara needs kitsuru"
Her words left him in shock.
"Does that mean you are from the Miyara Kingdom and that's the reason soldiers are following you?"
"Yes, I am the Commander of Miyara"
"You are a Commander?"
"yess.."
"She really looks like one and a female Commander is a very rare talent. It would be great if she could be with me"
Thoughts run in his mind and he sighs in disappointment.
"If you are Commander then why did you kidnap me instead of attacking the village"
"I know you are quite talented and I want you to be with us"
"If I am as powerful as you think then why should I help you?"
"I can make you a general in our Army if you decides to help us"
"No, That's not enough"
"Then what do you want"
"I want you to marry me."
His bold request shocked everyone present and they drew their swords against him feeling enraged.
"Okay, when should we get married?" Her response left everyone baffled.
"What? You agreed"
He is shocked to hear her reply.
"Commander, do you really want to marry this person?" Her loyal servants question her.
"Did I give anyone permission to interfere?" she glances an angry look which shuts them up.
"So, are you ready to marry me?"
"Aaa.. Sure Why not" he didn't expect her to agree so easily.
He thought he had the upperhand but now it doesn't seem so.
"So, do you want to marry first or else.."
She slowly approaches him and he couldn't help but feel shy and slowly moves backward until he stumbles onto the bed and falls back.
"Since you are so uncertain on what you want to do, let's first get Kitsuru. Then we will get married"
He nods in acceptance "okay" with a smile.
As she leaves the room he realizes he has been played.
"Its great that she agreed to marry me as that will solve the problem but now how can i give her Kitsuru"
"I don't actually own it right?"
"Also won't I be committing treason?"
"Let it be, it's better to be a general to establish myself rather than being a commoner. I might actually save my family if anything happens"
He ponders upon what he needs to do as he only has 2 more days to complete his Task.
With the sunrise Fan Sheng barges into Mira's room.
"Mira, I have an idea"
She is still sleeping peacefully in her bed.
He slowly approaches her and admires her beauty from afar.
Suddenly her subordinate comes in.
"Madam, we have a message.."
Fan Sheng greets her with a smile feeling caught in an inappropriate act as he barged into a women's room.
"Tell me what it is.." Mira responds.
He couldn't believe that the girl who was sleeping till now had woken up so fast, He feels embarrassed and confused.
She then smiles secretly looking at him as if secretly admiring as he felt shy.
She reads the message and returns it back to her Subordinate.
"Tell me what your idea is?"
"I am thinking why don't we do an ambush, you attack from the border with your army and i will attack from behind"
"But how will you do that?"
"I will take some of your soldiers as commoners and then will attack from behind with their help"
"But blending into the commoners is a tough part as we have already tried and been found out"
"Since that is the case, why don't we directly poison their food and water and then you can directly attack them?" She suggests an alternative.
"No, we should never use such tricks. Always defeat a person with your strength but not such despicable schemes"
His righteousness won her heart and his impression in her heart has increased after listening to their words.
"Then there is only one way" He tells in a serious tone.
"Lets fight them face to face"
A smile arose on her face, "Now you have talked like a real man. Let's go"
"What, now?" He is a bit surprised.
