Episode 5: The Date
After the attack by the Mantis monster, Aizakawa escorted Mialethra back to her home.
On the way, Mialethra said,
> "Thanks, Aizakawa."
Aizakawa smiled and replied,
> "Of course. I had a feeling someone was targeting you."
Mialethra nodded slowly.
> "Oh… that explains why the monster kept chasing me."
In Aizakawa's heart, a quiet voice whispered:
> ("Because you're the reincarnation of all 9,999 of my former lovers…")
Then the Narrator/Creator spoke directly to the audience:
> "Long ago, Evros had one wife. But she was murdered by Kagelapan. After killing her, Kagelapan took her soul and placed it into another body—making her Evros's second lover.
This cycle continued… until the 9,999th.
All of it was part of Kagelapan's cruel design—to make Evros suffer eternally."
Suddenly, Aizakawa remembered something and turned to Mialethra.
> "Hey, Mialethra… are you free tomorrow?"
Mialethra looked curious.
> "Hmm? I think I am. Why?"
Aizakawa scratched his head and smiled.
> "Wanna go out with me tomorrow?"

The Next Day
Aizakawa was preparing for a date with Mialethra at the park.
Though he had been on countless dates with his previous lovers, today he felt… nervous.
His true goal today: confess his love.
Upon arriving at the park, Aizakawa sat on a bench, scanning the surroundings—just in case Kagelapan tried anything again.
Then, Mialethra arrived.
> "Sorry for making you wait!"
Aizakawa was captivated by her beauty and said,
> "It's totally fine… by the way, you look stunning today."
Mialethra blushed.
> "Hehe… thank you."
They began strolling through the park, chatting and laughing.
Though smiling, Aizakawa occasionally glanced around—ever cautious.
Eventually, they stopped by a cozy café to rest.
Aizakawa was still unsure if now was the right time to confess.
Inside, he thought to himself:
> ("I'll make her happy. No matter what.")
Suddenly, Aizakawa threw a fork—straight past Mialethra's head.
Everyone in the café gasped.
The target was a customer sitting behind her—a spy sent by Kagelapan.
The fork returned to Aizakawa's hand like a boomerang.
Panic erupted in the café. People screamed about "aliens."
The spy threw a knife at Mialethra—
but Aizakawa caught it with one finger.
The spy's eyes widened.
> "That… that's impossible!"
Aizakawa grinned.
> "Oh, you want to see my power? Honestly, I didn't even touch that knife.
I stopped it using microscopic cells I hardened out of pure laziness. I didn't feel like using my real power."
Then, with just one hand, Aizakawa released a blast of energy that cleanly decapitated the alien.
> "That was just 0.1% of my strength. I haven't even activated my real power.
Let's go, Mialethra. Time to change locations."

They headed to an amusement park, where they rode the roller coaster.
Surprisingly, Aizakawa got motion sick, making Mialethra laugh uncontrollably.
They played the entire day, and by nightfall, the sky was lit with fireworks.
Under the shimmering explosions of color, Aizakawa suddenly said,
> "Mialethra… will you be my girlfriend?"
Mialethra blushed deeply, but smiled.
> "Yes, Aizakawa… I like you too."
Without hesitation, Aizakawa pulled her into a hug and kissed her.

The night came to a close.
They walked back and parted ways in a small alley.
Mialethra waved.
> "See you tomorrow, okay?"
Aizakawa smiled and replied,
> "Yeah… see you tomorrow."
He walked home with a huge smile on his face.
When he arrived, his elite squad—Kyou, Zans, and Akazone—congratulated him.
But suddenly, his adoptive mother called his name in a serious tone.
Aizakawa's smile slowly faded…
