Chapter 14 - Adhvik’s Furious Mood!!

Roy Mansion – Night

As Adhvik scrolled through the photos on Diya's phone, his blood boiled.

All of Dadaji's wisdom from earlier in the evening vanished like smoke. The only thing that consumed him now was jealousy.

Seeing Aadya with someone else—smiling, laughing, and feeding another man—was more than he could handle.

If Rohan Kapoor had been in front of him at that moment, Adhvik might've physically lashed out. Without a word, he stormed off toward his room.

Diya, Eva, Kiara, and Karan called out after him.

Diya: "What just happened to Adhvik Bhai?"

Eva (smirking): "Isn't it obvious? He's jealous."

Karan: "Jealous? Of whom?"

Eva takes the phone from Diya and shows him the photos.

Karan (shocked): "Rohan Kapoor?! What's he doing with Aadya Bhabhi?"

Diya: "You know him?"

Karan: "He's the legal advisor for Roy Group... But I didn't know he was this close to her."

Eva: "Maybe he's family? Let's not overthink. Either way, it's Bhai's mess now."

They all exchanged glances and decided to give Adhvik space, heading to their rooms for the night.

Adhvik's Room

Inside, Adhvik's fury was uncontrollable.

Adhvik (to himself): "That Rohan Kapoor is always sticking around Aadya. She's mine. Mine!"

He replayed the pani puri scene in his mind, his thoughts spiraling. His jealousy morphed into possessiveness.

In a burst of frustration, he smashed a vase on the floor. The shards scattered, but it did nothing to calm his rage.

Unable to bear it any longer, he grabbed his phone and dialed Aadya's number.

Singh Villa

Back home, Aarav, Aadya, Ruhi, and Rohan returned after a wonderful evening.

Aarav smiled quietly, pleased to see Aadya so happy. After chatting for a bit, they all headed to their rooms.

Aarav's Room

In his quiet room, Aarav looked at the photos of his parents and grandmother.

Aarav (softly): "I'm keeping my promise… I swore to protect Aadya's smile. Please keep watching over us."

Then, his hand went to a drawer where he kept a photo of a girl—Cherry—and an old diary.

He clutched them, pain in his eyes.

Aarav: "Where did you vanish, Cherry? Didn't you ever miss me? Your Avi still waits…"

Tears slipped from his eyes as he scribbled something into the diary, hugging it to his chest as he drifted off to sleep.

 Elsewhere…

Far away, Cherry jolted with a sense of restlessness. Suddenly, hiccups struck.

Cherry: "Avi…?"

The moment she whispered his name, her hiccups stopped. Her eyes welled with tears.

Cherry (angrily): "Why now? After all this time, why remember me now, Avi? I hate you…"

But even as she cried, her heart ached with longing.

Late-Night Call – Roy Mansion & Singh Villa

Back in her room, Aadya noticed her phone buzzing.

It was an unknown number. She hesitated and rejected the call.

But the number flashed again.

Aadya (thinking): "What if it's something urgent?"

She answered the call.

Adhvik (furiously): "Why didn't you pick up my call?!"

Aadya (startled): "S-Sir?! You?"

Adhvik: "Don't you recognize my voice anymore?"

Aadya: "No, sir, that's not it… I just didn't know it was you."

Adhvik: "Where are you right now?"

Aadya: "I'm… at home."

The word home hit him like poison. His eyes darkened.

Adhvik (to himself): "She's lying… probably with Rohan. She's changed."

Without another word, he cut the call.

Aadya stared at the screen, confused.

Aadya: "What's wrong with him again? Anyway… I should sleep. Big day tomorrow."

She lay down and eventually drifted off.

Meanwhile, Adhvik, waiting for a callback, fell asleep too, still fuming.

Next Morning – Roy Textiles

The entire office was engulfed in tension.

Adhvik's fury carried into the next day.

Every employee walked on eggshells, silently praying not to become his next target. The most terrified were Reema and Sana.

Adhvik was taking out his wrath on them in every meeting, and they had no idea why. Worse, he didn't call Aadya even once.

Aadya, unaware of his inner turmoil, assumed her tasks weren't urgent today and continued working quietly.

Diya was confused watching Adhvik ignore Aadya professionally—something new and unnerving.

Sana, on the other hand, feared Aadya had told him everything—and this was revenge.

But she had no proof. And she dared not complain.

Throughout the morning, several team members were scolded, a few were demoted, and the styling department was nearly falling apart. Nothing seemed to satisfy Adhvik.

Ruhi and her team scrambled to fix things, but it was no use.

And the ironic part? The real reason behind all this chaos—Aadya—remained calm and focused, unaware of the storm her presence had caused.

Lunch Break

The cafeteria felt more like a courtroom. No one spoke. Even cutlery clinked quietly.

Eva, fed up with the tension, finally pulled out her phone and texted Kunal: "Adhvik is out of control today. Come ASAP."

Elsewhere – Kunal's Office

Kunal was having lunch with Kanika when he saw Eva's message.

Kunal (frowning): "Now what's wrong with Adhvik?"

Kanika: "Bhai, everything okay?"

Kunal: "Yeah, don't worry. Just need to go see your crazy jethji. His mood swings are worse than a soap heroine." He quickly finished and headed toward Roy Textiles.
